Came here a few times, haven't had any problems with parking. Line's super long on weekend nights but was short during the afternoon time - though the line goes pretty fast thanks to their efficiency! Tables were always taken, so never got a chance to sit there. The mung bean milk tea is popular here - you can really taste the pandan and mung bean flavors. I love pandan anything, and this was a pretty good unique drink. I also enjoyed the house coffee, especially the creaminess of it. The lease favorite drink would be the assam milk tea. It had rave reviews, but a few of us thought it was reallllly light on tea taste, so was bit disappointed on that one - I'd recommend to get any of the other milk teas if you want to actually have more of a tea taste. I've been so excited for 7leaves to open! They have good service and the staff are very friendly and efficient. This time I ordered a thai tea, house coffee, and mung bean and all 3 were pretty good! My favorite would have to be the matcha soy and herbal tea though! I'm a big matcha fan and their matcha soy definitely didn't disappoint. The herbal tea was also quite refreshing as well. Omfg. I just recently moved to Houston from SoCal and freaked out as soon as I found out they were opening a 7leaves here!!! Literally the only thing this city was missing. I knew I had to visit this location to compare and it absolutely does not disappoint. Customer service was exceptional. I was incredibly impressed by the service at this location - employees were engaged, kind, and super efficient despite the lines. My drink came out in less than 2 min and one of the employees, Peter was kind enough to break down the menu and offer his suggestions to my friends that hadn't been. The decor and setup of this location also makes it the perfect spot to catch up with friends, study, or both tbh. Basically tasted like a pandan cake in liquid form. Would recommend this to anyone. Matcha soy tea: It was okay. On the watery side. Sweetness was good but I like my teas a little more creamy. 7 Leaves is located in the same plaza (kinda) as H Mart. The couple of times I have been here, it was a bit difficult finding parking. They were still getting a good flow of customers after a week or two of opening. However, I can see why. The place serves a small number of drinks. Maybe 15 or less, I didn't count the exact number of different drinks they offered. However, I feel as though this allows them to maintain the same quality each time. I have had three or their drinks, the Matcha Tea, Thai Tea and Assam Milk Tea. Matcha Tea - I believe they serve this in two types: just Matcha Tea or Matcha Soy(?). I had the former and was warned prior to completing the order that it has no milk in it. That was new to me but I was feeling adventurous so I decided to give it a go. Without the milk, it gave it a lighter taste, but I don't think I would opt for this again. It wasn't bad but I prefer it with milk. Thai Tea - Probably one of the best Thai Tea I have ever had. I usually like my drinks a bit sweeter than the normal levels the average places serve them. As always, I tried the tea the first time around with the normal amount of sweetness and it was perfect. The sweetness wasn't too overwhelming but balanced with the tea flavor. I want to say it brought out the tea flavor actually but I'm not an expert taste analysis or anything so you can give it a shot and see for yourself. Assam Milk Tea - Honestly never heard of this type of tea before. If I had to explain what it tastes like, I would say that it tastes very similar to Honey Bee's (Back when they were opened) Honey Bee Milk Tea. This one was probably second to the Thai Tea for me. I had actually ordered the Thai Tea and Assam Milk Tea in their pint sizes as my contribution to the pot luck my workplace was having for Easter. It was some of their first time trying milk teas and was a huge hit. A couple of them said the Assam Milk Tea looked like chocolate milk and they were chugging it with that impression. However, the taste was way different than it looked to them. The Thai Tea was the favorite amongst them and quickly disappeared. If you ever have to order the pint, they don't require a advance placement order. They got the order to me pretty quickly, I would say maybe in 5 minutes or less from when I ordered. read more

I love coming to this place for the Mung bean and their coffee. The house coffee is really good. The coffee has a sea salt foam on top which adds a good mix while sipping on the coffee. The mung bean is one of their other popular drinks as it has a good flavor. The Thai tea and strawberry hibiscus is also good. The strawberry hibiscus is a good refreshing drink. I came here over the weekend for a quick drink while I was waiting for my takeout from another restaurant. When I arrived, the line was to the door so I thought I was in for a wait. However, the line moved very quickly. I ordered a Sea Cream Jasmine Tea. I wasn't sure what the sea cream was but was intrigued. It was $3.50 plus tax, which I thought was completely reasonable. You could upgrade to a large for an additional 75 cents or add in boba, grass jelly, and other mixers for 55 cents each. My wait for the drink was also very quick, as they had an efficient system going. The sea cream ended up being a slightly salty cream. It was delicious. I've had drinks other places where the cream was super salty, but this one was just right. The jasmine tea was slightly sweet but not over the top. May be one of the best teas I've had. Yummm The serve coffee and tea. The coffee menu looked pretty small, but if it's as good as their tea, it is likely very good. They also serve macarons, but I didn't not try any. Maybe they'll have more stuff after the grand opening April 7. There's a drawing to win prices at 11am on the grand opening day! They will do drawings every hour and the prices differ every hour. Boba boba!! We wanted boba and 7 Leaves was the closest to us at the time so we decided to drop in. Not an extensive menu but they had what we wanted - just normal Black Milk Tea! They have 2 different black teas to choose from, Assam or Oolong. I opted for one of each with boba in the large size. I think they have 2 different size cups! I also asked for 50% sugar! My drinks came out fairly quickly but they were missing boba - they added it for me after the fact and was super nice about it! The drinks did come out in pretty layers the first time but after the boba addition, didn't look as physically appealing. BUT looks aside, bf said this was some of the best milk tea and boba we've had in Houston! The teas were flavorful - especially the smokiness of the oolong! We both agreed this was our preference between the two! The ratio of tea to milk was perfect! And the boba was super super chewy and not overdone like most places! This my second time coming here. The first time around my experience was great! I ordered the Mung Bean Milk Tea, and it was perfect. I would have gave a 5 star rating however, my second visit today, I ordered the Mung Bean Milk tea when I was with friends. This time however it was like the sweetness level had tripled and the drink was unbearable and unsatisfying. I could barely take a few sips because the drink was just unbelievably sweet. He offered to not only remake my Mung Bean, he offered me 3 different complimentary drinks for me to try. The customer service here is unbeatable. If there are any problems you can always depend on the management team here to resolve your problems. Japanese Matcha Soy+Easy Sweet 5/5 The Japanese Matcha Soy here reminds me of the iced matcha green tea soy latte at Starbucks. Mung Bean Tea +Easy Sweet 5/5 I came back a second time just to try this drink once more. This drink is popular for a reason people. My friends and I go to college 2 hours from this location and decided to study here because of all the good reviews...And they were all true. What a fantastic place to study! Not too quiet or too loud. A lot of seats and a lot of choices to drink. Their "House Coffee" is amazing and strangely I did not feel like I was drinking coffee. I hate places where they smell too much like coffee and the smell is so strong that it comes into contact with your clothes. So glad to have 7 Leaves open up in Bellaire; we frequent the H-mart that's located nearby so we come to this 7 Leaves pretty often. Go to drink is mung bean at $4.50 for large; I add aloe vera and 2 shots of expresso. Other favorites include the taro, house coffee, black sea cream, and matcha soy. You can't go wrong with any of those. Given that it's in bellaire, it's surrounded by a ton of other drink places - 7 Leaves may not have the fanciest drinks, but it always delivers on good quality. Tried to use my California stamp card here but they wouldn't take it; that's okay, the stamp card for this place gets full pretty quick. There is always a long line here on the weekend. I came early and beat the crowds and got to chat with the barista for a minute. I asked what was the "strongest milk tea" they had and she pointed to the Assam which was great. Not as strong as an authentic HK milk tea but it hit the spot. While it's not as sweet as typical milk tea I would still suggest getting it less sweet if you don't like overly sweet drinks. The staff are friendly and the cafe is really clean and modern decor.
