I asked the girl at the counter what brand that was specifically and she told me it was lactaid. I waited about 5 mins to get my coffee. The coffee itself didn't have much flavor, I'm not sure if the milk was too much but I didn't get much of a coffee or the shot of SF vanilla that I added. I guess I'm just being crabby, but I really don't think you need a mentally ill person who makes more than 75% of your customers uncomfortable, as the person doing this particular job. I'm also a big customer service fan, and when he handed both my drink and food, he didn't look at me or say a single word. I actually sat there until he noticed and he said, "did I forget something?" and I said, "yes, you could say thank you or have a nice day or something!" and he just stared at me. I told him, "I hope YOU have a nice day" and left.
