It's the perfect spot to enjoy specialty coffees and seasonal lattes such as Creme Brulee and Peppermint Mocha, along with delicious pastries, including croissants, kouign-amanns, gourmet cookies, donuts, and hearty breakfast options like avocado toast and breakfast sandwiches. The friendly staff provides excellent service, and the cozy, beautifully decorated interior, especially during the winter holidays, makes it a favorite place for the community to relax with a good cup of coffee. We first discovered this charming cafe when it opened in Fairfax, and we've enjoyed its other locations in Vienna and Reston as well. Across all locations, they maintain consistent quality, serving excellent coffee with a waffle piece--a lovely gesture that reflects their warmth and hospitality.

The latte itself was pretty well done! I wish it was little less sweet but other than that I would get again. They also had a blueberry muffin which was very interesting. Like idk if I can say if it was good or bad haha but overall fun experience. I just wish that the interior seating was a bit more comfortable but I liked this place. Oh and the service was pretty standard which is always preferred :) Like I would go here again but I would probably rather go to the middle eastern cafes.

TM specializes in Asian baked goods with really fun and creative twists. Every item feels thoughtful, unique, and beautifully made. You can tell there's a lot of care and creativity behind the menu. My personal favorites are the black sesame croissant and the mango sticky rice croissant. Both are incredible -- flaky, perfectly balanced, and unlike anything you'll find at a typical bakery. The flavors are bold but still comforting, and the pastries are always fresh. I've also really enjoyed getting to know the owner, Annie. She clearly puts her heart and soul into every product she makes, and that passion really comes through in the quality and creativity of the pastries. If you love creative pastries and Asian-inspired flavors, Toi Moi Bakery is a must. Totally worth the trip every time.

Among the baked goods I sampled were some intriguing flavors with quality, but some items were a bit dry, leading to croissants that were just a bit too flaky to be practical. Preordering for either this retail location or for various farmers markets is an option, and that may yield a more interesting selection. Still, I think it's reasonable to want to just buy some high-quality Asian baked goods, and when I compare this to the experience at the top places in the area, I don't know why I needed to come here.

I ordered an almond milk latte and the avocado toast without feta. The avocado toast was SO good, the avocado tasted really fresh and they used the perfect amount of balsamic vinegar. Also loved that they had packets of hot sauce available. My son got a bagel with cream cheese and my partner got a bagel with butter and jam plus a chai latte. Only note is that the bagel came with a ton of cream cheese, so if you don't like it piled on, I'd recommend asking for light cream cheese. Overall we really loved it and would definitely come back when we're in the area again!

The decor makes you think of what you'd find at an eccentric great aunt's home, but in a positive way. Each area has its own mini aesthetic that contributes to the entire place; in the back are color themed books that give it a more serious look, while upstairs is more whimsical in it's random assortment of chairs and couches. The food is in appealing display cases downstairs. The stand out pastries for me are the tiramisu filled cronuts. Drinks wise, they have the typical cafe fare but excitingly so they also have Colombe on draft which I will always be excited about. I recommend this place to grab a snack and socialize!

Nothing that made me say, "Mmmmmmm, this is really good!" Coffee drinks are expensive for smalls & also just kinda ordinary. It's a great place to meet up with friends & family, but it's also a small venue that can get really squishy during peak times (e.g., early morning, after dinner). Worth the drive? This is tough. It's a good place to meet up & the food & beverages aren't horrible, so to connect with people, yes, worth it. For the food? Not exactly. Seriously, everything looked absolutely wonderful. Makes one want to buy everything in sight. Textures are great. Light, fluffy bread on red bean bun. The filling nothing special. Same with the blueberry pastry... nothing super yummy & not much filling. Couldn't taste the blueberry. Kinda disappointing. So, while I'd not go out of my way for their baked goods & coffee, I'd definitely nosh on something while hanging out with friends as long as we could find seats. To me it's a destination for meeting up and not one to go out of your way for out of this world sweet treats. Gotta pick up a cake on short notice or pastries to take to an office potluck? It's a convenient location for this.
