This other company inspected my unit and said I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $12,000.00 to $20,000.00. They offered a 10% discount if I signed a contract at that moment and had them replace my unit the following week. I didn't sign the contract. Instead I called AirWorks for a second opinion. The AirWorks technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected my unit and determined the system was working fine. He said the water pump had failed and that's why I had water on the floor. He was able to replace the water pump in just a few minutes and it only cost me a few hundred dollars. Since then my heater has been working well and I've had no issues. Moving forward I will always call AirWorks first because I trust them.

Great sales tactics on their end if you are evaluating them from a business standpoint. Lots of AI interface and lack of personal human approach to business. I had an issue with my furnace. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.

Two weeks ago our former service company inspected our system, noted it was old, gave it the all clear and suggested we replace the capacitor before next summer. Well, our a/c stopped cooling this morning. Our preferred vendor told me the earliest they could come out would be 9/9 (yes, with a service contract). I told them we have guests coming this weekend (some elderly) and we needed working a/c in 100 degree heat. Nothing. I told them I was calling every HVAC company in the Conejo Valley and nine days was too long. The third call I made was to Aladdin Air Conditioning & Heating. I described the issue. There was a sense of urgency here. I was on hold for a minute and then told a 2-5pm slot is available today. Nathan, the service tech arrived, diagnosed the issue, and found there were two capacitors and one was not needed according to spec. He replaced the capacitor, had our a/c functioning, and left our home two hours and forty-five minutes after my first call. From now on I will call Aladdin for any HVAC service needs. The woman handling the phones was professional, courteous, perceptive, and expressed feeling for our situation. The service tech, Nathan, was polite, perceptive, professional, communicative, and confident. He was here for approximately 35 minutes, a/c working. I appreciate this level of service. This was my FIRST call to them. They treated me like I had been a client for many years and fixed the issue. No upselling, no games, just straight to business.

Our unit was very old and heavily rusted, and honestly, we weren't sure it could even be repaired--but Edwyn was determined to make it work. He spent several hours troubleshooting and fixing the system, refusing to give up until everything was up and running properly. What really stood out was his communication throughout the entire process. He kept us informed every step of the way, explaining what he was doing and what to expect. It made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I highly recommend Edwyn and Air Force Air Conditioning for their dedication, professionalism, and outstanding service.

Edwyn, who has outstanding communication skills as well as being very thorough, displayed pride in his work and a commitment to providing an excellent customer experience. It was a hot day in Thousand Oaks and the old HVAC system was in need of attention. Edwyn serviced both the heater and air conditioning system and his attention to the air conditioning produced the cool air we needed to make the house more comfortable. Because the systems are old he provided helpful anticipatory guidance about how best to keep them in the best possible condition to last as long as possible and how to make a cost benefit analysis about when it would make more sense to consider replacement versus making repairs. The price was very fair given the availability, arrival at the scheduled time, time spent educating us and servicing the units, and the end result of having a comfortable indoor temperature. The report of the service call produced by Edwyn was very helpful in it's explanations and details. Based on our excellent experience, we highly recommend Air Force Air Conditioning and Heating. Many thanks!

After buying appliances at Home Depot, I was asked if I had water issues (which I do), and they offered to send someone to test my water for free and recommend solutions. Simple enough -- or so I thought. Instead, I got a series of texts from someone telling me that every adult in my home needed to be present during the appointment. They kept pushing about who would be there and even asked if my husband would be home. As a woman handling this appointment on my own, that immediately raised red flags. It honestly felt like I was being second-guessed because I'm a woman -- like my input wasn't valid without a male present. If I had been a man, I doubt my account notes would have been described as "very vague" just because I booked a free water test. The entire situation felt more like a high-pressure sales setup than a genuine consultation to help with water issues. Their reasoning? They didn't want to drive back later to explain equipment options to anyone else, due to gas costs. That's not my responsibility as a customer -- especially from a company tied to Home Depot. Overall, this felt unprofessional and honestly discriminatory. If you're considering water testing through Home Depot, be careful who they send. This didn't feel like a trustworthy or customer-focused experience. Also, this company is selling their machines for double what they're worth and it's pretty simple to hire a plumber to install them for you and buy one directly from a water softener and whole home water filtration manufacturer. Do a little research on how much these machines cost, I've found ones with excellent reviews for about $4/5k total. This company is selling theirs for $10k

First off... I can't believe I didn't post a review HERE on Yelp!…read more I believe the review I wrote up only went to Google but it should post here too since many people use Yelp to help sort out companies to work with too! I've had to lean on this company a lot - so I have a lot to say, ha! Here's my review from 9 months back: I had a nightmare installation done by bad contractors causing a brand new unit to breakdown with every error in the book. Diego did an excellent job diagnosing the machine in 100+ degree weather. He was meticulous and went through every possible issue. Unfortunately the damage done caused the job to drag out but Diego continued working. I had a previous technician out from another company and even though I paid for their diagnostic service it's clear that I should've gone with Integrity Comfort Systems to begin with. I highly recommend this company. Everything is inspected and documented and then very clearly explained to me so I could understand the journey we're now on. No matter how many times I asked a question Diego took the time to break it down in ways I could understand (since I am not knowledgable in HVAC anything). No Mansplaining.. simply removing jargon and explaining step by step so anyone could follow. Seriously...Great job. My review from 5 months ago: I had ANOTHER HVAC issue but in my main house (HVAC is likely more than 20 years old) and Troy was sent out to take a look at what turned out to be a very dangerous situation. He was meticulous in documenting and clearly explained everything that was needed and why each thing was important for a SAFE operating system. I tend to only have catastrophic issues with units that either came with the house and are veeery old or something crazy like working with terrible contractors with bad installation and bad intentions causing MAJOR critical failures.... Nonetheless, Integrity worked with me providing a detailed estimate prioritizing what I could handle first. Review from the past 2 months: In addtion to those two experiences I had the pleasure of leaning on Chris for support in documenting the repair done on that AC unit damaged by the previous contractors. Chris was calm, cool, collected and incredibly thoughtful. He really worked with me to make sure we could clearly explain why certain repairs were absolutely necessary. Without Chris I would've been fully taken advantage of by those scam contractors. He didn't have to make himself that available to me but he truly went out of his way to make sure his customer was taken care of. It's very rare these days to find honest thoughtful people. When companies can get away with mistreating and scamming customers, greed seems to lead the way. Not with Integrity Comfort Systems - I mean, come on, Integrity is in the company name, and for good reason!!! And I must not forget to mention Julie. Julie handled all of my calls to the company to schedule repairs and help connect me with Chris to sort out the issues I had prior to working with them. There had been some stressful moments for me and she was always so helpful in guiding me to the right person. She always answered the phone, was always polite and easy to talk to, was loyal to the best interest of the client and I truly felt like she cared. Again RARE these days. Thank you so much, Julie! Chris, Julie and all their techs step up and really make sure the right thing is being done. I feel deeply indebted to all of them and they helped restore my faith in humanity. As a single woman on one moderate income dealing with the nightmares that come with homeownership and failing machines I really really needed this. I can't ever thank them enough and I could not recommend them more! All this from an HVAC company??? Yeah, I know... in 2026 when the world seems to be falling apart... these guys will make sure to take care of you. 5 stars isn't enough.

Excellent workmanship and wonderful customer service!…read more We were looking to replace our old furnace and install a heat pump for our home in October. We interviewed 5 contractors and were very glad to have picked Integrity. From the very beginning, Integrity has conducted business very professionally. Steve came for a walk through, explained what we needed, and gave us a quote on the spot. The quote was within the mid range of all the quotes, and he walked me through all the Federal/state tax credit and manufacturer's rebate. A few days before installation, Julie called from the office and let us know the name of our tech (Jared) and their ETA. Jared and his team were very knowledgeable and considerate. Tarps were laid on our tile before work began, and the workers showed up on time everyday. On the days of inspection, Steve from Integrity came out again and waited patiently to walk the inspector through our project. Our experience with Integrity has been pleasant and we have found them to be very responsive and reliable with any questions and concerns we have. Highly recommend!
