    Service was prompt and the temperature of the food was still hot. Our first time ordering through 760 To Go and we're definitely satisfied.

    Don't use this service. This establishment has the rudest drivers and they are a scheming/manipulative delivery service.

    I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the consistently poor customer service at…read morethis location, particularly within the self-checkout area. As a paying Walmart+ member, I explicitly utilize the "Scan & Go" feature for efficiency. However, during my visit today, the frontline staff demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism--offering no greeting and maintaining an unapproachable demeanor. Furthermore, both designated Scan & Go kiosks were out of service, forcing me to use a standard terminal. This is unfortunately part of a systemic pattern. During a previous visit, an associate was actively obstructionist, refusing to let me use an available Scan & Go kiosk and abruptly ordering me to the back of the line without cause. The recurring unhelpful and hostile attitude of the personnel at this branch heavily detracts from the value of my membership. Management needs to immediately intervene, address these equipment failures, and counsel the front-end staff on basic professionalism and customer service standards. Until then, I will actively avoid this location.

    I had an issue with Lillian and Kiera. I travel for work and end up here to shop because I have a…read moreclient in that city. However I will never buy anything that they need to unlock the sliding glass doors for again. I was in Electronics last week on Tues. And I asked a worker if he could open one of the sliding doors where the earphones are located. He was kind and asked Lillian for the key. But she rudely told him that customers have to stand in line. But the line went all the way back to the walkway. All she had to do was give him the key so that I could purchase these products at the front, since I was continuing to shop. So I went to customer service where I met another worker, Kiera (African American woman with braids). I'm just describing her in case she gave me a different name. You never know. She did not have her name tag on. She seemed fine at first and was willing to open the sliding glass door for me in Electronics. But the frustrating part was she was looking down on her phone the whole time while walking from the front of the store to the back... and extremely slow like she was doing it on purpose. I usually shop at the Azusa and Glendora Walmart and they don't seem to ever act this way. But here, it didn't matter how courteous I was. I'd understand if I was rude to them in some way. Please hire adequate people. They're making you lose more money with customers, than you realize. I'm definitely not purchasing products behind the glass doors anymore. I'm convinced I won't be treated well.
