So, I called & set up my services. The two guys that came out were professional and did a great job cleaning the ducts as well as the dryer vent. They stated that everything was back in place, turned the lights off in the attic & closed the door. They provided before and after photos of the inside of the vents. I was happy with the work. Stupidly, I didn't think to go in to the attic to double check. I even referred some of my neighbors to ZeroRez. That was until I recently had an issue with my a/c which prompted me to go in to the attic with All HVAC Services owner. When we went in to the attic, we found some of the ductwork laying on the floor & the webbing that had previously held the ductwork in place was cut & laying on the insulation in my attic. Needless to say, I was pretty upset. The owner of All HVAC Services told me to contact ZeroRez to let them know, so I called. That was almost two weeks ago & still haven't received a call back from a manager. All HVAC Services owner was apologetic since he referred me to ZeroRez. The owner fixed the duct work and added it to the other items I had to have fixed. In the end I'll say, the initial cleaning was great. Neither I, nor the HVAC team could figure out why ZeroRez cut the webbing from the duct work as this was not necessary and ended up costing me more money. They could have at the very least notified me that they had to cut it for whatever reason, but failed to say anything. I could have had it fixed right away if I had known. ZeroRez customer service, when it comes to issues/complaints is not good. I expected more given the way the company initially started its service with me. DO NOT USE AIR DUCT RESCUE…read more I hired Air Duct Rescue to clean my air ducts on Friday, and immediately afterward my AC stopped working during an extremely hot summer weekend. Whether they caused the issue directly or not, the timing was too significant to ignore, and their response afterward was completely unacceptable. I contacted them on Monday and explained that my AC had stopped working after their service. Initially, they refused to send anyone out until Tuesday, despite the fact that my family had been without air conditioning all weekend. After further discussion, they called back and said they would send someone that afternoon. Later, I received a text stating that a technician would arrive between 2 PM and 5 PM. No one showed up. At 5 PM, I called to ask for an ETA. I was told they weren't sure when the technician would arrive and that it might be 6 PM or 7 PM. After waiting all afternoon, I told them that was too late and asked them not to send anyone. They agreed and said they would instead send someone the following morning. Then, at approximately 7:30 PM, a technician unexpectedly arrived anyway. Not only did they ignore my request not to come, but the technician rang the doorbell and pounded on the door hard enough to wake my jet-lagged parents and my 3-month-old baby. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my family's time and circumstances. Poor communication, missed commitments, failure to honor scheduling agreements, and showing up after being told not to come are not acceptable. I would not recommend Air Duct Rescue to anyone.

They explained the process and answered any questions. Then they proceeded through the house, connecting the large vacuum hose via the furnace and using a compressed air hose to blow off the dirt and dust for removal. The final phase was the additional dryer vent clean-out. This was complicated slightly due to the piping layout in our walls, but they managed it. I thought the pricing was in line with other companies. They had positive reviews online, and from our experience we would hire them again.
