This is a hidden gem. My wife, and children also enjoyed this place. We ordered the Pho and really enjoyed the broth and various items that it came with. The female server was a real sweet heart she helped us in ordering and was very good with our children. The kids ordered the chow mein and orange chicken and enjoyed it. My kids also ate my pho as well. The staff was super nice and the restaurant was very clean. I'm glad we gave this place a try. We will be back. read more

It's risky having "5 star" in the name of your restaurant. Not for these guys. From the service, to the cleanliness, to the decor, and most of all the food... they live up to their 5 star name. Easily the best Pho in Riverside. If you are disappointed here, don't eat Pho anymore, ever, because these guys got it down. So what makes it that much better? 5 Star Pho Restaurant was only 3 stars from my experience a couple weeks ago. I didn't get the pho here, but maybe next time I will. I am from Garden Grove, so I already know what good pho taste like. I got the com bo luc lac (shaken beef with rice) and it was actually really good and displayed very well on this plate that's shaped like a boat. Another good thing about this place is the interior. It's so roomy/spacious and the temperature was perfect. They had the AC on blast since it was ~100 degrees the day came.Those are the only reason why I am giving this place 3 stars because of the good food and good interior set up. Now, let me discuss the horrible things about this place. First of all the floor was not even swept underneath my table properly (check out my photo). I came here by myself and only ordered the shaken beef, so the dried noodle crumb is not mine, but from a previous customer. Another bad thing is that this place is run by rude Vietnamese adults that can't even speak English well, or not at all. So, what do they do? They hire other people of different ethnicity that can speak English well. The result of this is that the customer service was really bad, not only to me but other customers as well. The waiter/waitress (i'll keep it anonymous) couldnt follow orders from the owners properly, but you cannot blame the waiter/waitress because the owners of this place can't even speak English well. And, they were giving him/her a hard time. They were even speaking badly of him/her in Vietnamese and bc...guess what IM VIET TOO AND I CAN UNDERSTAND. For instance, the owners and chef told that a certain order belonged to a certain table, and all they did was point with their finger and say "over there"... how about you give him/her the exact table number and dont give him/her shi* for not knowing and being confused. OR how about you get up, stop gossiping amongst yourselves, and deliver the food yourselves since you know which table it belongs too. The whole situation was very dysfunctional and stupid. Advice: treat your workers better and learn how to communicate. I am able to write this only because I understand Vietnamese. So when I came up to the register to pay for my meal, the owner lady couldnt even say the number/price properly and couldnt even keep a conversation or look at me in the eye. Even the old Viet people back in garden grove can do that, but they can't. Once she said "thank you," I responded in Viet "cam on" (which means thank you) and she was stunned like holy crap he's Viet too i didn't know....yeah they were saying so many bad things aloud when i was sitting there eating my food lol read more

This is one of the newest phon restaurants in this part of Riverside, also one of the largest. You gotta try the fresh noodles with your pho, they're a little fatter than the regular noodle you're used to getting with typical pho's but I love the taste of these fresh ones way better. This place is the best pho restaurant in Riverside and the IE! I got their egg rolls for appetizer and it was crispy flavorful to the last bite. Wished I ordered more of those babies! The beef pho has an authentic and complex flavor. I cleaned the bowl to the last drop of broth so I didn't get to take a picture of it! :/ I love their shaken beef dish too! The rich smokey wok taste of the tender beef balanced out with a bed of vinaigrette crispy salad was amazing! I could eat two orders of that any day! The pleasant decor, cleanliness, and friendly quick service makes this place a solid 5 Star on Yelp. I'll definitely be going here every time I visit my family in Corona. Me and my mother have been coming here for a very long time since they opened and I don't know what happened to the customer service recently but Jesus these people need to learn their manners. We come in and we see two booth tables filled with dishes and leftovers and they tried to sit us at table with other people rather then they clean it themselves. I mentioned it to them and the guy is so bothered by it that it takes the family that came in AFTER us order and we literally had to call him to come take our order. Then after he takes our order he SNATCHES my menu out of my hand. The drinks are made differently as well cause I always get the tai tea and let me tell you YOU GET SO MUCH ICE then the drink now. I like the clean, fresh, bright and vibrant flavors and colors of a good Vietnamese basic menu and this restaurant has it-- the place is bright and fresh too, easy parking, and simple decor. But the shining attraction of this place besides delicious and varied food, is their wait staff, particularly Vivian 'Vyvy' ?? who served us as if we were beloved cousins she was delighted to see, and her suggestions helped us order a wonderful, simple but memorable meal. As I gave him my card number to pay over the phone, the line somehow got disconnected. I immediately called him back and he said that he deleted all of the items I just placed because he thought I hung up on him and advised that if I wanted to replace the order, I had to go inside to do so. I love to eat phô and I have had phô before in other restaurants. I have to say, this was by far the best one I have yet gone to. My boyfriend and I were hungry and I wanted pho but I know that he really didnt like pho from his first expierence at a differnt one. But since he is so sweet he went ahead and took us to eat lunch here. We loved the food and service here. I got the orange chicken rice dish (forgot ehat number) and he got a stirfry. The portioning was good for the price. And the food was tasty! We also loved steamed rice. It was perfect! Last thing I have to say is the server named Vi was helpful. I'm not a pho person but when my family was sick we came across this place for their pho. This is the first pho I've ever really enjoyed the taste. I thought all pho taste the same it has a weird taste for me. But this one has a flavor I can't describe but it is very tasty. I've tried only 2 pho places in the area, but so far this is my #1 mainly because it's well-lit, parking is easy to come across and the pho is great. I really do like this spot, I do wish staff was just a little more present and welcoming though.
