So not really sure as to the reason that this 7-Eleven has its door locked (tied shut with a plastic bag). Online it says this location is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!! When I walked up to the door the guy working inside had his AirPods in, shoes off, mopping the floor.... He looked up at me so I tried asking him how come they are not open? And when they would be open? But rather then try to talk with me he actually motioned me to go away!!! DO NOT redeem ANY lotto or scratchers here! They will try to STEAL your winnings! Went in today with two winning scratchers for small amounts. The man behind the register scanned one of my two tickets, ripped them both (with barcode still intact) and threw them out. When I asked him to pull them out to double check, he showed me the print out from the single ticket he had scanned, and then refused to pull my tickets back out. Finally after I told him I wasn't leaving until he pulled the tickets back out, and he had a line forming by this point, he just added the money to my order, like it was no big deal. Worst 7-eleven ever!! Rudest staff on planet earth. I live around the corner and I'm so sick and tired of walking in there and getting nothing but attitude from the cashiers. I will say the couple of women that work there are very pleasant and I've never had a problem with them at all ever. But there's for sure some shady practices going on at the registers, I noticed that you can not see the total anywhere when your making a purchase. Which it's either broken (and they need to fix it) or they've turned it off to over charge you (not saying that's what they are doing but it doesn't look good from my point of view). This is the absolute WORST 7-Eleven I have ever been to.. Aside from it being filthy and not having hardly anything in stock, the gentleman manning the cash register was exceptionally rude. As a resident of HB & local supporter of businesses big and small, I typically love the ease of 7-Elevens wide selection of ice cold drinks, popsicles, etc., especially when I'm not in mood to battle the grocery store lines. However, it was as if this store was going out of business, and only had the junk left no one wanted. Everything was dusty, expired, etc. I did however, purchase approximately 15 large sports drinks/popsicles and was told AFTER I paid that they didn't have any bags for my items.. What?! I just spent $47.81 here and you don't have a way for me to take my items home with me?? I asked for my money back & was told, "No." I then had to ask one of the men doing deliveries if I could get a box to place my items in.. If it weren't for his help, idk what I'd have done. I left there stressed out and upset, which was completely unnecessary.. The gentleman who rang me up could've cared less if I got my groceries home or not. I went in and bought not 1 but 2 umbrellas she charged me 14.99 each didn't pay much attention the price at first the next day I went in there they had the umbrellas at 5.99each brought mine back and she said they were a different umbrellas told her to show me the difference of course she couldn't, she left and went into the back and wouldn't come out. The guy that was working asked what happened he went to the back by bought out 3 umbrellas "The exact same ones " as the ones I bought and tried to tell me they were different none of them had a price tag they had been ripped off. You can't argue with them because they can't understand you and you can't understand them. She stole $18.00 of my $$. Went in just today to load my card and she tells me it's been "DECLINED" IM LOADING $ not taking$ out. She shows me the receipt and it shows it was "VOIDED" by her, nowhere does it say declined, she says look and she does the exact same thing Voids the transaction! I grab my $ and card walk out see her laughing telling the other employee what happened! I will Never go spend$ at this 7 11 ever again! i pick up alcohol from here all the time until this 7/11 attendee wouldn't sell me alcohol after i gave him my physical id from the dmv. he then asked to see my debit card to see if it was my actual name. i gave it to him and he laughed at me and threw my card on the counter. i repeated my address that i live at and all the other things on my card. i said what's so funny and asked him to swipe my id on the POS and he refused to do so. what does looking at my debit card do to assess my age? this is the stupidest thing i've ever been through. i'm actually really disgusted at this and really angry this happened. i told him i would write a review i will go back and get his name to complete this review read more

I have a fascination with 7-Eleven's if you haven't noticed! Especially all the ones in HB! They seem to pop up every .2 miles ! In AH it feels like 7-Eleven's are illegal there's 0 until you cross over to YL & Orange! -_- Whenever I go inside one I'm always looking to see if the coffee area is clean. SCAM ALERT!!!!! These people are scam artists!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would So we went to buy some snacks for the beach and we asked how much these cute little shark hats were, he then mumbled something. So we went to pay and he told us that they were $5 each, but instead of charging us for the hats he said get $10 cash back and I'll take it. At that point were just kind of just excited to go to the beach. We get closer to the beach to ask how much the hats were there and he said o we don't sell these we just give these away. At that point we were kind of upset so we went back to get our money back and he told us no. Then he was talking nicely while people were in there but as soon as people walked out and it was just us he started yelling. So then he said to give them back and we will get the money back. We said one is ripped and he said ok we get the hats took them inside and he said this one is ripped no. We told him. "We just told you that they were ripped" then my boyfriend came in really mad because from the car he saw him yelling at us. It got a little crazy and my friend called the cops because he said he was going to call, (she wanted to call before he did) he didn't even call the cops, he called his boss instead. As soon as my friend and my boyfriend walked out and saw that we actually called, he gave me the money. The cops said it was sketchy, and they resolved everything. Do not ever shop here.
