you have an employee by the name "Ruoallah" that works the night shift I'm assuming, he's there between 10 PM and 1 Am, first encounter with this miserable employee, he refused to make the pizza, claiming he needed to clean the oven, I said okay how long is that going to take, he said it will time, eventually said I don't want to serve you or make you pizza. second encounter, I go there to fill up gas, and he charged me twice, saying the first one was void, yet it was deducted from my account. the worst employee in any field I have ever seen. and he also out of anger after I was upset with him not making the pizza he said and I quote "yeah sure I don't know how to do my job, look at you you're ugly and bold and look like a freak" read more

There's literally 7-11 within a mile of each other. The one that is across the street from me is not a hub but driving another mile will get me this location which is a bit further out because there's another one down the street. However, this 7-11 is bigger with hot foods and salads, has a gas station, and an Amazon Hub! When you walk inside, the big yellow lockers are on your immediate left. Be sure to have your 6 digit pin or bar code to unlock the lockers. I had two packages with two different PIN number. But when I entered the first number, the system recognized that I had to and gave me the option of opening locker #1 or #2 first. So convenient that you only have to type in one number. I love the option of shipping to a nearby hub because 7-11 is open 24 hours and no worries of porch pirates. The only downside is that you have 3 days for pick up. Not sure what happens after those 3 days. The down side to this location is that the parking spaces are tiny and very slim. I parked on the street and walked in. read more

7-11......... America's junk food pantry. Remember when you were a kid, and your parents gave you a bit of money so you could go to 7-11, get your slurpee and some candy? Remember how 12 year old you you complained to your parents about how the middle aged guy who works there was "rude"? No, that was not you. Yes, I get it, you do not like the "attitude" the person behind the counter gave you. The person who works behind the counter is working 2 jobs and has to deal with working strange hours and homeless shoplifters. If you worked here, you would not be a happy camper. Do you know what 7-11 is ( and stores like this)? It is a food pantry. You go in, buy your coffee, your candy, your donut and leave. Ever notice how there is no dining area? It is because they want you to buy and leave. Yes, the food is a bit over priced. You are paying for having the option of going to 7-11 at 1 am and buying a soda, and a sandwhich....... and grab a few candy bars....... and maybe gum. I like 7-11, always have. They were open during the pandemic. One thing that 7-11 never get credit for, is they are always stocked ( perhaps the hot dogs on the rollers have been there all day and are old, but ask yourself, why are you eating hot dogs from 7-11.... you are complaining that unhealthy, recycled meat is less than ideal....... does not take a nutritionist to figure that one out). I have always managed to get my coffee and donut, morning day or night. 7-11 does not need to be friendly 7-11 does not need to be sensitive to your politics. sometimes the guy who works here does not speak English (as their primary language). But do you know what 7-11 is? It is a food pantry. I have 25 years of buying drinks and junk food from here. I say an average of 6 words on every visit to a 7-11, then I pay and roll out. and stay away from the hot dogs. the minimum wage employee is not paid enough to care about cleaning it. He just wants to get out of there so he can go to his 2nd job as a security guard. read more

Horrible customer service very disappointing. As I was walking into the store to (purchase items) The worker that was there assaulted me thinking I was stealing there products. Acuses me for something that wasn't done. also in a way I believe I was being racially profiled for how I was treated. He said "I was at their store for too long without buying anything." Mind you I was there for 10 mins not that wasn't any of their business if nothing was being Token from their property. So for the horrible experience and the inconvenience I encountered I went to a different location just because of how "professional" the workers were to me and how they treated me. She tried to charge me 2.29 for a cup of hot water and gave me a rude attitude with her voice, moving her head and walking away from me as I was talking. I was telling her I had one cup of hot chocolate and one cup of hot water and one cup of water. She said it doesn't matter she has to charge me for coffee with the coffee cup. I told her she doesn't have to be rude to me and she said it's her job. "I work here" . I told her I didn't want the water then , I'll just put it back. I should've known when she didn't say hi back when I walked in . She just looked at me. And so I redeemed my points for my drink and she told me to grab my drink and she pulled the cup holder away from me so fast. Rude on top of rude. I asked her if I can use the cup holder and she ignored me and walked away . I had to ask her again . I need the cup holder because I'm walking with my walker and she knows that . , That's why I get the cup holder in the first place. I buy drinks from 7-11 everyday. This store has no customer service or people skills . Actually, she did speak and laugh and interact with 4 other guys in Spanish so it's also racist. read more

Horrible service. I went to redeem a drink from my 7-11 app and the cashier was trying to charge me .10 cents for crv. I asked her if there's any way I can get an item without CRV. She gave me attitude and said that I still need to pay CVR and to read the instructions before attempting to use the app. I felt really disrespectful and the way she belittled me. Come here almost every week for a quick snack and gasoline before my dance class. Try their iced coffee! It's pretty good for a convenience store! Of course their slurpees and taquitos are bomb! Definitely keeps getting worse as time goes on. Product is fine, but certain employees say really misogynistic things about/ to women. A lot of my friends won't come here. I won't either anymore after one of the employees (while ringing me up) was scrolling through what at a glance looked like Instagram and said, "she's wearing too much clothes." My coworkers and I take a walk to 7-Eleven on our breaks a few times a week. They're super nice to us. I guess we've become regulars. The service is pretty fast too. This 7-Eleven has a gas station with an ATM and has lotto tickets. I usually get the Monterey Jack taquitos and a buffalo chicken roller. SOOOO GOOOD. I had a couple coworkers who tried the Monterey Jack taquito for the first time and they loved it! They have really good deals. It's like 2 for $2.38 or 3 for $3. I think they even have a 5 for $4 for the taquitos. They also have the 7-Eleven reward card/app where you can rack up points and redeem them for drinks or food or something. It's pretty cool. The people here are really nice, you just have to give them the credit. They do work the most ridiculous schedules and have to deal with every john/jane doe that walks through that door, whether they are covered in pee or couldn't give anything the time of day unless is has a hundred dollar bill taped to it. Every time i walk in they smile and remember me. Show them some courtesy and you'll see it in return. They are every day people like you and I. Never a disappointment. Kudos. read more

I love close by, so this is my go to for munchies!! The store is very clean and stocked pretty well, I say I might go to this 7-11 maybe 1-4 times a day and dealt with most there employees which are pretty helpful and nice never had have gotten attitude from any of them or had any type of problem.. read more

after today, i will not go back here. so i go in wanting iced coffee. i make my coffee drink, in the hot cup. i grab one of the cold cups and i ask if they charge for a cup of ice. they said i couldn't buy one. you'd have to pay the full price of the drink to get the cup of ice. they said it's for inventory. so i ask them, do you account for people who throw the cups away? she says "yes." omg, really? so i point to their iced coffee machine, i say "it's not working, how come i cannot take the hot coffee and ice it?" which was true, there was a sign on the machine saying that it was out. she said the iced cups are for the iced coffee, soda for soda and coffee for coffee, you cannot mix them up. so i have my coffee sitting on the counter, and i am holding the iced cup by the rim. i tell her that i am going to have to throw this cup away because i've touched it, it's against food handling code to put it back on the stack. she tells me i can buy a cup of ice for the price of the drink. $2.50 for a cup of ice, on top of my cup of coffee? so i said "i'll just throw it away then." so i threw it away. then went over to my full 24 oz coffee (with 15 little cups of creamer in it) and threw it in the trash as well. how more ridiculous could she have been? i wasn't yelling, or even angry, until the last minute of the conversation (i did not raise my voice). i even told her that i would never come in again and do this, but she should let me do it this one time due to the fact that i've already made the coffee and touched the cup. this was not the first time i got poor service at this location though. a while back, i was buying a pack of cigarettes. i ask for my brand, and the guy (jokingly) tells me no, that they're bad for me. i stare him down and he finally gives them to me and rings me up. i think there is a time and place for joking around with customers, but to put your person opinion on my life choices in that manner was just stupid. i wanted to punch him in the face. seriously, cigarettes are bad? i would have never known if it weren't for you... like i've never heard that before. do your job and sell me what i ask for. guh, i hate when people put me in a bad mood over something so stupidly simple. read more

I have been this location a few times. When I go inside the store, the people that work there have been friendly (in my experience). I like to get gas at Shell but sometimes need to fill-up here since its near my work. The two times I got gas here, strange things happened with my checking account. I swiped my card on the gas pump, and then filled up my car. After the first time, my bank called me about some random charges I did not make. I did not think much of it. The second time after getting gas here, a new credit card had to be sent to me because of fraudulent activity. I brought this up with a co-worker who had also purchased gas here. She tells me she experienced a similar thing. What happened to her was she filled up her car one day. She notice her account that the charges showed up twice. One for that day, and one the next day. Both for the exact amount. I can't say will 100% certainty that all this happened from this location. All I want to say is that you should use cash if you get gas here (if you have that option). Pay close attention to your checking account charges after swiping your card here. read more
