I recently took my 2019 Mercedes C300 in to have the front headlight lens cover replaced and was told they could do the job, no problem and ensured quality work with no issues. My original lens cover was damaged and needed to be replaced, BUT there was NO DAMAGE to any of the light bulbs or LED lights in the unit. They all worked perfectly. They were ONLY replacing the lens cover, not the actual headlight or any other critical part of the unit that required electrical work. The owner guaranteed his work and assured me that this would not be difficult to complete and would have my vehicle ready next day. After picking my car, I noticed later that evening that I was experiencing very strange electrical problems with the front right headlight and the headlight would come on at random times EVEN AFTER the vehicle was turned off as well as the headlights on off with no power going to the headlights! I brought my vehicle back to this shop and the shop owner initially tried to address the issue by running a test and then told me to keep an eye on the problem if it persisted and to bring it back to them for further "inspection". Well, the problem did NOT go away and I had to take my vehicle back to this shop a few times and every single time I was told it would correct itself and that I should be patient. I had to manually unplug the headlight unit while my car was parked and then manually plug it back in when I wanted to drive the vehicle with the lights on. This was the shop owners suggestion to me as a workaround, because they could not figure out what the hell they did to ruin my car!! I cannot begin to say how extremely frustrating and infuriating this is that I have to keep unplugging and plugging the headlight unit on my car every time I want to drive it!!! The shop owner, Erik, refuses to take responsibility for the damages and has completely given up on trying to repair this critical issue that he and his shop caused!!! Please, by all means necessary, STAY AWAY from this place!!! The owner is a CROOK, SCAMMER and a bold face LIAR!!! read more

It turned out I needed my valve cover gaskets changed, as well as a few other recommendations by Eric. Man was I happy with the results. He was helpful every step of the way, updating me sending me pictures of anything I should consider fixing. The fact he checked my car multiple times and had it running to make sure she sounded fine was above excellence. The team here is awesome. I simply came for an alignment check and I noticed my car was still not tracking straight. Without any hesitation, the owner, Eric, took the car back in, checked everything out and confirmed that the alignment was perfect and that my tires treads in the front were off. He recommended that I simply rotate one of the tires to the back and get it balanced and that did the trick. Eric also gave me a wheel center cap since it was missing. He didn't have to, but he did and I really really appreciate that. I was recommended by a Mercedes of Fremont service advisor and I managed to find a hidden gem.
