They said it's a policy which I felt it is hard as my daughter really wanted something with strawberry either a strawberry lemonade or strawberry milk. They said they wouldn't. 3. My daughter went up to get an empty glass and the employee gave a really nasty face shrugged his shoulder on my seven year-old very unprofessional. The food can be great, but people don't know how to treat their customers it's the worst place to be at. My order was only made after I went up to the counter to complain about the delay again bringing my total wait time to over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, the staff was busy chatting and laughing with each other instead of focusing on orders or communicating with waiting customers. Had they told me right away that my drink was unavailable, I could have chosen an alternative without wasting half an hour. Very unorganized and disrespectful of customers' time. To sum it all up, TP tea is amazing, but I would recommend another location or going to Tastea next door.
