He was pleasant to talk with and the coffee has good flavor. The background music provided good ambiance. I won't be a regular here because I tend to prefer espresso-based drinks and they do not have an espresso machine, but I would go here when I'm looking for a cold brew and I'm near the intersection of University & Texas.

Perfect texture, would never guess that it's gluten-free. Spongy but moist, not grainy at all. The coffee was relatively forgettable but all of them did have strong hints of the syrup that was added. I had a drip coffee with honey syrup and it was decent, not too sweet. My partner's cold brew was very strong in the lavender syrup she got.
