I am honestly disgusted by the way my sister was treated at this 7-Eleven. A random customer grabbed the top of her drink with their bare hands, and because she has contamination anxiety/OCD tendencies, she politely asked if she could replace the $1 Slurpee instead of drinking from something someone else touched. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the owner completely exploded on her in front of the entire store. Yelling, screaming about "wasting money," humiliating her publicly, and escalating a one-dollar issue into a scene that never should have happened. It was honestly shocking to watch an adult business owner behave that aggressively toward a customer over such a small and understandable request. To make things even worse, they called the cops on her and permanently banned her from the store, all because she asked for a clean replacement cup after another stranger touched her drink. There was absolutely no compassion, no professionalism, and no basic customer service. People deserve to feel safe and respected when they walk into a business, especially over something this minor. If this is how customers are treated for politely asking for help, I would seriously reconsider supporting this establishment. read more

Employees are rude and always have an attitude. The two young women there in the night/afternoon seem to have a strange vibe that throws me off. I speak both English and Spanish, and the employees in the afternoon/night seem to only speak Spanish. Which in itself isn't a problem. However, I do wish they would have at least one employee who speaks English it would make things easier for employees and customers not to mention it would make the line go down faster. The problem is, even when speaking Spanish to make things easier when I ask for lids or food. They seem to care even less and sometimes don't even respond. They just seem to not care. I thought I was just being judgmental so after 4 other occasions I've gone to grab some snacks with friends my experience does not change. Not only that but a woman with glasses seems to be wishing customers a good day with an angry tone and very insincere which just happened this afternoon She seemed to get angry just because I asked if I could get lids for Slurpees... They also don't know the meaning of personal space I tried paying with my card. As I inserted it into the card reader. It read as an error and the man behind the counter tried to grab it out from my hand thinking I wasn't doing it right. Which in all honesty shocked me and left me feeling very upset. I get if he was trying to help but why couldn't he be more mindful rather than just reaching over and trying to take it from my hand?! On 7/11/23 around 10 pm,the store was a total disaster. The employee on register which was new did not know any English whatsoever, the second employee a young woman that I found out might be related to management, did not get behind the counter and help her other employer when I need. young employer has been noticed and seen taking drugs using drugs while on a one hour break from 2:00 p.m. 2:00 a.m. till 3:00 a.m. at 7-Eleven is only supposed to close around 4:00 4:00 a.m. till 5:00 a.m. to clean the store not at 2:00 a.m. both employees are on break. It's a violation of the 24/7 hour. I have been coming to this store for almost 10 years and I have never came across such a disorganized store ever. Not only do American English speaking people they do not work there at all all the employees seem to only speak spanish. That is also a violation of law called discrimination of race. Numerous times I have gone in there at night in the young employee who I believe is to be Management's daughter or some type of relative, is seeing outside of the store and different vehicles throughout the night and seem to be using drugs while in the vehicles. I have mentioned this to staff at 7-Eleven in Hollister California where I do live and yet nothing has been done. My first job was at 7-Eleven and we all spoke English and we also some spokes Spanish too and we all got along just fine. The way the store is run in Hollister is really really sad it's pathetic when you got 20 people waiting in line you got two people that are supposed to be working and only one is taken care of the customers while the other one is just standing there watching and smiling that is wrong that's not customer service. I find this to be very disturbing and unrealistic of a 7-Eleven that I am familiar with all over the us. 7-Eleven should have both English and Spanish speaking people not just one or the other that's called discrimination. read more

Make sure y'all check your items when you buy from this location. I bought a Twinkie and i didn't know it was moldy until it was too late, I also checked the expiration which was fine but I have no idea why it was moldy. I tried to call the store twice to let them know but they didn't answer. read more

This lady is very rude.She has horrible customer service she needs to get fired immediately.I visit this 711 very often . I've seen seen her be very rude to other customers. I know it's 3 am and you might not like cleaning floors or wiping counters down after customers but in the end it's a job and be professional and courteous to your customers. Learn how to smile and not mean mug . And next time I need a bag for my drinks and snacks I gave you a quarter and bags are ten cents each so I still need my one bag and a half next visit. It's now rare that I ever get to this tore, but went in last week on 7-11 Day (July 11) to get the free Slurpee. My family and I visited this 7 eleven at around 2am for a snack. While waiting in line for everyone to purchase their beer, my son noticed a box full of pre-made sandwiches and began to look at them. The clerk rudely told my son don't dig threw his stuff that he doesn't go to our house and dig threw our stuff. He immediately stopped . The clerk went on to say to that if he had anything else to say that we couldn't pay for our stuff. I asked him what the problem was. We then left the store and we will not be back. He was rude to us and in front of a 8 year old child. We will not be back and we visit this store around 3 to times a week. Before the staff was rude and not friendly and the store was very unorganized and not very clean. Now, the new management did a 360 and completely turned it around in all ways possible. You walk in there, and it looks like a new store, and like everything is new. The new staff is friendly and everything is so organized. Ten thumbs up!! read more

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! Well it was a really cold day in Hollister, and I decided to go to 7-11 for hot chocolate. So I proceeded to do so, and when I was filling my cup up it fell Causing all the hot chocolate to fall on my hand burning it. That wasn't the bad part, the lady working said "why did you do that?" (not even checking to see if I was OK or I needed help cleaning off my hand) and proceeded to blame me and got frustrated. So I asked the other younger gentlemen what her name so I can talk to their manager soon. He lied saying was "Elizabeth". It was definitely the worst customer service ever, from being ridiculed for a complete accident, and yelled at, to the dishonesty of the employees. read more
