Wow what a dissapointment. I dont know how this place is rated so high. Just had dinner there and was dissapointed in the favoring of the soup it was so bland or water down. We had to add sauces to the soup to make it some what tasty. The service for the most part was okay. The server spilled some dipping sauce from the egg rolls all over the table and got part of out order wrong. We also ordered a dish to go, which can to our table before our food came out. We thought that was a little weird. Probably not going to go back there again after the experience we had this evening. Going to try others in the area. If anybody knows of a better place to get pho in the please let me know. read more

I live around the block from this place & have been going here a couple times a month with my sisters since they've opened. There are a few employees who work there who have great customer service but just as many who don't. We have had many bad experiences here with the staff but always came back because of convenience. Last week was the last day me & my family will ever visit this establishment. When asking one of their male employees for more fried onion (a second time) he responded "are you serious"? Long story short you've lost our business because you don't know how to run one. read more

I've tried the Vermicelli with Vegetables (best flavored tofu ever!) and the Rice Noodles(thick) with Im. Crab & Shrimp. The broth looks light, but it's FULL of flavor. Lots of add-in's like green onion, cilantro, chopped peanuts, bean sprouts, lime, jalapeño slice, and Thai Basil!! Spring rolls were good & fresh. All gluten-free, but watch out for the side sauces! Great pho but man it's annoying that their phone doesn't work, I try and call to place my orders like I used to and they don't answer calls anymore. It's also been 3 times we go before they close which is 8:30pm now and they are already walking out by 8:10 or 8:15. It's so annoying, don't out you close at a certain time if you close earlier! read more

Always so good!! Great Pho broth!! Great Sandwiches!! Great hot tea!! Great Spring rolls, and great orange chicken! That was every single thing we ordered today! And it was absolutely delicious!! They give you so much noodles with the pho!! The orange chicken isn't overwhelming sweet like other places! Pork Banh Mi is so so so so so so so good!! My wife is so picky and she did not complain one time, she is even more picky now than ever being she is pregnant! And the baby even loved it!! read more

I've order takeout from this place regularly and the food is always well packaged, more than enough broth for your bowl of pho. I love their beef broth. It's aromatic with the right amount of seasoning with the noodles. Not to mention they are very generous with their portions even for take-out! Their egg rolls are always a staple. Love that they include the pickled carrot mix and romaine lettuce for that perfect roll-up crunch. Shout out to Vy and her family for the amazing customer service and delicious food. She gave me a complimentary Thai Iced Tea because there was a mix-up and my order wasn't ready when I arrived! Need I say more!?! Love supporting small family-owned businesses like this. read more

I always come to this pho place because I like their food. I think their food is good. But, with the current situation of Covid-19, I noted that none of the staff wore a mask. Not even one of the kitchen crew. The male server was observed wiping the sweat off his face with his fingers and proceeded to touch the customers' orders. No hand sanitizing was done. I saw all this because I was standing by the register waiting for my order to pick up. You can't miss this guy as he stands out because he is so loud when talking to customers and his coworkers. I don't think I will be ordering from this restaurant anymore. read more

First time here. After ordering our food, they had it ready within 5 minutes of ordering piping hot. The amount of noodles was much more than the average of other pho places that I have tried. The owner even came over and gave my kids lollipops. Will be back again. Definitely 5 stars. read more

My first time at this location. Must be a new building complex, place was clean. Water taste great. The pho was not so. The broth was tasteless, no fish sauce on the table. They forgot to give me my veggies for the pho. How could they forgot to give that to someone that loves vegetables? Other customers get big, green leafy basils. Some don't even eat them. Stumbled upon this pho restaurant by accident. While I intended to go somewhere else for pho, I figured this place would suffice because of the great reviews. FOOD: I ordered the shrimp spring rolls and pho dac biet. The spring rolls were tasty and I thought it was a promising sign the pho here would be good. Unfortunately, the pho was subpar. The broth wasn't fragrant and tasted like salty beef stock. There wasn't any depth of flavor for the broth. When you eat a bowl of pho, it's supposed to feel good for the soul. Instead, this bowl left me feeling disappointed. I will say the meat portions were generous, though. SERVICE: service was decent. Nothing to rave about, and nothing too dreadful to comment on. read more

This is my favorite pho in RiverSide. The food really good. My favorite is pho and Bo luc lac, Plus They have fresh noodle for pho. The customer service is wonderful too, the food come really quick. I'll definitely come back. read more
