I'm not one to write reviews, but after my experience here I was SOO excited to write one! The owner (Alex) was INSANELY welcoming and nice! He made my day and is someone i'll always remember. I watched him as he was on his feet the entire time restocking, cleaning, and dealing with the register at the same time (so impressive!) I've never seen such a hands on owner! I'm for sure only getting gas and snacks from here! Don't even get me started on the rest of the staff!! Mackenzie who was working up front was so friendly and clearly loves her job! She was smiling, laughing, and speaking to EVERYONE who walked in! She's super upbeat and while talking to her it felt like i've known her forever! Kim was also working the register and had me laughing the WHOLE time! I was expecting to just go inside grab my snacks and leave but ended up staying for an hour just chatting with the staff and owner! They also have ALLLL the best snacks and drinks! Literally everything you are craving/thinking of they have it + more! If they don't have it just ask if they can order it! I go here weekly now to stock up on all my favorites and look forward to it! Oh thank Heaven for Seven Eleven! I don't know about that, but I thank Seven Eleven for instant brand recognition. Convenience stores are a dime a dozen. But Seven Eleven stands out from the competition with its famous brands that include the Big Gulp, Slurpee, Big Bite hot dog, Seven Eleven nachos, and Seven Eleven coffee. It's not the above Seven Eleven brands that draw me into this location. It is the Seven Eleven gasoline. When I drive from Green Valley toward the northwest bound 95 or Northeast Valley with a low tank of gas, oftentimes I stop here. I appreciate that there is sufficient room to maneuver a vehicle around the gas pump islands. I appreciate that Seven Eleven takes graffiti seriously. Disparate from several of the Valleys gas stations, the pumps are free of the graffiti that is commonly carved into the gas pumps. I also appreciate how this Seven Eleven spruced up a blighted corner. I take it back, I also appreciate the Big Gulp, that I pick up for the drive north. You might ask, "How is Seven Eleven gasoline?" Seven Eleven gasoline is one of the brands that I have been using with my last three car leases. I have been fueling my motor vehicles with Seven Eleven gasoline, and never had an engine problem. In the exact style of many Seven Elevens, this location is clean and modern. Even though it takes me a few minutes to pay and fill up my motor vehicle, it is a short period of time well spent. And in a short period of time I shall return to this Seven Eleven. read more

Well today they have not one tea bag and the guy working won't even open a box of tea so you get one star today ! Poor customer service. If someone come in for coffee you would make a pot of coffee. This is one of the cleanest 7-Elevens my wife and I have ever been in. Every time we go in which is every other day and 3 miles from our home somebody's cleaning the floor cleaning the counters scrubbing something the employees are always courteous and go out of their way to help us. We just wanted to say thank you, and that guy behind the counter that everyone's talking about his name is Eric, Eric always greets us and is always smiling, his work ethic is impeccable.While we're getting coffee we can always get a word of encouragement off the blackboard behind the counter the management is doing a great job. Once again this 7 eleven has the wrong prices on their drinks. I came to get my boyfriend some beer. The Coors Light price sign said $6.99 before tax. however it rang up $7.79 before tax. One of my favorite gas station to stop at. The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. This location is convenient and has a red box outside the store. The have hot and ready to serve pizza and wings as well. One thing I love about this gas station I can't even recall a time where someone has come up to me and asked for money which is definitely a plus. The pumps are always clean and the parking lot is always kept up. I can say I actually look forward to stopping here and filling up with Petro! read more

WORST WORST WORST PLACE. AVOID!!!! I called ahead to ask if they did outside delivery...the nice lady told me they don't officially do it, but it would be no problem. I called once I got there, and the lady got within 3 feet of me w/ my food and The RUDE male manager then stepped in and said she would not be able to hand me my food and I would have to come inside to collect my order. I refused, and he said I could cancel the order in the app. BUT he already marked the order as complete, so now I must spend 30 minutes on support w/ 7-now challenging the order. What TERRIBLE decision making. We ended up not using ANY 7-elevens the rest of our 17 day trip (WALMART is GREAT by the way!) read more

Corner of Russell and Mountain Vista . Cleanest 7-11 in the valley I've been to. The manager is always cleaning something . The staff is way awesome . I'll go out of my way past other 7-11 stores just to shop at this one. If I could remember the employees names I'd mention them by name . There IS a difference. Five stars because of the guy who works weekday mornings (around 8-9am-ish.) He is awesome, friendly, fast service, patient when I'm paying with half card, change and pocket lint! If there was a 0 star rating for for my experience at this location I would have chosen it! The clerk JEFF offered horrible customer service. He even refused to give us a refund and then called metro because we demanded one. All I can say is that there are so many people who are unemployed. This night clerk who claims that he is the manager of the store does not value his job. I did not give them my business and never will again. He blurted racist comments and stated that "ain't gonna loose his job because of this". Horrible way to make a business work. Jeff who said his name was Peter, should be retrained in the value of a customer and customer service Period! Bad business.
