By far, the slowest Starbucks location that I have been to in the Wellington/Royal Palm Beach area. Period. It's not well managed. The staff are fairly disorganized and cannot handle the morning traffic. For a location that is the main one for those who live in Wellington and the Wellington Trace area, it gets so much traffic that it can't handle it. Between the drive-through line and the interior walk-in line, there is always a wait of at least 10 to 20 minutes per customer. Even in slower periods, this service isn't on point. I will go sooner to the one in Southern Palms on Southern Boulevard or the Starbucks further east on Forest Hill Boulevard. The service is faster, and the drinks are made correctly. read more

I found this Starbucks on my cross state ride. It's only a little over 1/2 a mile off SR80 in the city of Wellington and is easy to get to. The employees were courteous and friendly. I was impressed that no less than 3 employees asked me what order I was waiting on when they saw me still standing by the pickup counter when everyone else had received their orders. That issue was quickly resolved. I really enjoyed my Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. It was refreshing and delicious. If I get back to this area, I'll definitely return here. This is an excellent Starbucks. The staff is pleasant. Friendly greeting before taking ur order. They wear masks. There is nice outdoor seating available. It is clean inside. Omg! whyyy!!! Why Starbucks! so I am a regular here! But they have been screwing off on my order every time! and I am not mean to the barista I always greet them nicely but I still dont get why they don't make the order right ! Sometimes I had to go back, park and ask them to remake my drink , the manager seem understanding but the people making the coffee are not following instructions of what I order and I'm simple on my drink I always order ice americano, with cold foam on top ! Did 17,346 miles in the last 29 days. Visited Starbucks stores in Greece, England, NY, California, Texas and now Wellington, Florida. Definitely saved the Best of the Best for last. This is the store that is on Forest Hills Blvd and Wellington Trace in Wellington, Fl. 1) Amazing, cool, beautiful, caring, proactive, fun, genuine and relaxed( and simultaneously focused) staff. The Manager is this super awesome gentleman name Tom and without a doubt he is the source and the natural role model. I have been to this store as early as 5 am and as late as 8:30 pm and have always found the employees consistent and happy. Small things are big things - "Ray, let me know if you need some more whole milk." They put the green stopper on my coffee cup to keep it warm. The toasted bagel is served with love. Just a few examples of what separates them from all of the other Starbucks stores stateside and in the few countries overseas where I did get some Joe. If I miss anyone, please forgive me: Tom, Suyann, Becca, Nick, Cam, Sammy, Panda, Katie, Eric, Andrew, Kayla, Jorge, Adam, Matty. Just a great, solid team. 2) Love the fact that they are open at 5 am every single day of the week. 3) The vibe in this store is relaxing and chill. There is no stress and I have never seen customers huddle up waiting for their orders by the coffee bar. Smooth and efficient. 4) They do have a drive thru. 5) Loads of parking spots in the shopping center. Never congested. I live almost 5 miles south and east of this store just north of Lake Worth Rd on 441 and do have 2 other Starbucks stores closer to me. Just not the same. It always seem like an issue when my drink is made incorrectly, I'm not rude about it I just ask for it to be fixed. I use the drive thru and I can hear baristas getting frustrated and making unnecessary comments when I want my order fixed. Drive thru employees have a smirk on their face and just quite unpleasant. This was a terrible experience. Bought coffee beans that tasted utterly disgusting and the store manager refused to exchange them because we didn't have a paper receipt. But we have been a Starbucks gold Card user for years and used our gold Card, which keeps a record of all purchases. But manager says they can't use our record and requires a paper receipt, which they always ask if you want one or not when you use your app. This policy needs to change for Starbucks to get 5 stars from me. This is not a friendly policy at all to customers who have an electronic receipt on Starbucks very own app. Honor your quality guarantee, Starbucks. Do the right thing and fix this. read more

I'm addicted to Starbucks and don't really have a "home" store, but this location in particular is one of my favorites. Aside from the welcoming layout both inside and outside on the patio, the staff is amazing. They are friendly and go out of their way to ensure your experience (and order) is as close to perfect as possible. If they make a mistake or if it tastes a bit "off," they remake it quickly and without question. The store itself is arranged nicely and is always clean. Wi-fi is fast. They are friendly and funny and they almost always make the drinks perfect, and if the don't they make 'em again without acting like you are a terd for wanting your $5 latte made with the right favor syrup. The only complaint I have about this particular Starbucks is that the nice outdoor patio is ALWAYS dominated by stinky, disgusting cigar and cigarette smokers. But unfortunately, that is all outdoor eating areas in this town. This place is better than the Starbucks in Wellington Green, even though that one has a drive through. I came in like two weeks ago to find out the salted caramel frapp. Was no longer available. Damnit. I told them kinda what I liked, Female blonde good looking Chris made me a drink. It was the best frapp. I have ever had. Absolutely amazing. I usually avoid Starbucks because I think it's to yuppy and over priced. It's a crap shoot coming here, but it's close to my house so I tolerate the inconsistency. I'm an espresso drinker so it's not too hard to mess that up but on occasion the temperature and flavor seems off. Food on the other had depends on who is preparing. Sandwiches have come to me cold in the middle. Clearly because they heated 2 at once which is not supposed to be done. They do fix it and reheat but when busy this is a big delay. The coffee is ok. I love the mocha. I get starbucks at least 2-3 times a week. The reason I am leaving a one star is because they leave their stores cold. Everywhere you go even when its cold outside they leave their A/C on. Maybe they think the colder it is the more coffee they sell?
