Friendly greeting upon arrival. Been waiting to try this place. We shared the egg sandwich and the avo veggie. BOTH are delicious and stuffed with crisp veggies! Love a sandwich filled with VEG. The plates are so colorful due the bounty of veggies. A yummy grated carrot dressing is light but tasty! Perfect! After, we felt filled...but in a nice satisfied way. There's seating inside and out, we sat outside where it was relaxing & quiet. They brought our plates and drinks out to us, again smiling all the way. Service is EXCELLENT! Located sort of across Walmart, this place is amazing! Sandwiches, wraps, salads, juices, smoothies galore. My classic go to is the original sandwich with added Turkey. There's multiple different things you can add. So tasty omgosh! In the sandwich is cucumber, avocado, carrot, lettuce, tomato! I think they use a special sauce that makes it just taste so good. The portion is so big that half of it makes me full. It's full of flavor. Have to come back to try different things on the menu! read more

The complex has valet parking with a neat little carousel for the cars like they have in Korea. I was going to go somewhere else in the complex, but they were sold out, so I stopped here because it caught my eye on the way up. I love smoothies almost as much as I love milk tea and milkshakes. The mango banana caught my eye first, then the matcha banana, but when I saw the black sesame kinako I knew that that was the one, Two of my favorite flavors joining forces. For food, I got a cream cheese sandwich. It was delicious, but the price was high for the small size. Service was super friendly, and my order came out very quickly. When I return to get the black sesame kinako smoothie, I will try one of their numerous healthy eating options. My girlfriend has been encouraging me to eat more fruits and vegetables, and this place is perfect for that. read more

Finally had the chance to swing by and try this cute café. Service was really friendly, warm, and courteous. The decor and vibe are reminiscent of cafe shops in Japan. I ordered the shimp avocado sando to go. My husband has been on a banana milk juice kick so I was happy to see they offer it here (with oat milk, which us our preference!). The sandwich was delicious, packed with lettuce, carrots, alfalfa, etc - sadly I didn't take a picture because I was hungry, but it was vibrant and definitely picture-worthy. This place is beautifully decorated! I love all the plants and pillows and quaint knickknacks. I had the salad with shrimp and avocado. The vegetables were very fresh and dressings were delicious and special. The detox smoothie was refreshing and tasty. My only complaint was that my salad came with literally one shrimp. For $17 I think there should be at least 3 shrimp, probably more. I hope they were just running low on shrimp and one shrimp is not the normal amount on the salad. First time trying this little cafe. I ordered an iced matcha latte... the young lady asked if I wanted a sweetener, I said yes. I didn't realize they charge 2.00 for a squeeze of honey?! The platonic ideal of what a sweet little cafe should be. It's super-cute in a sincere heartfelt way. The interior is a forest of dream catchers, potted plants, and macrame-wrapped fixtures, like a surprisingly clean and sophisticated reimagining of a 1970s health store. The tables arranged in the building lobby are cool, comfortable, and protected from sun and wind. Both are inviting places to sit, talk, and linger for an hour or three. The staff and owners are all sweet and kind Japanese speakers. They assemble each order carefully, and run it out to the table on a precisely set tray as if it's a fine dining restaurant, whether it's a full lunch order or just a napkin or cup of water. Best of all, the food is all fantastic, at least two steps beyond any expectations you might have for a cafe. Prices are high-ish but portions are generous so it's a good value. The egg sandwich blows away anything I've ever had from a Japanese supermarket, so savory and filling and tasty. The shrimp and avocado salad was tasty with fresh high quality ingredients. The chocolate banana nut cake was out of this world good, something I've never had before, like a really dense super moist mousse with more banana flavor than any banana bread I've ever had and as much chocolate goodness as a molten chocolate cake. The best place to go for smoothies!! They use macadamia nut milk rather than soy milk or almond milk and I feel like it's way healthier. The Relax Green smoothie was so delicious and wholesome, very good tasting. Can also add toppings and I added cinnamon to mine for health benefits. Located in the 808 Center, you'll find Five Senses on the ground floor near the building elevators/staircases. Their shop fronts Rycroft Street, and let me just tell you, the little window in which you can sit and enjoy your order is SO CUTE. Lined with shiny white tiles and the word "Aloha" in black, this little window also features planters on the outside for a wonderfully pulled together and well thought-out photo spot as well as indoor seating. The interior of the shop is just as pleasing to the eyes, with a soft combination of colors, *chef's kiss*. Plants displayed are for sale, as well as a few hand selected pots and planters, all of which go with their in store color palette! Now onto the offerings, they have a moderate selection of made to order smoothies, basic coffees and some herbal teas. For food, Vegetarian Sandwich, Vegan Wrap and Vegan Salad, all at $10.95 each. You have the option to add turkey ($3), shrimp ($3), egg ($2) or black garlic ($1.55). Also available are Cream Cheese Muffins at $6.95/each. At the time of this visit, we learned that they are working on hot soup options, which should be available soon. THIS SHOP IS CARD ONLY, they do not accept cash! (I did see a generic ATM on the same floor if you need). My sister and I ordered the Strawberry Milk and Black Sesame & Kinako drinks ($8.95/each, with additional ingredients like chia, ginger, agave etc $1.55/each). Both were a little light on taste, but tasted great. I do wish they tasted a bit stronger though, in a way, they tasted a little watered down. We shared the Vegan Salad as is, and it was SO pretty! The vegetables are carefully arranged and super uniform in preparation. The dressing came on the side, which we totally appreciated, since many times, there's too much dressing for our liking. I tried the vegetarian wrap with the black garlic and the Matcha smoothie with pineapple, and I have to say it was the best feeling afterwards I love how vegetarian food makes me feel clean and fresh and the people were so sweet because they taught me how to eat black garlic because I've never eaten there before and it was just a really sweet vibe.
