We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough!

What really stands out is that they never pressure me into buying additional services. In fact, they've recommended I go elsewhere when it made more sense for me. They suggested I get a free tire rotation at Discount Tire instead of paying for one there, and they also recommended I have my mechanic replace a belt rather than having them do it--even though they offer both of those services. That honesty goes a long way. On top of the excellent service, the customer experience is outstanding. In the Arizona heat, they offered me a cold bottle of water and gave me the option to wait in their air-conditioned lobby instead of staying in my car while it was turned off. I'm always impressed by their professionalism, transparency, and customer-first approach. It's the only place my household trusts for our vehicles, and I highly recommend them!

Dumped all my oil out on the freeway and side street during the busiest and most congested time of the morning. Now I have to get my truck towed to the dealership for a diagnostic test and hope that incident did not cause further damage to my engine. Maybe Take 5 should probably consider taking another 5 to make sure the drain plugs are securely tightened.  This will be a hefty bill to pay if my engine needs to be replaced, not to mention the car rental, towing, and time loss from work.
