After having a coolant flow control valve installed and an oil change on my Prius, I was NOT provided a receipt or invoice at checkout from David the service representative due to printer issues in the office. I am one of those owners that keeps all records of service and am very meticulous with maintenance. He agreed to email me the docs but after two days I received nothing. I then called the office to leave a message to inform David to send (or resend). No results. Soon after I received a "courtesy text" from David asking to rate Import's service. I responded letting him know that I had not received my reciept/ invoice. Once again, no response. I recently called and asked to talk to Import's owner hoping to get results. Was told that she was on the line with another customer and would call me back to talk. Still no return call or results. At this point Import Specialists has not provided me a receipt/ invoice and is unwilling to return my calls, texts. I've been a regular customer of Import since I moved into the neighborhood approximately 5 years ago. I have trusted and received service that met my expectations at each service interval. Despite my many efforts for follow up I am disappointed that Import has not met my expectations for reasonable customer service and I can no longer trust the company to continue my vehicle service.

I left but called them after I got around the corner when I realized I hadn't told them about having the appointment. I asked them to call me when they were done with my car and to please not laugh at me, that I didn't laugh at their lame sports asthma excuse. They then refused to service my car. I don't want to think it's because I'm a woman and I'm trying to give them the benefit of the doubt when I say that. But I just replaced my cabin air filter a few weeks ago and I haven't noticed a single problem with my wipers, I replaced those back in April. Thankful for the Groupon but probably will stick to the other place I usually go to! Bit of advice, if someone is using a Groupon it's highly unlikely that they want to add extra services, it's more likely they are in a situation where they don't have the extra to spend, or like me frugal enough to have my husband swap out the air filters and wipers and only pay someone for the services I can't perform on my own. It would be nice to be able to go have a no pressure car service but those days are over...

F*%k these guys! They saw both of those reservoirs empty! Never again Valvoline! Come to think of it they didn't even check my lights either! I've been going to these for 6 years every 5k miles with no problems. Well... that was then and this is ... never go back again! You might as well close this shop down if these are the only people you can get on the payroll. ¡Not even good for oil changes! These kids don't know what they're talking about.... They recommended a front and rear differential fluid change during my oil change. They offered to do the transfer case for free if the front and the rear are done at the same time. I agreed but it was almost closing time so I left. Two days later I came back, the techs said they can't access the "front diff fill hole" from underneath and stated that there is no transfer case on my vehicle. They asserted the "rear diff" was accessible, I declined the service. Finally the techs recommended taking it to the dealer. When I asked why was this service offered in the first place, they replied, "we just ask because the computer prompts us to ask". I pulled out and researched my car for 10 mins. Here's what I found out My vehicle has a transfer case and the fill hole is accessible from underneath. The next morning, in the daylight I found the fill hole in 2 mins. What a waste of time. If they're gonna offer additional services they should know what they're talking about. Just go for oil if you wanna roll the dice. Just avoid going if it's close to closing time too.
