Rustam & his brother continue to give outstanding service. I was heading north to Monument Pass on…read moreI-25, 10/28, ~2200 hrs. Just as I increased elevation both the check engine & AT lights came on. Towed it (again) to a mechanic in Parker who advised it was a transmission problem now, they said. (They took 2 times to get a quality torque converter & fix a slight leak). Fed up, I paid to have it towed to Suby with 29 years experience ONLY working on Subarus. This was on MY DIME because tow operators won't tow a vehicle with the same problem to 2 different shops. Rustam's brother put it on a lift & showed me where tranny fluid was dripping from the seams between the tranny & the engine, and fluid had scored on the exhaust system. The Parker mechanic said the tranny was over 3 quarts low. NOT SO!!! Upshot was the seals to the tranny were blown out due to overfilling! An important side-note is, Suby is up front with you!!! Rustam's brother said, yes, they could replace seals, but folks in my situation had seals replaced, & the issue cropped up again. Then one would initially save $500 over a tranny replacement, OR, you take your chances & if it fails you spend the full amount for the tranny replacement anyway. Honesty like this is almost non-existent in this day & age. I went for the tranny replacement & got my 110K mile tranny replaced with a 60K mile unit, 1 year parts & labor included. Worth every penny.

They don't adhere to your request as far as checking the issue of your vehicle. Don't go there.read more

I found my dream car online. A 1958 Impala. I'm from California and there is an Impala Culture out…read morehere, we love our low riders. How can I start? I seen my car on EBay at 1:47am while I was scrolling every Impala page imaginable and I seen this one. It's all white with red interior. At 9:01 a.m. I called Cars remember when , Rob answered, I told him I want this car, I am going to buy it and he said okay you are the first person to actually say that, so it is your car. I asked to put a deposit down to secure the vehicle, of course he said yes and I was on a plane within hours. When we arrived at Cars Remember when I was amazed by all the cars. It is like an automobile museum and you can actually buy the cars, there is literally something for everyone. You can buy grandmas car that she picked up groceries in for 40 years and only put 20k miles on it or you can buy something from the 30's or you can get a fastback or even a GTO. I believe we where greeted by the entire staff throughout the time we were there. It's like they made it a point to make us feel welcomed and just genuinely meet us and chat. We met the owner and everyone in between, to me that shows great leadership and family atmosphere. We are impressed. Rob is attentive, polite, friendly, an overall great guy. He even figured out my girlfriends nickname by her email "Mada". Now he doesn't pronounce it correctly but that's okay. So this place we can't say enough about but if your looking for an entire experience when you buy a car you've been searching for this is definitely the place. You're not just a number here you're part of the nostalgic automobile family. We will be coming back here I'm sure I seen a couple other rides we liked. Mada want's Grandma's Merc. Thanks guys and girls at Cars remember when. Thanks Rob!!!
