I found parking just fine because they were not busy at all. The inside of this place is pretty big and there were some people there relaxing. I got 2 large house coffee and my wife got her Jasmin Milk tea. We went to use the bathroom, just keep in mind that you need a code and only the right door will open with the code. Yay! Finally a 7 Leaves Cafe near me that isn't a tiny drive through! Even more points that there's plenty of parking and the inside is super spacious and has a calm, aesthetically pleasing vibe. Perfect for studying or working or to chill and catch up with friends. Mobile order pick up is available here through their app and if you're an avid 7 Leaves enjoyer, make sure you download it! Makes it easier to customize drinks, see what's on their not so secret menu, and to, of course, stack up points for future freebies! I mobile ordered for pick up here and had no issue going into pick up my drink. With a drive thru, they do get busy though and the server did almost forget one of my drinks before reminding them but it's no bigee. I got the: 1) Mung Bean Milk Tea: -It's a jasmine tea with mung beans and pandan leaves. -My friend's go to drink. It's a nice slightly sweet drink with a unique earth taste that goes well with milk tea. -The mung beans are cooked and strained, but the drink is still a bit grainy as a warning for those who are not a fan of the texture. -Pandan leaves add a bit of a coconut taste to it. Reminds me a lot of a Vietnamese dessert. -Definitely an iconic and unique drink for 7 Leaves that you don't get elsewhere. 2) Sea Cream Jasmine Tea: -This one is MY go to drink. -It's a jasmine grean tea topped with their signature whipped sea cream (I usually get extra sea cream at no extra charge to make it a bit saltier and creamier than usual). -It's a slightly floral and sweet tea that has a bit of a salty taste to it (sea salt, not cheese foam!). This standard jasmine tea becomes similar to a milk tea with the addition of the cream to it. Nice blend of unique flavors that isn't too jarring. Love it. 3) Japanese Matcha Soy Tea: -My brother really likes this one and it's a great twist on a classic Japanese matcha milk tea. -As the name implies it's just matcha with soy milk but with soy milk instead of regular milk, the texture is much more silkier and has a slightly earthy taste to it. In the past, I've used the drive through to get their passionfruit sunset drink (not sure of the exact name) drink and no issues with this either. With my regular adjustments the drinks were nicely sweet without being too over the top. This is a spacious location with lots of seating and power outlets which makes for a super convenient study spot. Placed an order on the mobile app for 3 drinks at 7:23pm and the app said it would be ready by 7:28pm but weren't ready until about 7:29pm. No big deal though! I've come about 5 times in the past few months and the customer service has been pretty solid. I've noticed they've only had 2 employees (maybe 3 max) working so maybe that's why others are experiencing slower service. read more

10:06 pm - 2 customers in the store. Place was literally empty. We placed our order. 1 taro milk tea with boba. That's it. We took our seat. We waited. And waited. And waited. Finally we got up to ask for our order. 2 staff members were preparing orders. Mo one even came up to ask ys what we need. Vivian came out, talked to the staff and turned and saw us waiting. She apriached and asked if we need help. We said its been 11 minutes snd we're still waiting for our order. She asked what our drink was and we said taro milk tea. She went to the open freezer and pulled out a metal can containing the liquid for our drink. She poured directly from the can to a plastic cup and it spilled. So she went inside and took another few more minutes to grab a new one and filked a new cup to give us. I asked what happened why our drink took way too long. She said they thought they had given our order to us. I asked how could they have thoughtbthat if they haven't prepared it yet. Then she gave me a reason that the ticket usually prints but it didn't. So why lie when clearly the reason was the ticket did not print? 10:26 we were walking out the door. The last car to leave the lot at this time. Could I have gotten better and faster service if I drove through? I wonder... First, drink delay. Then ignored when following up our order. Then lied to. I love the Matcha from 7 Leaves. I always order them with oat milk and my daughter loves the honey boba added in hers. Depending on when you go there can be line. Some drive thru cashiers seem to be a slower than others. But overall friendly service. The macrons are okay, I've had better but they aren't horrible. My daughter really likes the Ham and Brie. I've never been inside I always go though the drive thru so can't really comment on the noise level inside or how the seating area. read more

Tried to give them another shot and this time it was the most disappointing experience ever. This will be my last time ever coming to this location and most likely 7 Leaves in general unless I am offered an amicable resolution. First, I ordered light ice and half of the cup is filled with ice. In what universe is this light ice? This is an issue I ALWAYS experience when I come here. The entire team really needs a lesson in what "light ice" actually means. It does not mean pour all of the ice supply into my drink. I ordered the caramel macchiato and I got something that looked and tasted nothing like it's supposed to. It tastes very watered down with no flavor. Where is the caramel swirl at the bottom? Why is this drink such a light color when it's usually darker? I don't know if they messed up or gave me the wrong item but regardless, there is no excuse for this drink. I included their advertised picture for reference of what the drink is supposed to look like and what I received is nothing like that. This is completely unacceptable and I am truly disappointed and feel deceived by the quality. Waiting 30+ minutes for one coffee is a little much. I've ordered via the mobile app a few times and every time I have to wait a good 10 minutes no matter how early I place the order, but today was the longest thus far. I watched orders come and go with no acknowledgment for how long it would be for mine to come out, ended up having to cancel my order and it wasn't until then that I noticed my ticket was still sitting by the register and hadn't even been touched. 30 minutes, who knows how long it would've actually been if I had stayed. They definitely prioritize their drive thru line so I would say stick to that no matter how long the line is. Also need to work on their customer service, the girls today were not very friendly, offered no greeting to anyone coming in, and were very short with the few people who had questions. read more

My go-to drinks at 7 leaves are the taro or sunset passion, while my partner usually gets their house coffee or mung bean drink. Today, I pre-ordered the sunset passion, and it was already ready when I got to the location. I was surprised at how spacious this location was. My sunset passion was just the perfect amount of sweetness to sourness from the passion fruit. I also love that the seeds add a crunchiness to the drink. I was so glad they opened up more 7 Leaves up in the SGV! This one sits right in a perfect neighborhood of Covina, West Covina/Azusa. I actually got lost coming here... the GPS took me to like a U-Haul location for some odd reason, but only to see that the store was down the alley way. Stick to the main roads and you will be fine. When I arrived it was a fairly large place. The biggest dining/café spot of any 7 Leaves location I have ever seen. It's the perfect place to study, do some work, or just hang. There's plenty of natural sunshine through their many windows so it's a nice vibe here. Drinks are great, same recipes as the other locations. Glad their secret menu is on the app now. Black & Tan all the way! Super fragrant and full caffeine with every sip. The staff here are nice and they make their drinks here pretty quick. Heads up you can order ahead here and pick-up either inside or through the drive thru. Lots of parking so you don't have to stress about finding a spot. After residing in SoCal for a few months now, today's my very first time trying 7 Leaves Cafe. I passed by multiple locations across SoCal, yet the Covina location happens to be the first location that I visited. Located by the corner of Cypress and Azusa, it has a small strip of parking and a drive thru. I also see a few customers doing their own thing while sipping their drink. I ordered a large Matcha Soy Milk Tea. I added honey boba (for an extra 75 cents). Little did I know that the Matcha drink can also be ordered using Oat Milk (next time, I will opt for that). It wasn't as busy today and I received my order in less than 3 minutes. At the first sip, I immediately noticed the balanced sweet flavor of the matcha and soy milk. The matcha was not overpowering and blended well with their chewy honey boba. Thankfully my drink did not have too much ice (other boba places and cafes are notorious for adding too much ice). The ambiance is very clean, spacious and inviting. The brown chairs, tables and booths complement the brick wall. Perhaps, I will consider this location as my next spot to work remotely if I happen to be working on something. I'll be back again to try other drinks on the menu. read more

First time visiting this location but am a frequent drinker of 7leaves. The pro is that their drinks are pretty consistent in my experience, the con is that their drinks are are sweeter side and unfortunately you can only get easy sweet since all their drinks seem to be premade to this sweetness level. One thing I really like about 7leaves is that you can add up to 7 espresso shots free of charge. I usually add 1-2 shots of espresso in the house coffee to help with how sweet it is (on top of getting it easy sweet), though if you aren't big on coffee this might not be a helpful tip. read more

First timer (at this new location)! The only other 7 leaves locations I know nearby is the one in CH and RH. This place is HUGE! I LOVE how big the inside is and how spread out the seating is. Those who visit the CH location know why I admire this. I didn't go through the drive through this time because I wanted to see how everything was set up inside. Everything is still nice, clean, and neat. Only had to wait a minute to be assisted at the register. We placed our drinks (Assam milk tea and I don't recall the name of the other drink but it had plum in it) and only waited a few minutes for them to be ready. Of course, no one else was placing an order and there were only two people inside who had already been assisted. Big plus! Rating 4/5 stars as my Assam milk tea could have had a stronger tea taste. Honestly, can't complain though because it tasted way better than the 7 Leaves in CH (haven't visited the RH location just yet). I ordered a regular sized Herbal Tea and emphasized light ice. Well, they still proceeded to fill at least half of the cup with ice that 1) I could barely taste the flavor of the tea which already has a subtle/mild intensity -- it felt like drinking water at that point and 2) I practically finished the drink in 3 sips because they served me mostly ice. Wifi is decent, it can get a little slow if it's super packed. Service is always pretty good, friendly, and fast. It even has two clean restrooms that require a code, so I can stay here for a few hours. There is also a huge parking area attached. read more

For my last two visits, they have been messing up my order. The first time I ordered a T-Rex but got a regular Thai tea. The second time they forgot a topping.
