When we got there and checked in via text, we were surprised that they actually were going to come outside to deliver it (but we met them at the door in any case). Good to know for next time. I'm partial to my own homemade mac and cheese and greens, but they weren't bad. As far as the meats go, I think I liked the brisket, turkey breast, and sausage best. The ribs could have been more tender but were slightly better than the ones I got from Cozy Coop this year. I still haven't found a rib place that really sticks with me in my immediate area, but there are many more to try of course! I just like that turkey breast was even an option for the sampler. It was seasoned well and not dry also. I joined the rewards program, so I received a discount that I used up front. I would definitely like to try some of their sandwiches with housemade pastrami, nachos, and some more of the meats and sides.
