I don't know why this restaurant is always shady about giving the right amount of change to customers especially when you get it to go. Today I order the beef ball with tripe and shrimp spring rolls with fish sauce. The guy cashier with a pony tail doesn't give a heck about working here by the look of his attitude. No warm hello and he is just trying to get his paycheck. He even said my amount was $27 dollars very softly for two items. I gave him $40 dollars when in reality the food cost $19.30. He gave me back my change $19.70. When he suppose to give me back $20.70. One dollar short ? It is such a big deal because I own restaurant for their honesty. If you want tip money let me know but don't go behind my back and give me the incorrect change. This literally happen twice with this cashier when I went with my group of friends. Beware of him honestly. I thought this restaurant would change but apparently not. Second time is a charm and I'm not going here again. FYI: just double check your change when you paid in cash. Highly recommend paying it with card so the restaurant won't do you dirty like they did with me and my family. Food is decent I wouldn't say the pho is great. The food is delicious, bread was low effort. Biggest flaw was waiting 40 minutes for one sandwich and 4 spring rolls. I was told 15 minutes and took 25 minutes more. 3 other people recieved their food mainly because it's mobile order. Food here is good, price is decent. Important is service and cleanliness, which they have. Problems are that sometimes they don't pick up phone calls or it goes straight to voicemail and they get my orders wrong. I always have them repeat my orders just case. We love the pho here! This is our spot. Great food, great prices. During covid they were open but the county made them close indoor dining again. So it's only Togo food. But if they feel like something can or should be warmed up they write notes on the lids. Which is helpful when food like this is usually for a sit down restaurant. Ordered ahead and the staff paid close attention to make sure my order was complete, prepared quickly, and ready to go when I walked in the door. The staff were very attentive and helpful and following all COVID-related regulations. The food itself was super yummy! A 5-Star review, for 5 Stars Pho Restaurant. BRAVO! Well there I was, about to try their food when I was already thinking of leaving them a 5-star review! First of all, the service was excellent! My server was Abby, she helped me understand menu item differences without any problems, she was very helpful and eager to explain everything, she took her time, and made sure I understood. I also met another server named John, he was very pleasant to talk to as well. And then there was Blake, he hooked me up with extra sweet and sour sauce after I asked him for some. All in all they were all great and helpful in every way, all smiles there! Secondly, the food was fresh, clean, and delicious! So I had the Rice Noodles Soup, paired with their Summer Rolls, which came with the peanut sauce but I asked for sweet & sour sauce for the Summer Rolls and it was delicious! The rice noodle soup comes with the sprouts and basil and lemon and jalapeno...all fresh ingredients to add to your soup. I like it spicy, so I even added their chili garlic sauce...oooooh I was sweating, and loving it!!! I've been to 2 other Pho places, one in Riverside, and one in Orange County, but this one here has better tasting food, and as I said, great service. I've been to this place about 4 times now and I would say the pho broth was pretty good 3 out of 4 times. I came last night and the pho broth was a little different, couldn't tell what it was. Maybe it was because I was there at night so the broth was a bit watered down? The last 3 times when the broth was pretty good, I was there during early and mid-afternoon. So I'm guessing the time of day really makes a difference. I usually get the Pho Dac Biet Xe Lua and sometimes with a side order of egg rolls. The pho comes with a generous portion of meat! You can choose to have it with fresh (flat, thicker noodles) or pre-made noodles (original pho noodles). I would suggest going in early to mid-afternoon because the broth has always been good during that time of day. They don't give you the tiny dipping sauce bowls unless you ask for it. The egg rolls are good, I wish they were a bit more crispy, but nonetheless, I would get them again. It came with a side of cucumber cut in thick strips with lettuce and a little bit of pickled carrots & daikon. I added the chili sauce with seeds to the nuoc mam for a nice kick. Customer service here is also pretty good, they are attentive even when they are busy! read more

Decided to check this place out after an ER trip with my wife. We were hungry so seen this place on yelp. It did not dissapoint, place was very clean in the dining area. Bathrooms were also clean. I decided to get the pad thai, it was served hot and the flavor was off the chain! It was not overly sweet like many other places. Dish was served very appealingly. My wife and I were looking for a good spot to go to for a late night date and we had been wanting to go here so we decided to go based on the good reviews. To start off we were only able to have take out which should have been a red flag to start off yes they were almost closing but it was enough time for us to finish up and leave with time to spare. We ordered orange chicken with fried rice, spring rolls, and pad Thai my total was $51.50 and let me tell u that the orange chicken was swimming in orange juice sauce the chicken was hard and the pad thai smelled and tasted horrible it spelled bitter like if something was spoiled. I am shocked at the quality of my order I received here. I put in order for take and they told me the wait time would be 15 minutes because everything was "fresh". I don't live far from this restaurant but when I got home I was pissed to learn that my broth was cold. It felt lukewarm on the styrofoam so I didn't think to check with my finger to see exactly how hot the broth would be to cook the meat. (Side note: the meat is given raw so that it cooks in what should've been hot as hell broth). A few minutes later I check on the meat and notice that there is no change. I then check the broth and realize it's freaking cold!!! I'm pissed!! I paid to cook my own damn soup. If that was the case I would've saved my money and made a cup o'noodle in the microwave. At this point I don't even care about the flavor and so turned off by the idea of getting cold food. My regular spot closes at 9 and I missed the mark. I came in with 40 minutes before closing, so there was plenty of time still left that I wasn't one of those "last minute" people. I didn't read anywhere about the broth being served cold or having to heat it up yourself. I've been trapped behind a computer doing homework all day, I didn't want the extra hassle of prepping my food, hence why I ordered take out. We ordered the fried egg Bahn Mi sandwich. It was ok....the bread was fresh and hot but you have to assemble it yourself and there is really no sauce...so we added the hoisin sauce on the table....that was pretty good. My husband ordered the Combination Beef Phó. I ordered the vegetarian beef broth Phó. We both loved the soups! The broth is very flavorful and clear. We used to love coming here but this has happened several times that we just decided to find another place that actually stays open until their official close time. We used to enjoy eating here for our soup cravings. I say soup because we don't eat the pho here; we get the egg noodle wonton soup. Anyway, we ate here on 5/11/22 and it was a disappointment on several levels. We ordered a large egg noodle soup and an order of shrimp spring rolls. My husband's soup came out and it didn't look like a large (we used to order the large to go a lot during the height of COVID so we know the amount it should look like). He proceeded to eat the soup and said it wasn't that good. Bland. Small portion for a "large". Meanwhile, I still haven't received my spring rolls... which is a 3 piece appetizer. Another customer walks in, orders spring rolls and gets their spring roll order before mine has even had a chance to make it out. 5 other seated customers also receive their food. Now I'm pissed because I'm hungry and it's been over 30 minutes of me waiting on simple spring rolls. I decided to go and just pay for our food at the front and I tell the cashier that I never got my spring rolls. So he double checks his little iPad ordering book to check my order and then proceeds to say oh yeah I'll get that for you right now. (How about an apology for forgetting my food??) Came here today with my parents and ordered the #24 Small Round Eye Steak Pho with thin noodles. My parents ordered the combination pho with fresh noodles (thick). This is my parents' go to spot for pho and they come here pretty often. The only downside is that they don't have the bun bo hue. The broth came steaming hot and the beef in my pho was pretty good. It actually tasted like beef, unlike some of the other pho places around here. When it came time for paying, I had a FiveStar reward of 20% off the bill, but my mom went to pay.
