My only real complaint was the portioning of the sampler. We were told that as you choose a larger variety of meats, you essentially receive smaller portions of each. I understand the idea of a sampler, but we literally received one slice of brisket and two-three fairly small ribs, so the portion-to-variety concept didn't make a ton of sense to me. I would've preferred slightly more substantial portions, especially considering how good the brisket was! I also ordered a cocktail, but unfortunately it wasn't really for me. It came across very sweet and mostly juice, although I think that may have been more about the particular drink I chose than the bar itself. Overall, the food absolutely delivered. The ribs could have been more tender but were slightly better than the ones I got from Cozy Coop this year.
