This spot is located on Katella Ave right across the driveway of the Residence Inn, address says South Harbor but it's Katella. If you only look on South Harbor you'll miss it. This spot has good coffee and good customer service, I was surprised there was only 2-3 people working both mornings and they handled the workload/orders fine with just the few of them. Would return in future for sure. read more

Another less than ideal experience. They had no whipped cream in the building. I think my husband gets the Iced Blended purely because he loves the whipped cream. So that was a big disappointment. I ordered the ice protein vanilla latte. The texture is very grainy. It doesn't taste like there's any NSA vanilla powder and the drink. I've tried it once before and had the same bad experience. I guess I'll stick to Starbucks protein lattes. read more

Easy stop if you're at the convention center. Ice coffee was good. The matcha was disgusting. Already pre sweetened and tasted like pure sugar. Service was mid. Not very friendly but pretty quick. Lots of seating but tables looked like they haven't been wiped down. read more

I came to this sweet café as a getaway from a conference held at the nearby Sheraton Park Hotel. There's such a peaceful vibe to this establishment and the workers are very gracious in helping you find a drink curated to your personal taste. Today I ordered the Coconut Dry Iced Americano (I got it custom as decaf) with extra caramel drizzle and it was so delicious! It tickled the desire I can for an ever so slightly bitter yet sweet treat. This place surpassed my expectations with their hospitality and craftsmanship. One of the best strawberry matchas in the area! Quality matcha and excellent strawberry, milk, to matcha ratio. Coffee bean provides a better quality roast than that of its counterpart. I find that their coffee beans doesn't taste burnt. Excellent service every time I come in. Store is always super clean. There are parking spots behind the hotel. There are only four designated parking spots for Coffee Bean Customers. If I can't find a Coffee Bean parking spot, I always park in the hotel's 20 min pickup/drop off spots or in front of CVS. Ambiance/Environment: The location is convenient for tourists. There is no drive thru. They have a small space with a few indoor seating. It's more so a quick grab-n-go. Service: The cashiers and baristas are simply nice and efficient. Throughput is quick after ordering. Drinks: My go-to is the Cookie Butter Latte. On occasions, I'll try their seasonal drinks. Sometimes it's a hit or miss. I don't expect much from their foams. It's light and sweet, but it disappears after a few sips. Their coffee basically does the job for a quick coffee fix. Pricing: Prices are as expected from supply chains. My husband and I stopped by for some coffee and hot chocolate as soon as it opened around 6:00 A.M. There wasn't many people inside the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at the time. It was a great place to stop by before going to the theme parks! There is plenty of seating inside too! The coffee bean and tea leaf offers a wide range of cold brew, flavorful tea lattes, and the brand's signature ice blended drinks. It's a great place to stop by for a morning latte, or a refreshing cold beverage during the summer months after visiting the Disney theme parks. This store does offer free WiFi and mobile payment options. This can get pretty busy since it's near the Disney theme parks. When my husband and I visited on a early Thursday morning, the coffee shop was clean and well stocked. The service was fantastic in the morning and we didn't have any issues with our orders! We ended up purchasing a coffee and hot cocoa before going over to Disneyland! read more

Came to this store with my wife. My wife ordered her ice blended drink in person after they shut down the ice blended in mobile ordering. Only one person in front of her when ordering yet they never cared to make her drink since it was on the cold bar. After about 15 minutes and everyone else getting their drinks, she asked for a refund and they quickly tried to make it so she couldn't get a refund. Still asked for a refund and asked for a manager. But apparently no managers work on the weekend? Wow. Never again read more

Located in a hotel/shopping corner with limited adjacent parking. Really dedicated for local hotel patrons to walk downstairs get some coffee. Staff is not very friendly and seem annoyed to even be there. Not great ambiance, and not a positive environment to get your coffee. Prices are high, selection is standard. I have avoided this Coffee Bean because I expect it to be packed with tourists since it's in the resort area. To my surprise, it was empty around 9:30 am! The downfall of this location is the parking situation, but I was lucky enough to score the last 15 minute spot. The staff prepped my order so quickly! I normally like their regular cold brew but I wanted something with some flavor, so I opted for the vanilla bean cold brew. The barista told me this cold brew wasn't too sweet so I didn't make any modifications, however, I did think it was still too sweet. I recommend making this half sweet if you also don't like super sweet coffee. My husband enjoyed the mocha latte and blueberry muffin. The location was super clean, but as I mentioned the parking may be a bit of a challenge. The crushed ice alone may be worth the visit though! read more

Honestly just had the worst experience here. I send my boyfriend in to get our order and he just goes in and says my name. He comes back after 5 mins with 2 bags and the worker had told him both bags were part of the order so he just comes to the car with the whole order. He comes back and he's confused asking what I ordered because it seems like a lot. Im confused and he's recalling what happened inside while im reversing out the parking lot and a worker comes out and stops my car. She comes and demands the bags back and publicly shames my boyfriend saying "you should've been honest" if he knew that the whole order wasn't ours. Mind you, he didn't know what was ours because he just goes in and says my name. SHE should've known what was the order since she's the one working. It is not our job to make sure she's doing every order correct. Not only did my boyfriend say she was just talking the whole time behind the counter, but she obviously is distracted enough to let it affect her job. I've worked in the food industry, more specifically in the coffee industry, and it was always taught that you never take ANY food/drinks back after they've been in the customers hands. On top of that it's also taught to never chase a customer outside. Not only was the bag in my car and my boyfriend had already reached inside it, but this girl actually came running out and stood in front of a moving vehicle. I'm honestly so disappointed in how this was handled and the embarrassment we felt after that whole interaction. Definitely not coming back here as long as the girl with the purple hair and multiple facial piercings is there to come running after customers demanding food back. read more

Typical café in Anaheim. It's next to the convention center. Avocado toast with egg is kind of disappointing because it's just a boiled egg with cut up avocado avocados, and lemon. This place can get busy because it is surrounded by hotels on the way to Disneyland. So add that in your itinerary if you're craving coffee. Overall, the matcha was quite good. It wasn't overly sweet. Can't complain too much about out it. You get a good amount of matcha for what you pay. It's a nice drink to have walking towards Disneyland. LOVE CB&TL and whenever we stay at a hotel on this side of Disneyland, we always come here to start the day for my favorite Iced Vanilla Latte. Unfortunately today, the person behind the register was not friendly, accommodating or welcoming. Her name was Litzy. Thank you Litzy for starting our Disney day flustered and frustrating when coming into a coffee shop first thing in the day is what brightens people's day. There were limited pastries which she didn't mention until after we ordered, the first registered she used didn't work but she kept trying to press the buttons and had to redo it on the second register with it any care for the extra time, and we received our drinks quickly but our bagel was not on the counter for over 5 minutes after and she didn't acknowledge the situation EVER. All of this unapologetic and no customer service. Thankfully the barista was kind and got us our bagel quickly and thanked us for waiting. My husband finished his drink before we walked out the cafe and there was only ONE other customer there. As the only legit coffee shop next to the convention center and near the hotels, you can always expect this place to be busy especially around popular times. I came here several times throughout the week while at a conference. Despite their heavy traffic, they were always WELL-STAFFED (5+ people behind the counter), FRIENDLY, and FAST. Staff are clearly working very hard to be efficient with customer service. My go to drink is matcha which I thought was delicious as both an ice blended version and regular hot latte. They also warm up pastries for you on request. Ample seating inside (tables, couches) and tables outside, as well. SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER service, staffing, and drinks than Starbucks.
