But Citrus righted all those wrongs. I will say - not every tech was right for me. But after trying a few times and finding the people who ARE right for me, I am extremely pleased. I can tell there are a lot of regulars here who feel the same. And if you have any issues, you can take them to the owner, Amanda, and she will make things right. Great environment, great people, and quality service. Definitely recommend.

All the stylists had to do was to follow that line and shave down my head. It was a zero on the buzzer she had to use. Somehow if I gave my 3 year old my clippers at home I would have ended up with a better cut. Spots completely missed and just left. I was never shown the back of my head. And when I got home and had my wife look I know why. Basically nothing was done correctly. I told her to not touch my beard as the top of my sideburns were not even! Is this not beauty school 101???? She at least didn't charge me for the cut as I got up from the chair and said I'll just fix it at home myself. I was worried it would end up even worse if she attempted to fix it. If you're not comfortable doing a type of haircut better to say something rather than messing up someone's haircut right?!???!!!! Will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!
