Gary and Sheila make some of the best wings in SAV. It's worth the drive to the end of bull st to get them. Great flavor, great crunch. Got the hot, garlic parm and the garlic pepper ranch.

Delicious. Incredibly speedy. Generous portion. Simply yums! Piping hot! Love the early morning hours.

Can anybody say best wings ever?! When I think and crave wings, this is the spot to go to! I cant help but love the food when I get there. You might have to be around some pretty interesting people late in the evening but its worth it for the taste. Try the crab fries! There is nothing like it atleast not that I know of. The garlic lemon pepper wings cant get any better and the hot honey BBQ are my personal favorites. The juices will raise your sugar levels but what else would you expect in the south? This place is open late which makes it a great spot after a night out in city market. Dont look any further for your southern goodness.

Short version: amazing food, decrepit building, odd service. I ordered a 20 piece combo and paid extra for flats only. Ended up getting 14 drumsticks and 6 flats (wtf). The employee I spoke to on the phone didn't give me a time for when it would be ready. Waited 35 minutes and it still wasn't ready when I arrived. Had a hard time understanding her both on the phone and in person. The only real issue though was the condition of the building. Gross tables and floors, an unmaintained fish tank with no fish, and no visible inspection report. Wings were 8/10, chicken fingers were 9/10, and fries were like 4/10. Would I eat here again? Eh, probably not.

Very good flavor, but not worth it for the price and size of the wings. For 10 small wings it equaled $18. And it's just the wings and sauce, it doesn't come with anything else. If you're willing to pay that much, then I'd say go ahead because the flavors were pretty good. I got the lemon pepper wings and the sauce was very good. It had a nice taste to it! The inside is very small and the people inside were decently nice. The parking is very bad, the parking lot has cracks and such. Also it's hard to get out of it.

Definitely one of the best wing places in Savannah. The building is pretty old though, and the parking is actually very inconvenient, but the food is worth the hassle. There's a huge water leak in the ceiling above one of the tables though. The ceiling tile swelled and looks like it's going to explode any day now, so they should probably get that fixed as soon as possible. The wait time is absolutely atrocious at times too, so beware of that. The food is amazing. The customer service is great, but the building needs a remodeling.

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I guess everybody tastebuds we're not functioning probably. We were looking for a hole in the wall type spot and this is one of the places that was recommended to us by 4 locals. Upon pulling up it immediately gave us hole in the wall spots and it's in the hood so we were under the impression that these are about to be some bomb wings. I ordered a 10pc hot lemon pepper combo, my wife ordered a 10pc hot garlic parmesan combo both simple wings right you can't mess that up right.....WRONG. When we sat down mouths watering because the wings look sooooo good on instagram only to be disappointed. Hot lemon pepper- not spicy at all, barely able to taste lemon pepper seasoning, and they failed to season wings before cooking. Hot garlic Parmesan- just all around garbage and oily. Crab fries: were ok.. I mean ok Drinks: Diabetes in a cup. Would not come back. Just keep driving..

Watered down hot wings. On top of that it was not even hot. Better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Lemon pepper and hot garlic parmesan...but why are they mixed?
    Tonya H.

Quick trip to Savannah and my mom had a craving for some wings, so we ended up here! After reading reviews, we opted for the lemon pepper...yum! Along with the hot garlic parmesan...meh, not a fan. No flavor, and no spice :( We ordered online due to their phone lines being down and so glad we did. The place was a mad house when we pulled in to pick up. Also the phone lines were down....come to find out they turned them off die to the number of orders they had! Overall not the best but not the great. I liked the size of the wings as they were not over sized, however they could have used some additional flavor.

These are a must try if you like wings. Chicken and pancake tacos were delicious. Pancakes had a touch of sweetness. Fried chicken inside with a spicy mayo. Topped with a strawberry salsa that worked well. 3 of these were very filling. Fun and very good. Son had the double wide footlong. Topped with sloppy Joe. After that the 2 sides were different. One had fried banana peppers. The other side more classic with toppings. Son said it was really good. Others had the ahi tuna salad. Tuna was perfectly rare. Salad was good and the wasabi dressing had great flavor without being too spicy. Service was quick even though jam packed. Also very friendly.

The whole place is designed to feel like the inside of a trailer--spray-painted antique chandeliers, old pictures of different trailer parks, and random little details everywhere. It's kitschy, but very intentional, and honestly pretty cool. We came in late after a 4h drive into town after work, and the staff was still super friendly and accommodating. No "we're about to close" energy, which I appreciated. We started with the creamy collard dip, which is basically their take on spinach-artichoke dip, but with collards. Really good. I do think the chips were a little too heavy for the dip--a thinner chip would've been perfect--but that's a small note. The chicken pancake tacos were probably my favorite. The chicken was fried perfectly and still really moist. And at this point, I'm convinced Savannah just knows how to cook chicken. Everywhere we went, the chicken was consistently good. My partner got the grilled apple pie sandwich, which has fried chicken, grilled apples and bacon. He's not even a big pork person, but that bacon was so crispy and the whole combination just worked. Even the waffle fries were good--crispy, fresh and actually seasoned. We had the Grateful Dead and Wicked Kiwi cocktails, plus a couple of shots, and the drinks were strong, good and reasonably priced. Honestly, I don't have a ton of notes here. It's not trying to be some elevated dining experience. It's just a really good late-night spot with good food, strong drinks, friendly service and a fun atmosphere. We sat inside because Savannah in August was not about to have us sitting on anybody's patio. Definitely recommend, especially if you're looking for somewhere to eat late. It was a vibe, the food was good, and it did exactly what it needed to do.

It's a dark, cool vibe. It's definitely a popular place with tourist, but I'm telling you it's a must! My favorite starter is the fried lionsmane breaded & fried mushrooms (coated in citrus soy, sweet chil, scallions, & sesame seed) - YUM! Not a mushroom person? I swear you won't even know you're eating on - they're that good! For a main meal you have to get the chicken & waffle gyro!! It's fried chicken, herb mascarpone cream, honey poblano drizzle, waffle gyro, maple bourbon syrup & grits. I get the syrup on the side. Upgrade the grits to loaded, you won't regret it! This dish will seriously leave you thinking about it days later! Okay so here's the kicker with TOP... they have an 'Ordinary Intermission' from like 4-6 (I think longer on weekends) where they don't serve their full menu. It's a super limited menu with neither of my favorite items! It's also not a happy hour where the menu items are cheaper, just limited. I've popped in serval times during that time frame to grab an early dinner and ended up leaving. Sad times But again - this is a must for any foodie!

Looking back, we probably should've kept right on walking. We ordered the fried chicken, potato wedges, red rice, New Orleans rice, and cabbage, jalapeno cornbread and pecan cornbread. Unfortunately, the only things we actually enjoyed were the fried chicken and the potato wedges. Once again, it was an epic fail. The cabbage tasted like it had been boiled in plain water with absolutely no seasoning. Both the red rice and the New Orleans rice reminded us of Minute Rice or Uncle Ben's microwavable rice--bland, lacking flavor, and nothing like the rich, seasoned rice dishes we were expecting. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and well-seasoned, and the potato wedges were cooked perfectly, but those two items weren't enough to save the meal. We came hoping for authentic Southern comfort food, but left disappointed. Sadly, this is one restaurant we won't be adding to our list of places to revisit.
