I come here all the time and this is the first time I came across someone with a shitty attitude. So to the assistant manager in the blue shirt I hope your day gets better bc your attitude sucks. I've been to this Dunkin' in the Sam's Town Casino a number of times and this review just compares this store to other Dunkin's. The service is good and the coffee is pretty much the same but they seem to not keep up on a donuts. It's a casino where people may drink coffee and eat donuts at any time of day or night. Maybe they don't and I'm the only one who wants coffee and donuts then. They could improve this area but it's still pretty good overall. The coffee is extremely rich and bold here at Dunkin, but the sweetness of the caramel flavor adds that zest to calm the coffee flavor back. Strong, sweet, and bold are what can be found in your cup of coffee here. Post COVID now has new rules when it comes to moving forward in our daily lives. Dunkin Donuts has our back during these times that seem darkest. The times where we need to depend on our coffee because it forever makes our heads better. What a joy to find this gem inside a casino. Prices are reasonable and very quick service. They have a self service kiosk to order from. The coffee was delicious. Not too sugary. Unlike other poor reviews my service was acceptable. A gal helped me and I ordered a dirty dozen donuts! Hey it was much cheaper by the dozen. But it can be regrettable in Vegas as you always want to try places to eat so leftovers are not advised. Buuuuuutttt whatevs. A dozen is much cheaper than singles. If you can't finish, you can be kind to a mess of homeless just outside the casino. So I got a 12 pack of filled donuts and a large iced coffee. It ran me like 12 bones. Not bad at all. My fav DD is the one in Roseville, CA. This one was just ok. Only a handful of customers came in at a casino location. I ate like 2 donuts and half my coffee and then tried to get in the Century theatre but was turned away due to no outside food. Tried to exchange coffee and was told it would be another $3 charge for a cup. I want to give a shout out to their employee Tiffanie. M. She might be the most personable Dunkin Donuts employee in Las Vegas. Dunkin Donuts is convenient to Sam's Town guests. It is in the south entrance and in the shadow of the Century Theaters and the Firelight Buffet. When I see a WWE pay per view at Sam's Town Live, I will walk a short distance toward the line with my coffee featuring two Equals and blueberry syrup. Or I will walk with it to Mystic Falls Park. The shop itself is relaxing. The six sets of tables never fill up. The piped in oldies is enjoyable to listen to. This is a Dunkin Donuts that lives up the City's 24-7 reputation. It is open 24-7. The two staff members here on Thursday October 22nd around 10AM did a great job and gave excellent customer service to me and my boyfriend. The lovely lady was alone for a few minutes before he coworker arrived and she was very efficient and quick! She even asked if we would like hot sauce with our breakfast sandwich, ( We didn't even know they had hot sauce!) my boyfriend was very happy with that! I had also asked the gentleman if they had stevia packets, and instead of just saying no he offered me Splenda instead which I accepted :) good attitudes and good demeanor from them both so early in the morning is rare to find in the customer service industry these days. I have never been a fan of Dunkin. But now they've created something that changes my mind - the Boston Cream Cronut. It has a slight chew on the outside thanks to the glaze. And the inside is all the soft, lightness you expect from a croissant. The bit of cream on the inside isn't too much to weigh it down. I have never been a huge fan of Dunkin' Donuts coffee and much prefer the huge coffee conglomerate with the green and white logo, but you've got to do what you've got to do, right? I've got to have my coffee in the morning and, during a recent weekend trip to Sam's Town, DD seemed to be the best option. I made several trips during the weekend and every time the service was just middle of the road. The first time, the coffee was not very hot. On subsequent visits, the coffee seemed to be a little better. Their espresso was actually pretty good. Of course I had to grab donuts a couple of times. Nothing spectacular, but what you have come to expect from DD. One highlight of the weekend was the drink the Mrs. ordered. She wanted the new "salted caramel pumpkin spice latte" that was advertised on the sign in the window. The gal working the counter was quick to tell me that was actually two different drinks they have listed on the poster. When I asked her if she could make it anyway, she quickly obliged and made a "salted caramel pumpkin spice latte". The Mrs. was impressed, so I was happy. Kudos to the barista. With no coffee pots in the room at Sam's Town, you're definitely going to be making a few trips to DD during your stay. On June 1st around 8pm there were 2 girls working there and they were not helping a line full of customers, they were in the back talking and on their phones, going over video games and drama in the back. After about 30 minutes they came out to help us but by then everyone else was gone, they didn't have anything I wanted left due to one of the workers saying "I ate the rest of these" to the other coworker and they started laughing. I ordered 2 drinks and some stuffed mini bagels and the bagels were fine, but the drinks didn't have much of the Caramel in it, and the cups were filled up 3/4 of the cup. The lady in the pink hair woking in the front didn't even hand me my receipt when I tried to grab it she just threw it to me and when I went to get my drinks she tossed the straws at me then left. I don't know how the morning crew is but I do not recommend coming here later in the evening if you see a lady in pink hair. The store was clean though so I give it 1 star. Only had coffee here on multiple occasions...HOT ! Iced coffee was fairly good. Service was as expected and prices are close to those of the "high-end" chains you all know. However, I'd have to admit that under a blind taste test you'd have a hard time claiming "gourmet" coffee is much different. Bonus: This DD is in Sam's Town casino. You can take your coffee to the atrium (not in DD or near slot machines) and enjoy it in the "wooded" atmosphere...it's like you're outside with the piped in animal sounds...COOL. I know there are some tough reviews for this location but I came in on 12/14 at 9:00 am and the staff was really attentive and sweet (two males and a female). All three greeted each guest with a truly inviting greeting and were very polite and were hustling as they served thee customers. Horrible service from a cashier named Dee. I work for a couple of food delivery services and I had a large order to request. I got to the counter and had to get Dee's attention because she was busy doing God knows what and kept me waiting. As I started to put in my order she told me that if I worked for a certain company she was going to need identification from me. I thought that was odd and proceeded to show her the order from my phone. I parked on the other side of the casino and left my ID in my car since I've never needed it before to place an order. I told her this and she was adamant about not giving me service unless I showed her identification. As I started to Leave and was walking away she started yelling for her co-worker named Alex. I turned around and asked her why she was doing that and she said "I'm not yelling". This person should not be working. 4/12/19 around 6:45am, I stopped by to pick up several dozen donuts and coffee for work, I had a very nice lady named "Kim N" help me, she even helped me get everything to my car. However I was shocked to see how she was treated, during my purchases she needed to ask (not sure if it was a supervisor or co-worker) a question. This person was on the headset so I assumed he was taking an order. She waited and ended up asking the question 3 times and was ignored each time. She then proceeded to grab a cup to serve a coffee in, which then this person that had ignored her 3 times stopped her from grabbing the cup by SLAPPING HER IN THE HAND!!!! The fact that this person didn't even care that there was someone there watching makes me wonder how all employees are treated there. I used to run on Dunkin when I lived on the East Coast, several cups a day in fact. When I moved to Vegas in 2008, it never seemed to taste the same, some locations slightly better than others, but never nearly as good as back home... Until I was at Sam's Town one night at an FSW Wrestling Event (which is another must thing to do at Sam's Town) when I walked by one and the coffee urge was in full gear. I got my coffee and BAM!! It was just like the ones I used to get in Massachusetts. I've since been back and it wasn't a fluke- this location consistantly delivers the old taste. The only reason I visit this Dunkin' Donuts a lot is because the one near me closes early. If I have a late night craving for iced coffee, I have to go to Sam's Town. Fine. I love DD's, but this location is just so-so. Depending on who makes the drink, the coffee is very inconsistent. Every time, I get the same thing... and every time, it's like I'm getting a very different product. At my normal DD's, the coffee tastes exactly the same each time. Here, my fiancé and I have learned to order our drinks a certain way based on who is making them, and even then, we sometimes end up with a Frankenstein drink. Also, the workers are usually friendly. However, there is one young girl who is often there late at night who seems to get really angry whenever a customer walks in. I really wish she would get an attitude adjustment, because it makes ordering something really uncomfortable. read more
