    My beautiful damaged armoire

    They wrecked my armoire with their kneepads that had metal on them and toolbelt. And they put their feet on the bottom of the armoire when moving it.

    I'm highly disappointed with the the unfinished work done on my stair case (5 risers are stained brown and 9 painted white)when I ask the installer if he could match them he was annoyed and refused and garbage and Sawdust was left on my lawn and pathway My wife and I feel taken advantage of Very much unsatisfied

    Yes yes yes We saw the add on local TV station. Sounded like a great deal, and convenient. You call, set an appointment, they come out - with samples- they measure & give you a quote on the spot. Then you scheduled for installment. They come out, move your furniture, take the old carpet. And just like that - Jacks your uncle. Responsive, reliable, quality- Convenient and courteous Great experience, Strongly recommend

    50 Floor did a wonderful job installing LVP throughout my home. The sales rep was very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. The workers were timely and efficient. My only issue is there were several knicks where the workers struck the walls with the flooring. Instead of pointing them out, they covered them with furniture. In the living room, they actually tried to paint over it with some paint they found in my garage that did not match the wall. My appointment was scheduled for three days. It took them 1.5. Besides the knicks, I am very pleased.

    Final Update: On May the 12th, we received a call stating that our replacement flooring was being cut and trimmed to size and that an installer would be coming by on Saturday, May 19th between 0900 and 1100 to fix the described issues as stated below. A very nice and respectful gentleman was at the house, bright and early ready to work. Surprisingly, he spoke only Portuguese and I speak Castilian which is similar but also very different; but he was prepared with a Google translator to ask questions and answer any we might have had. He was quick, efficient and stayed on task the entire time, a pleasure to have in our home. Now that the contract has been fulfilled, we are just glad to have this behind us. Update: We were called yesterday (05May2021) we were told that "a manager" would be by to check out the floor issues. As of today, at 1345 hours, have received no call or response from said manager. This is getting frustrating. Try buying something that costs thousands of dollars and have the company blow you off once they get paid when an issue arises 2 hours after completion. Additionally, we did receive an altered canned response to our review like I thought we would. First and foremost, I would like to say that our experience with 50 Floor began very well. Duaine Staggs came to our home and evaluated what we would like to install vs what should be installed. He was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure any purchase while giving us price points on all products available, great employee to have. The product did take some time to be ready and cut. The appointment was made for Saturday, May 1st at 0800 which was perfect; no time had to be taken from work and we were ready. On Saturday, we moved all the vehicles from the driveway to make it easier for the installers to get to and from the house, sat down, had breakfast and coffee and were ready by 0750. The time specified came and went. At about 0945, my wife called 50 floor to ask if they were having trouble finding the address, we have had this happen in the past due to a new subdivision and maps aren't readily updated yet. Cory begins to tell us that his installer had a personal issue and didn't show up that day. We received no phone call prior and honestly, don't really care about the personal issues of an employee. What we do care about is the thousands of dollars spent and the general apathy of the situation. I asked Cory if he could go ahead and cancel our order due to the contract not being fulfilled as required. Cory apologized and said that it was indeed possible to cancel and have monies returned or he could have another installer come on Monday the 3rd of May and complete the install around the 9 o'clock hour. I asked my wife and she agreed. Now, we would have lost time and income but the project would be complete. A call is received at 0853 saying that the installer will be there around 1030ish, guess at this point it doesn't matter because the entire day had to be taken off. Anyway, so the installers come, a few bang bang bangs, a couple of chunka chunkas and they were complete. The entire thing took about 6 hours and looks amazing, the quality of the product is great and feels awesome underfoot. Upon inspecting the installation of the upstairs catwalk, there are several gaps wide enough you could drop a nickel through and even a portion the now creaks that didn't before. I notified customer service on the 3rd about 2 hours after the installers left, was told that someone would reach out, nobody did and I took it upon myself to call back on the 4th around 1000. They asked me to take pictures and send them, which I did. Today, we've heard nothing back from anyone. In my line of work, Quality is a huge issue and customer satisfaction is king, some just don't seem to understand that business model and most of the reviews posted here get a canned response.

I observed the patience and time he put into the job as he sorted through small tile for the edges like it was a game of Tetris, and good enough wasn't good enough-it needed to be better. More important than his work is the person I found him to be...patient, kind, gentle, and trustworthy. I truly enjoyed the conversations we had. His work ethic is beyond reproach, and customer satisfaction is his priority. In the coming year, we are planning to tile one of our bathrooms, and Oleksiy will be my first and only call.
