I called Brandon and he said they could work on it first thing the next day. I get a quote via text for OVER $1000. I asked if I could break the charge up (silly me) and was told I wouldn't be able to get my car back. I declined any work to be done and went to pick up my keys and they wouldn't let me leave until I paid a $200 SERVICE FEE. This was due to the HOUR he claimed it took them to diagnose the issue (which I had already told them) this is mentioned NO WHERE. Even when I talked to Brandon TWO TIMES. he said nothing about a service fee if I declined service. He said there's some clause in the drop off forms but that ALSO does not say anything about a possible service fee. Terrible business practice. Do not go here.

They towed the car at 1:30pm that day, and didn't even look at it. We call the next morning and the man on the phone was rude, saying he can't work in these conditions and nothing is wrong with it. Which was not true it stalled 2 times up the mountain. Very rude and disrespectful. and just seemed upset that we were even asking for help. Eventually we managed to get the car to a different shop and it wasn't just the alternator, it was the thermostat and the serpentine belt that was ruined, so no, "nothing's wrong with it" was a complete and blatant lie. He charges whatever he feels like, works whenever he feels like, takes vacation all the time (making a LOT of money!). He keeps your car for at least 5 days no matter what the problem. And he'll charge you $500 minimum no matter what! When you drive by, he's always just talking to locals outside, I never see him work. He has a one vehicle garage with no hydraulics to lift car, no other mechanics, or anything a normal mechanic would have. A typical Estes lazy local that lives for robbing people blind.
