Walked in to order and my drink was ready so fast! Good thing because I was thinking of going through the drive through but this was much faster! I was greeted with warm smiles as soon as I entered and when I left, the baristas all thanked me for coming in and wished me a good day. Service can't get better than that. They also still had some holiday inventory and decorations so it was still super cute and festive. 9/19 12pm -- Drive thru attendant was incredibly rude and dismissive. Did not greet us, immediately started shoving the drinks out the window towards us without saying a word. Then, she left the window unannounced before we could ask for straws (which were necessary for the drinks ordered. When she returned a minute later, she delivered a passive aggressive comment along the lines of "umm you have to ask for a straw" as we were actively asking for it and followed it up with "have a BETTER day." I stopped by to grab some gift cards and order a drink for myself. There was a line in the drive-thru, but when I went inside around 11am on a Wednesday, there was no wait at all. Service was friendly and quick. I ordered a tall Peppermint Mocha, which was served hot and had a great peppermint flavor without being overly sweet. I go to a lot of Starbucks, it is one of my favorite places because the drinks are usually consistent and the employees nice and this location is no different. We stopped here on our way out to the mall to grab a quick coffee. We mobile ordered and sat inside for a bit to just relax. Aside from having to roll(wheelchair user) around the parking lot until I was able to get to a ramp entrance. Little dangerous/annoying but when you need your caffeine fix! Usually busy in the drive thru, low traffic for walkins. Counter is long, so you order towards the back end, and your drink/online orders appear at the opposite end. Inside is spacious if you want to stop in and get some work done. Staff when I went the first time were fun and helpful! Subsequent visits not so much. Maybe just off days. I do recommend Starbucks (blonde roast) if you need a quick caffeine fix on the go! read more

Using up the last of my gift cards, I stopped by here after going to Kaiser. I've driven by before and there was always a line for the drive-thru, so I just went inside. Nice layout of the space. Friendly greeting, and told to let them know when I was ready. I ordered a grande latte, the smoked bacon breakfast sandwich, a slice of lemon cake and a croissant. I think I waited about five minutes. The breakfast items came first and then the latte. That was quick! My only issue was that the coffee wasn't as hot as it usually is, perhaps the milk wasn't heated enough. I also should've taken the suggestion from the barista and had the croissant warmed up. Other than those two things, this place is solid. But again, I'm not a Starbucks fan, because I only go when I get a gift card. However, most times they are pretty consistent. read more

I just went through the drive-thru to redeem my birthday awards. And the barista at the window was extremely rude!!! I asked to redeem birthday rewards and she rolled her eyes. Then my drink was handed to me and I informed her that it was wrong gave me more attitude didn't apologize or anything. She handed me a new drink I said thank you she said nothing back! I am not a regular Starbucks customer, but I did enjoy like their eggnog lattes back in the day. When I heard they were back around I had to have one. But they obviously have changed the formula the drink I got tasted like a nuclear nutmeg bomb and somehow mint got into the mix as well. The end result being in an undrinkable concoction. This Starbucks made my drink right! Cause at different locations some put not enough matcha or too much, and this one is just right ! I came here to get some work done, and I'm glad I came here , there's lots of tables for people to work or sit at. And this locations is very clean and cool. Especially on hot summer days . The drive through seems to be poppin, but they are still able to manage both inside and drive through which is great! The workers welcomed me once I got in and that was nice ! Accessibility: there is a (small) drive through as well handicap parking in front of the store. There is a ramp to get onto the sidewalk, and the door to enter is a pull door. I use to frequent this Starbucks a lot and now only when I'm in the area. The drive thru is always busy regardless of the time of day, since this shopping center is pretty busy with Soapy Joe's, Chilis and other businesses and gad station. Staff is always busy inside, but have always made an effort to notice and acknowledge which is huge in the service industry. Staff is friendly and nice and efficient. You can watch your drinks being made in front of your eyes and this location is super open and spacious. Then you can hop back on to the Highway 8 or 15, or continue towards the college area. Getting out is a big tricky as you are not suppose to turn left. read more

Starbucks coffee tour: Camino del Rio N and Mission Gorge Rd. Open 24/7!?! Yeeeesssss!!!!! Just when I thought I couldn't love this location any more... I found out you are open 24/7! Oh the little things that make me happy! I've lived in this area for almost 5 years before I knew this location was open 24/7! For the most part I usually get my coffee early in the day and of course there are other locations even closer to my home. This location is right by the 8 freeway on ramp which makes it very convenient when I'm on the go in the morning in a mad rush. This location is ALWAYS BUSY. I would always order on my app at home and it would be ready by the time I got there to run in and out and see all the waiting people mad at me for getting my coffee so quickly. Not so true.... I just know how to use my time efficiently and work the system. You can too, the app is your friend! :) The staff here is always friendly. My favs are the vanilla mocha anything, the double smoked bacon cheddar egg breakfast sandwich and their coffee cake... yum! Parking is tricky here too. You don't want to get stuck and blocked in by the drive through line. Use the app!!! If it's super busy like at 10 am on the weekends you can easily wait up to 20 min for your coffee... a no no for me. Pro tip this location... park in the spots across from the gas pumps near the street... also across from the back Starbucks entrance. You won't ever get stuck... in and out super quick! read more

Now they always make mistakes with our order, they frequently add ice when we order light ice, and when I order a light ice latte they've started topping it off with a bunch of milk so it's like a big glass of iced milk with some coffee. I don't know if they aren't paying attention when we order or what's going on but these drinks are too expensive to be making them over half ice when you order light ice! I have to say, I am really liking Starbuck's new "Sprouted Grain Bagel." I stopped in early Christmas morning, and I was pleased that everyone was in good spirits for having to work on such a day. I had them put a good toast on my bagel and asked for only butter. I got that good crunch or texture I wanted from the toast and heat, so that the butter would readily melt. The sprouted grain bagel was great. It had great flavor and a great texture. I loved that it had that good crunch on the outside but with that soft inside and a bit of a chew. I wish more coffee shops would carry these kind of bagels. Like I said, the staff was in good spirits, but they need to remember to do some spot check cleaning, given I had to wipe my own table down. read more

Absolutely atrocious. We've been coming to this location for 4 years straight but never again. Even though there have been several instances that would cause people to not return, we've had mostly positive results. However, after today's fiasco my husband and I will not be returning. While waiting in the line, a customer cut us off and after politely asking her to get in line like the rest of us, she refused and told us and the rest of the line that she wasn't moving. I proceeded to stand at her front of her car and asked her politely again to move to which she refused. She could've easily backed up her car and gotten behind us. Not one staff member came out to intervene in this situation. And when we finally did go ahead and let her go, Starbucks in return refused to take our order. I'm curious how we're punished for someone else's actions. When we pulled up to the window to pay for the car behind us in good gesture, they refused to open up the window. I find this behavior absolutely appalling seeing as how we've been regulars here for four years. Starbucks has just lost two valuable customers. read more

This Starbucks has yet to give me bad service- actually, it has yet to give me anything less than excellent service! I work near here, so on the rare occasion I get up early enough, I stop by and go in the store to order. The staff uses my name when addressing me (not because they necessarily remember, but they read the drink sticker and I think that attention to detail is sweet). One time, they forgot to switch the oat milk in my drink to 2%, and the barista realized at the last minute. I told her it was fine, I wasn't worried about it. The next time I went in, weeks later, the same barista saw me and gave me my drink that day on the house because she remembered the mistake from last time. The staff is consistently showing excellent, friendly, and personal customer service. I always leave with a smile and a little brighter view on my early morning. read more
