I live by another 7-11 but drive a couple miles round trip to this one instead. I've never had a bad experience here. Everything is stocked well. Always have what I'm there to buy. The gas station is more convenient than the one on Mission Gorge as it's bigger, has more pumps and they keep the water to clean your windshield's with full/clean. read more

I used to fill up here two cars once a week as it's around the corner from my house. That's almost $200 a week - at 52 weeks/yr equals $10,000 a year in gas purchases. They seldom have the receipt paper outside filled up and I need the receipts for work. So; have to walk inside - wait in a long lineup. Half the time the clerks don't know how to print the correct receipt and the process is beyond annoying. I told them at least 5 times over the past several years. Now Arco down the street gets the $10,000 a year business. Simple things. read more

This store doesn't have the prices listed anywhere for foundation drinks and refills. With the exception of one employee, the entire staff here is awful. The man pictured is the owner, and he routinely tries to overcharge me for refills. So do the rest of the employees. I thought they were just poorly trained, or stupid, but it's clear that they are being directed to overcharge. I attached photos of different ways they have tried to overcharge me for the exact same Double Gulp refill. I have complained and no one did anything about it. This location should be sold to someone who isn't committing consumer fraud. read more

This a fairly new 7-Eleven which features a gas station, air station, and a propane station. I've been in here a few times to pick up a few items, lotto, and for gas. The gas prices are higher than they are nearer my place of residence so I have only gotten gas here when I really needed it. It's a good looking 7-Eleven and it's kept up well. The staff has been nice every time I have come in, except for on of the ladies restocking the coffee pots, she was a little grump when I inquired about which container she was getting fresh coffee for. Great place to get a snack or drink. Large selection of items to choose from. Their hot food selection appears to be larger than other locations I have been to. Decent amount of parking out front. Gas prices at this location tend to be on the high side so do not gas up much here unless I am near empty. Very easy to get in and out with multiple points of entry and exit. read more

Very conveniently located on the corner of Waring Rd and Orcutt Ave,access is ok but I would not recommend long trailers. The fuel prices appeared to a bit high which is sort of strange since the primary fuel distribution yard for San Diego County is less than 5 miles away. Fuel becomes cheaper as you travel further east into La Mesa, El Cajon and Santee, go figure. The store is well stocked with the typical grab and go snacks plus bags of ice and beer. This particular location also has full pizza sales...although I not sure how they are prepared. (Fresh or frozen?) The staff are always friendly and helpful. I am rating them only four stars because of the elevated gas prices, everything else about this store location is awesome. read more

The old owners always kept this place clean, they greeted, spoke to and remembered the regulars! Now that I go in, I don't get a head nod, a hello, a thank you NOTHING! The place is always dirty, sticky counters, and boxes or supplies (today it was mops) littered all over the store. I literally hate coming here. It's hard to review a place you spend less then 5 minutes in, so take that into consideration. Ran in, grabbed a pack of gum and a diet coke from the fountain. The fountain was a little over carbonated so it took me twice as long to fill up my soda, but I had time to kill. Warning! Beware! The # 7 Gas pump kept charging my credit card after i filled my tank. Went into the store to show a clerk Ephrin who came out to see with his own eyes and it was still running charging me money but I pulled the nozzle out. Store manager was ZERO help nor was corporate. As of lately, there are always fans going on the floors and many cups, straws and items are often out of stock! Today was the kicker- there were no small slurpee cups, but, other small cups (slightly smaller than the slurpee small ones) on the counter between the slurpee machine and the next machine over- I obviously opted for that size for my children over the large slurpee cup (which is what I get and it tends to be a bit big for me)! They rang my large slurpee up at $1.79 and the kiddos super small ones at $2.14- they didn't even scan it- that is how he typed it in!! These cups were literally a third of the size of mine and they wanted quite a bit more! I told them, "you are out of of small slurpee cups- I can literally go get a large slurpee cup and pay less"! He said "we don't do small". I thought I had misheard (as they recently had had them). I asked "so you don't sell Small slurpees any more". He responded "no we don't". As I was walking out to my car, it hit me- this is supposed to be the week that the small slurpees are supposed to be free- no wonder they don't have small cups! Very friendly employees and the store is well stocked. If they are out of your favorite flavor of coffee, let them know, and they will brew it for you. Make sure to verify that they gave you promotional prices for the stuff you get, as sometimes they can forget to give you the discount that was advertised. read more

I have been here literally all hours of the day, including the wee hours of the morning. I have never had a problem amd in fact almost all of the employees remeber me. I love this 7-11 almost as much as the one in Rancho Penasquitos. The bad reviews seem from a long time ago so perhaps the employees have changed. read more

This is the most rude 7 11 store that I have ever been to!!!!! The people who work at that store can use some customer training. Do not give your buisness to people who display this kind of behavior.
