This place should come with a warning for being strong and absolutely delicious!! It's a small shop that's sadly easy to miss but so glad we popped in. Their service was incredible and we ordered multiple items. Highly recommend the tres leches and Dulce de leche latte, like the first a little more. You get to pick the coffee beans and the pouches are so cute! If you like hot coffee, just know these are iced but equally delicious. Saving this chain for my future caffeine needs!

One of the smaller locations in the city. Small little area to sit and enjoy your coffee. They have alot of cool little trinkets at this one for sale. Pins, coffees, mugs and other items. The 2 baristas who were working while I was there were very nice and pretty chatty with me. I got the rum infused iced latte. I love how they still give out iced drinks in the pouches as you can see in my photos.

Ordered a whiskey latte with Tres Leches, and all I can say is the coffee is amazingly delicious! The blend with the vanilla & dark chocolate was perfect! Their coffee beans are grown in Puerto Rico, which brings that delicious taste for sure! Also tried there banana bread and it was delicious as well ! Dom, the barista, did an amazing job making this coffee! And just the whole vibe of this place is amazing! Loved her and this coffee shop! The best experience of this coffee shop is that you get to choose your type of coffee beans LOVE If you're in town, you should stop by and try their upstairs lounge. It's a beautiful experience! 787 Coffee is excellent. I love the taste and the food offerings. The place is clean and the customer service is excellent. Any time you are near this location or any other 787 location I suggest you go inside and enjoy! I love the decor and merchandise they sell too. Great vibes.

I just found out that 787 Coffee serves fresh coffee grown in the mountains of Puerto Rico so I had to try it. I grew up on Cafe Bostello but over the years I switched to Starbucks, Matto, and McDonalds. When I tried Cafe Bostello again it was too strong for me, I couldn't believe I was drinking it at 3 years old, lol 787 has specialty drinks like iced coquito lattes, horchata Latte, and some rum-infused drinks. They all seem interesting. I just went in for a regular cup of latte. I found it odd that a Puerto Rican place did not sell traditional cafe con leche. But anyway, the latte was creamy robust, flavorful, and rich. I hear they sometimes have Chicken Empanadas and Quesitos but they were all gone and only had some homemade chocolate chip cookies on hand. The place is 10 blocks from my office so I don't think I will come here often, I need them to open up near 3rd Ave in the high 40s to become a regular.

Really surprised with this coffee from a plantation in Puerto Rico

The restaurant is open 24 hours and is the perfect place to go for those late-night cravings. One can sit at the full bar, in the dining area, or get items to go. The restaurant is always lively and patrons get seated quickly. The most I have ever waited for a seat is 5 minutes. There are more than 40 empanadas in corn or wheat shells to order. The menu celebrates diversity through its' empanada pairings. Greek - spinach pie, Cuban - ham, pork, and cheese, Americana - cheeseburger, Bombay - Curried chicken, Brasil - traditional ground beef, Hawaiian - ham, pineapple & mozzarella cheese and many more. Besides empanadas, there is a full menu of Colombian delights to eat including arepas, salads, sandwiches, soups, tacos and tapas. They have dessert empanadas as well. Love the USA empanada, which is apples & cinnamon baked and the Nutella & banana one. You can get it topped with ice cream as well. Really looking forward to my next visit.

It was too a big chunk of fried cheese with the jam. But overall would go anytime I get that late night food craving

We ordered the octopus, tuna tartare, skirt steak, and chicken, along with a margarita and the Palermo Mezcal cocktail. Every single item was exceptional. Even the complimentary bread that came out at the beginning was a 10/10. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we loved being able to watch the kitchen prepare our food from our table. It's a small kitchen, which makes it even more impressive that they're consistently turning out such thoughtful and delicious dishes. I noticed some reviews mentioning slow service, but I honestly think those people missed the entire point of the experience. Palermo isn't meant to be rushed. The atmosphere is cozy, intimate, and feels like you're sitting in someone's living room enjoying a meal they've carefully prepared just for you. We never felt pressured to order quickly or rushed through our meal, which made the experience even better. Every dish was meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. You can tell that everything is made with care and attention to detail. From the food to the service to the atmosphere, Palermo created an experience that felt warm, intentional, and memorable. If you're looking for a spot that makes you feel like you've been transported to Argentina, where you're welcomed to slow down, enjoy great company, and savor your meal at your own pace, this is the place for you. Palermo delivers more than just incredible food--it creates an experience. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and authentic, making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in.

I usually go to my favorite places in NY, but this time I thought I'd try some new places. And this did NOT disappoint. The dining room is small, and there is also outside seating (when the weather is nice, of course). The server was very nice and gave good recommendations. I had the NY strip Milanese which was VERY good. It's a steak that's pounded, and breaded. Served with a side salad, and a side of mashed potatoes. The bread they served was warm and came with a sauce. DEEEEEEEELISH!! It paired perfectly with my glass of Malbec. I'd love to come back next time I'm in NY for more!!
