I came early on a Sunday morning and I was the only one, but I learned they're relatively new so once word gets around, I can see this place getting busy. The multigrain latte was different , but in a good way. The roasted, nutty, sesame taste was unlike any latte I've ever had and I'll definitely be returning to get this drink again. Inside decor is clean with comfy looking chairs and work spaces Street parking. Very limited parking in the back , 3 spots and 1 handicapped space . Outside it's a cute small purple house in a residential area, inside is very nice and clean. The staff is super sweet and friendly!! You can totally come inside and have a little study sesh with places to plug in your devices with good pastries and drinks. read more

Really great coffee, loved their strawberry cream coffee, they recommended us that as their top seller - which it had a tiny bit more strawberry flavor but it was overall delicious! I also loved studying here, the seats are comfy with cushions unlike many other modern coffee shops, and they have larger tables for studying with outlets available. Oddly, I was a fan of their bathroom LOL - it was huge for a bathroom with one toilet. I had to walk across the room to get to the toilet. The one thing that could improve is the service, could be a little bit more warm and friendly when entering the shop but no big deal. Would study here again. read more

Wanted to try this place out after I spotted it while I was driving one day and saw the reviews on Yelp. My husband and I stopped in but had to circle around the neighborhood to find a parking spot nearby. There is a private lot, but the gate was closed and we were not able to enter the lot. We ended up parking in the neighborhood and walked about a block to get to this location. We got there around 7:40am and I thought at first that maybe they weren't even open because it was completely empty and the side door was locked. I walked around and was able to walk in through the front entrance. We initially wanted to grab a bite to eat and coffee but the pastry case was empty. I got myself a latte and my hubby got a tea. I liked the latte however it was def not worth the $8.00. I try to frequent local coffee shops and I love to try new places but this spot was a miss for me. I would have knocked it down to two stars, but as this is a new business I will wait a few months and come back to see if I can try their goodies and maybe they will make some adjustments on pricing for their menu. Seeing as there are probably 10-15 local spots within a 3 mile radius they may want to rethink their menu as it was nothing out of the ordinary. read more

It was my first time here and I really liked the ambiance, especially for a solid study session. I was there for about 2 hours and it was nice/quiet. It got busy for a bit but then it chilled out. This is a nice hidden cafe on the busy street of W. Commonwealth. It took us some time to find it, since on the outside it looks like a regular house with a nice porch. We also couldn't locate the parking so we had to park in the neighborhood behind the cafe and walk to it. On in the inside, it does have nice comfy chairs and great ambience for studying. We went at 3 pm on a Saturday and it was packed. Luckily we just waited for 2 minutes or so for an inside table to be freed up. There's also a great outside seating area with tables and chairs. We ordered two drinks that costed around $8 each plus tip. The quality of these drinks are definitely worth that price. The matcha was nice dark green and the coffee was strong yet not bitter. read more

Given the high reviews i was expecting exceptional coffee but it's honestly far from it. Ordered a Strawberry Bianco and Salted Maple Cream. The strawberry bianco has fresh strawberries but the whole thing had a very syrupy taste. Same with the maple cream, little salt and "maple" taste. would not return. Tried the BSL (black sesame latte) and everything cream cheese croissant. The croissant was really crunchy, and the coffee held up well - pretty good overall. Opt for indoor seating as the outside area is in a noisy spot. Inside, though, sets the perfect vibe for enjoying your brew and pastry. read more

Very cute interior and spacious. It was slow so we got our drinks quickly. I had the salted maple cold brew. My drink was solid. Perfect balance between sweet and still tasting the coffee. My husband and I found this place about 2 months ago and were hooked. We go almost every weekend, he loves the everything croissant as well aya the chorizo. For the coffee I been trying different ones. So far the strawberry cream, valentine strawberry, strawberry matcha and another latte that has strawberry chunks at the bottom. Tried 525 coffee for the first time. In short, 10/10 for the strawberry matcha latte. There's minimal parking in the back, and two hour street parking out in front. Service is great, the barista is super friendly and will answer any questions. Environment is nice and cozy, with plenty of tables inside and out on the patio. We also ordered the matcha latte and since we "dined in", they offered to put it in a mug:) see photo attached. Super cute design! Will be coming back! BEWARE: I ordered the black sesame latte, drink came 80% full. The drink already comes smaller than their other signature lattes- 12-14oz (menu does NOT mention this). So when my small drink came even smaller I was not happy. I was told they didn't put enough ice when there was enough ice already. Their solution was to add more ice- how much actual "drink" am I getting at this point. They did not offer to remake drink like any other cafe would. I had to ask them if I could order a different drink because I was unhappy with the first one. read more

I am obsessed with this coffee house! Cutest space in Fullerton! I ordered a seasonal drink (which I would definitely order again!) also ordered a croissant for my kids. The barista asked if I wanted anything else for the kids, and I said no...but she gave them a couple small cups of milk which I thought was so sweet!!! My kids gobbled up that croissant so fast! I would have ordered more drinks for myself, but then you'd have a crazed mom pumped up with caffeine driving around Orange County. Haha The space and atmosphere is beautiful! I could have sat there all day relaxing and collecting my thoughts. They had a high chair available for my baby which I thought was so nice! Amazing coffee but not amazing prices. There is quite a variety of coffees to choose from. You got your basic espresso to strawberry matcha lattes. I went with the "fancier" one and tried out the strawberry matcha latte. It comes iced and I substituted almond milk which hiked the price to $8.50. It was so good I drank it within 10 minutes. The fresh strawberries were so refreshing. The prices vary but this one was 7.50 plus $1 substitute for almond milk (or oat milk). There's a big interior and there's even an outdoor patio out front. Met up with a friend and her baby this morning here at 525. I got an iced oat latte and she ordered the strawberry latte. We also got two different types of croissants and the blueberry muffin. Everything was delicious. The blueberry muffin was a bit on the sweeter side but it was still delish. Because the coffee shop is so spacious there were so many people studying and working on their own projects. I can't wait to come back with a book to read! read more

Cute coffee shop with amazing aesthetic inside as well! Definitely a great study place if you have school work to do with the big seating area or if you want to just catch up with friends. I got the Bianco Orange (i think they only offer this ice). I'm not a big fan of orange in my coffee but I decided to give it a try and it was pleasantly good. It has 2 shots of expression and I opted for oat milk. The taste was not too bitter and they did a great job of mixing in the flavor! Plus you get the chunks of orange in there too! Worth a try if you are trying to get something new! There's also the strawberry option which I would want to try the next time I'm here. Service was impeccable!
