The mobile app tells me to go look for my order under the mobile order sign, and it is not there. still waiting patiently for my food they asked me if I'm waiting for something I told them I have a mobile order and told them the number and they told me to just look for them at hotplate. Store hours have steadily been reduced (long before Covid) and they don't really have many options regarding product lines. Let's get to the pharmacy... or the lousy excuse for a pharmacy. It takes days to fill prescriptions. They act like they have no clue what's going on and as though the customer is a nuisance. They fail to understand that after a procedure, people cannot wait 48 hours for their medication. Availability of medications is an issue here as well. The icing on the cake is when online, the estimated time for the medication to be ready is 8:36PM.. but they close at 6PM. I'm gonna go try out the new independent pharmacy that opened up a block away.. forget these guys.

By the time we saw that we hadn't gotten all of his medication the pharmacy was closed (they close at 6pm on Saturdays). I went there the next day and they at first said the prescription they didn't fill wasn't in stock (again wasn't told this at the time the prescriptions were filled) was then told that my insurance didn't cover it (again something that wasn't told to us). Counter service at the front is usually prompt and they do have a cute little section of seasonal merchandise, but it's very small. This is a tiny CVS compared to other CVSs, but the location makes it convenient for me. I love using my rewards, so I often buy my skincare/ bathroom supplies there. There are also two small refrigerators for a small amount of drinks and basic groceries. Do NOT bother with the pharmacy. It has horrible waiting time for prescriptions and sometimes doesn't even have the medication needed. The staff sometimes seems clueless and my feedback to the manager didn't seem to matter since they are having difficulty hiring. I changed to another pharmacy due to their incompetence.

I come back 30 minutes later , not only does she not recognize me, she says my prescription is not ready. Then I look up 5 minutes later to see her entering my prescription into the system. No respect for customer time. I only brought the prescription in because for some reason their fax would not hook up with my doctor's office. If you need medication or you will die, don't get it filled here. Now they are telling me they don't have the medication after I waited 45 minutes. Then after they saw I was irritated they gave me one bottle charged me for three and then told me I could come back to get the other two over the weekend. I gave them a 3 star because I have been going here for months and never had an experience like this. If it happens again I will be switching to Walgreens.

This was such an odd stop. I knew I need fuel and wasn't going to make it far if I didn't stop…read moresoon. Coming back up towards home I ran into this location. I pulled in and right up to a pump. The lot is rather large and can handle a good flow of customers when it gets busy. Plenty of pumps so a fuel stop should be a short endeavor here. That is if you didn't run into the problem that I did. I pull up to the pump and attempt to pay at the pump. The less human interaction I have to do, the better. No matter what I did, tapped, inserted card, debit or credit, the pump just didn't work. I wasn't able to move to another pump and I did what the pump told, go inside and see an attendant. When I get inside I go up to the counter and let them know what is going on. What I got in response was, 'oh, yeah, that pump's been messing up all day.' Instead of disabling the pump, or putting a sign on it to alert whoever used it, you have multiple people come in to tell you that the pump doesn't work. Honestly, it made me think that my card was shut off, even though I just used it elsewhere. Or, that my card was hit with fraud. Anyway, I had no other problems after that. I pumped my fuel and made my way out of there. I hope since then they fixed the pump.

I fueled up at this gas station with mid grade, and within 10 minutes I was broken down on the side…read moreof the road in my brand new Jeep. My mechanic tested the fuel, and found that it is tainted. I have testing data to support the claim. It is very difficult to reach someone to file a claim. I left a message, but I have not yet been contacted. The damages are in excess of $1300, with towing costs in addition to that. Not a good look Exxon! I am hoping that we can work this issue out.
