Their double drive through also helps their efficiency and speedy service. Their interior is very basic. Seems like this location may see more drive through customers than in store ones. The customer service is great. Quick and easy. This last trip, a slight mistake was made on our drink order, but apologized, corrected the mistake without any fuss, and double checked to make sure we were good. The 7 Leaves in Garden Grove is as efficient as I've ever seen. I usually do a drive thru order but this time I decided to walk in there. (for reviewing purposes) When I walked in there, I noticed it was actually full. By this, I mean there were people sitting and enjoying their beverages while talking to each other. I honestly thought it was going to be empty. The overall ambiance was pleasant. It wasn't too loud and you can see people enjoying each others company. I walked up to the counter and placed my order. While I waited, I noticed that everybody was doing something, not just standing around. I was impressed. Anywho, it must have been 2-3 minutes later when my name was called. It wasn't the same person that got my order. I was surprised at how efficient they were with everything. It's worth mentioning again. This 7leaves is located on the intersection of Harbor and Chapman, a very busy intersection that has many of the Disneyland tourists walking through. It's easy to miss the turn in, depending on which street you're driving down. I usually like to stop by when I driving on Chapman, and I can easily whirl into their drive thru. Of course, you can also park and sit inside. Known more as a drive thru throughout the years, they have two land in which you can drive and wait to order. Their menu is the same as other menus since it's become a chain. I will say my favorites are the Assam Milk Tea or the Jasmin Milk Tea. If we're talking the secret menu items, I like getting their Love Cream or their Black and Tan. The cashier at the window is usually quick with your orders. They're so quick they are monotone about it! If you order inside, there used to be seats to study in. I haven't sat inside for years, but I'm assuming they still have a similar layout. The summer mint was very refreshing, not sweet, and delicious. I would give my drink a 5/5 best drink I ever had. They also have indoor seating along with outlets if you want to do your homework there along with wifi. The service was fast & employee is very nice and friendly. Can you study here? I've spent a few long study sessions here and it's honestly become one of my favorite spots. Open late,spacious, plenty of outlets under the tables, and those big center tables if you don't mind random company. If you'd rather stay tucked away, the single seats along the walls work fine. I can't really speak for the whole menu since I always get the same thing--mung bean milk tea with espresso shots. Extra shots are free (apparently up to seven??) which sounds kinda absurd, but hey, the option's there. They still do the 15% healthcare discount too. Half the time I forget, but they'll remind me if I'm in scrubs or just apply it. I don't even think I qualify as a "regular." The staff are super kind. I've seen them offer water to unhoused people and let them cool off inside during the heat waves. No drama. WiFi's steady enough to get work done. Drive-thru moves quick with the two lanes. I'm a 7 Leaves fanatic -- their jasmine milk tea is my go-to drink, and I've tried multiple locations to find the best one. This location has always been my most convenient since it's right by where I live, and for a while, it was one of my favorites. Unfortunately, I've had consistently disappointing experiences with the customer service here -- not just once, not twice, but three times in the past two months. Each time, the tone and attitude of the staff have made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but repeated rudeness feels more like a pattern than a fluke. At this point, I'm honestly hesitant to return because I don't want to be spoken to in a disrespectful or dismissive way. I truly hope management addresses this and provides proper training on tone and customer interaction.
