Victoria was an amazing. A double wash was amazing. The first one she really scrubbed her head. The second one is to get all the extra dirt out and then she massage the conditioner in and write it a very luxurious experience at the salon. She then took her time styling my hair and the hairstyle lasted me for the next 2 1/2 days and did it all with an affordable price tag attached to it.! I swear I hate to give bad reviews to businesses but I am so mad every time I walk past the mirror. I show pictures for short hair cut I know of course you can't match AI pictures but Let me tell you one thing I can just cut by myself at home and look so much better than spending $175 and want to cry . I already show the lengths where want the length will be . She cut super short inside. When did I request 1960 style bob cut ?? The picture model is layer not grandma bob cut . Walking in with long dry hair but doesn't look that bad. Walking out look exactly like my friend mom who is 65 years old or Lord Quad . The length inside is super short now I don't even know how to fix it . after cut that hair style looks so damn ugly and want to charge $370 to put pink color in Lord Quad hair . It is short hair not even long or required more work. I was about to cry when I see my hair . The more she cut the worse it gets . I want bang , bang length is suppose to sit between eyebrows not poke directly to my eyeballs. Cutting the length right on my eyeballs so I can't see how ugly I get ??? Omg im so damn mad . Around 3 weeks ago, I came in for a Japanese straight perm, and I left utterly satisfied! I actually called the salon in advance to book an appointment since I knew the perm would take a while. The whole process took a little over 4 hours, which was a lot less time than I anticipated as I've had perms that took over 6 hours to complete. Joe was my stylist, and although we could barely communicate with each other because of the language barrier, he did his best to make sure I was comfortable. He is a true professional, very meticulous and thorough. I had my glasses off the whole time, so when I put them back on to see the results, I was completely in awe. It was everything I wanted!! The price for the perm was $260, and I got a lil trim that was $50. The perm price was extremely affordable, and I'd recommend it to any of my friends. As for the payment, they encourage paying through Zelle or else they charge a high fee on credit cards. I was having trouble sending my payment through Zelle, but I was able to use Apple Pay. I'll for sure be back for touch ups!! read more

I was looking for a layered hime cut without taking too much length off of my very long hair, which was not an easy request with this style. However, Joe delivered with excellence.
