Visited this place on a Saturday night & it was $30 per person. All seats were reserved. There was a seat at the bar, the bathroom attendant rudely told me he was removing the bar stools. A chic grab the stool and sat down. When asked why they were allowed to sit at the bar, they knew the owner. I'll never visit this establishment again. Asked for a manager, never surfaced. DJ was cool though

Spacious venue Decent bartenders Various events hosted throughout the week Drink and menu item specials daily Outdoor tent for hookah and cigar smoking Numerous tvs to watch the games Attended a Bella Dona show here on a Saturday night. Bought my ticket on Eventbrite however you could pay at the door for slight higher price. Security tossed my purse like a jail cell being raided. You couldn't go back out after entering even though you've paid and have a wristband which made no sense whatsoever. Food is decent for bar food although they say restaurant it's not restaurant quality in my opinion. I'll attend other events at this location

This neighborhood spot is worth a try, I've been here twice on GoGo night and both were LIVE. The drinks are perfectly poured and very inexpensive and strong. The menu is simple and seasoned to a fried perfection - to soak up the liquor. You can't go wrong with the catfish, shrimp, wings, or whitening. The service is served up with smiles and sexuality. Plenty of TVs to catch the game, and hookah. There are always birthdays on birthdays but always fun, ratchet, and the looks are always fabulous! Keep your expectations low, and you will be pleasantly surprised. #enjoygoodpeople

5 Sisters is changing!! The New 5S Lounge is looking or the new hot spot in PG County. They've renovated the inside, new bar menu & themed nights throughout the week. Definitely looking forward to going back.

I really TRY with black owned businesses but LAWD!!! My first time and I'm NOT impressed, you're promoting what's on the flyer below.....$20 admission and when the game starts the game on the MAIN screen was a totally different game!!! So everyone that came to see the Commanders vs. Dallas game now have to look at the game in silence on a projector on the wall and a small tv WOW!!! I don't blame the promoters just the OWNER!! #Smh out walks your money for the night!! Majority of the folks left including US!!! False advertisement at its BEST!!!!

This is what they called "Egusi"

This place is thee worst establishment I've ever been to. I can't believe they're still open. They gave me a speech on how expensive goat meat is and they even tried to charge me $15 for extra meat!! When I picked me my food up I just took the "L" NEVER COMJNG HERE AGAIN!! STAY AWAY

I'm willing to support my Ppl but the way I was treated here today is the reason why this establishment is cancelled and finished. The manager swore up and down this is beef

    Nasty! Had better.

I paid $16 to only get a corner of peanut butter soup. Family members ordered other food The food was terrible.

My schedule was rearranged last minute on a Saturday so I decided to catch their brunch. The laurel location was the closest to me. I was able to reserve a spot at the bar on open table about an hour before arrival . It must have been a lucky day for me because there were plenty vacancies and I didn't need to make a reservation. There was live jazz playing. I sat at the bar - shout out to Nnamdi who was the bartender and my waiter. Food wise: brunch only offers the $55 unlimited food option for two hours. I was completely fine with this as I was able to taste multiple dishes. I had the fried deviled eggs, Rockefeller oysters, bang bang shrimp, deep fried snow crab legs, pork chop and grits, wings in hot honey lemon pepper (their signature sauce) and the white chocolate bread pudding I enjoyed everything except the deep fried crab legs. The cluster was hallow. I had more fried batter than crab meat. Deviled eggs were my favorite of all the things I tried. And the bread pudding was sinfully delicious . I wasn't able to finish my last two items ordered but luckily I was able to fit it in the to-go box. Most places that serve unlimited food don't allow to-go boxes so I was happy to not have my leftovers go to waste. I opted for the bottomless cocktails as well. I stuck to the mimosas and tried the different flavors. The pours were generous. Nnamdi was very attentive and I appreciate him answering all of my clarifying questions as it was my first time. Gratuity is included! I am excited to go back! Before leaving I ordered a cocktail (MisKiri IX) that wasn't included in the bottomless cocktails. It was good. A little too sweet for me but glad I tried it.

He loved the fish & chicken- well seasoned without feeling your blood pressure rise as you indulged- LOL. The sides were good. I did the smothered porkchops - WOW, best that I have had - really enjoyed the main entrée and my sides (greens, black-eye peas). Both meals came with cornbread (another option was a biscuit). I have to say the food, the Staff and the establishment has been my best taste of southern cooking in the DMV area. I ordered chicken wings (6) to go for wife & I to enjoy later. Definitely worth a visit, we will be back - The smothered chops are calling me already. Lunch for two with a take home order of wings & 2 deserts plus tip was around $100.

The fish (catfish and croaker) always tastes like it's been fried in grease that needs changing. There's no flavor profile in the food which is weird for a soul-food restaurant. The mixed veggies were absolutely disgusting-- gave them back. I paid $65 for fried catfish with two sides, fried croaker with two sides, a cookie and two drinks---and sadly, the only thing that was sort of worth it was the cornbread, but it tastes like it has coconut in it. I hate coconut.

People there have been patronizing the restaurant for decades. Again, very good sign. Ordered chitterlings, potato salad, and collard greens. Initially thought $30.00 was a bit much, given I'd NEVER eaten chitterlings "out," BUT, thought about what it actually requires, and quickly changed my mind. The price point is fine. Everything was delicious. Everything. Including the Cornbread. Given I know how to cook, there were obviously some things I would have done differently. That doesn't even matter, this place is my "Soul Food" "go-to." If they can do chitterlings well, they can do anything. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu. I highly recommend.
