I visited on a Friday night with a reservation for 8 pm. You pay by the hour; however, you pay to rent shoes and that is where the issue is. The rental fee is $4.33 per person, but I noticed that the cash register does not carry coins, which led to discrepancies in the change given to customers paying with cash. When I brought this issue to the attention of one of the staff members, she mentioned that the rounding of change would ultimately benefit customers. However, in my case, I paid with a $10 bill for my shoe rental and received only $5 back in change. As part of a party of seven, 5 members were similarly shorted by 67 cents (the others paid with a card), that could accumulate to $4.69 across our group. Considering how many customers they serve daily, this could result in significant extra profit at the expense of patrons. This experience left me feeling uneasy, which affected my desire to continue bowling. While it may seem minor, the principle behind it is important to me. The computer on the lane would only add 6 people which they said they could fix however, I decided to forgo bowling and request a refund for my shoe rental. Upon returning the shoes, I was surprised to receive only $4 back. I explained that I had paid with a $10 bill and expected a $5 refund, highlighting the inconsistency in the change I had previously received. After some reluctance, the staff provided the correct amount. As I left the restroom, I overheard a conversation among the staff indicating that "people don't usually make a big deal out of the change". This reinforced my impression that this practice may be intentional. While the amount in question may not be substantial, I believe it reflects poor business practices that can undermine customer trust. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have decided not to return. I hope people start speaking up so they can change this business practice, or just eliminate cash and go to card only and stop short changing their customers. Now I do have to give a complement to the Server Tonja. She was was amazing. She was very busy taking care of the many customers and yet was attentive, efficient, and everyone's order came out correct and in a timely manner. The food was also very good. Especially the pizzas. She earned the place 3 stars. I still won't be back though because I don't like shady business practices.

Ambiance: Billiard, bowling, and gaming bar/eatery in downtown Houston steps away from House of Blues and other bars. Dark & trendy aesthetic with a sports bar feel to it. Stopped in for dinner with a few friends before a show at HOB. The food and presentation was 10/10. Decent pricing and drinks. We felt the service was quite slow and it took a long time to get what we ordered despite the bar being empty. Loved the wonton tacos! I recommend Street parking. We did not bowl but this vibe seemed fun for a party or group of friends.

Food was decent. The service was okay bit as . The Ambience was great however! Definitely a fun time! There is street parking around and was not hard to find. Except to pay for parking. It's on the 3rd floor

Was told last call was an hour before closing . I was also told I couldn't order more drinks at midnight. The host was vaping at the host stand and I wasn't allowed to order food. The employees obviously have no interest in making money. I won't be back to this place and I recommend that you don't go back unless you have to. They don't care about your business!

We came in on Super Bowl Sunday and it was so empty. There are billiards, a bar, bowling, various board games. The best pricing for bowling in houston. Bowling: $10/person/hour (weekday); $12/person/hour (weekend). Shoe rental $4 Billiards: $10/hour (weekday); $15/hour (weekend) It's located on the third floor and happy hour is Mon-Fri 4pm-7pm.

Came in on a Wednesday night and our server TONJA was AWESOME!! I had the spicy marg and cheese nachos. 10/10. Everything was very clean, user friendly, and just so much fun. Can't wait to come back!

SCAMMERS!!! Had a Christmas Party here. I had an extremely disappointing experience due to incorrect charges and poor management communication. When I reviewed the bill, the number of drinks charged seemed highly questionable, raising concerns about fraudulent activity or misleading practices. Despite my request for transparency, I was not provided with any notice or breakdown at the time, leaving me with an unexpected and unjustified bill. I reached out to management JACK for clarification and requested: 1. An accurate breakdown of the drinks served. 2. Clarification on pricing and any discrepancies. 3. Ask them to review the cameras I strongly advise anyone visiting this establishment to double-check their bill and be wary of potential overcharges. The lack of accountability and transparency is completely unacceptable. I'm including my receipt along with what i was quoted. DO NOT GO HERE!

I came here for an aviation mixer and parking is horrendous! It was on a Friday night though and the Elton John concert was going on so that's probably why. But there's also tons of construction in the area. The closest lot was $60 flat rate but the workers there did mention it was because of the concert. I ended up finding garage parking in the shopping center that the bowling place is in. And they do validate! I never actually got to bowl though since it took me an hour to find parking and all the lanes were taken. But it's a pretty big place with multiple bars, an arcade room, pool, and obviously bowling. The servers are on top of it! Ours was always checking in on us and recommended the Buffalo wings and pizza which was surprisingly delicious! We ordered a pepperoni, mushroom, tomato pizza and the wings. Someone in the group ordered the chips and pita bread appetizer with four different dips and that was also really good. This would be a fun place to go to for a birthday or something but definitely not when a concert or game is going on. The traffic leaving the garage took a half hour and then another hour just leaving the area.

I attended a marketing event hosted by the event manager, Marcella. It was a preview/sample of what to expect if you book a corporate event. The food was fantastic. There was good music playing throughout the night. The waitstaff was fantastic! The food was buffet style, and if you wanted a drink, you order at the bar. The staff came around to collect refill requests and ask about new drinks. This meant guests didn't have to step away from their game for , which was nice. We got the complete vip treatment, and I really enjoyed the event and ambiance. I'd say the only thing that me a tad is that we weren't given bowling shoes, so I had to bowl in wedges. This was my first time visiting, so I wasn't sure where to park. Because it was after 6pm, I was able to snag a parking spot right outside on the street, but I don't think getting that lucky is the norm.

    Kid-friendly until 9 pm

I wish I could remember our waitresses name because she was AWESOME! So attentive and patient with us and our tribe of children (8 in all!). We enjoyed a quick game of bowling, but the highlight was actually the pool table ($15/hour) and the cozy seats and tables nearby that allowed us to watch the kids while we enjoyed our wings and fries (ask for the sweet chili, not on the menu). They've got a bar, but the sweet girls attending to it were definitely not bartenders as the drinks were less than stellar but inexpensive. The vibe was chill until just a few minutes after 9 pm when the music was bumped up to "club decibels" to make way for the night life crowd. I'm happy we found a cool place to kind of ring in the new year with the kids since those options were very lean in downtown H-town unless you wanted to hang out in a park and watch fireworks...which we did not. Would we return...for the wings, most definitely!

Garlic cheese bites that had zero garlic flavor and greasy. The shrimp had no taste.

The food was like it came out the frozen section of Walmart Not worth the price. No flavor!

As a Wisconsinite, I had to put the cheese curds to the best. For non-Wisconsin curds, they were solid. The ranch was amazing too. I also tried the three cheese cavatappi pasta bake. It was so cheesy and gooey. I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for non-traditional bar food. My friend had the chicken tenders and said they were good. We came to watch the Utah Mammoth @ Nashville Predators game. While the staff tried their best to get it onto the TV for us, it unfortunately didn't work. However, the staff were so accommodating with letting us stick around to watch it on our ESPN app.

Don't know why there wasn't one tv showing any baseball game, including the Astros game on at the same time.) The bar is fine; the seats not the most comfortable; the food is overpriced bland Sysco, with the atmosphere too loud for the friendly waitstaff to hear you. I had a salmon Caesar, which was fine, but $31 plus a hidden 4% service charge for not a lot of lettuce, dressing, and four croutons. An app (chips and bland dip, skimped on the chips) and two entrees, a 16 oz beer and two mixed drinks was $145 with tax and tip. Agonizing to pay that much for a mid experience, especially with the other costs in time and money. Guaranteeing seats for the game without showing up ages in advance cost $40/seat and we didn't get the advertised VIP World Cup goody-bag package we were promised. Worst part of the night was getting out. 45 minutes stuck in the $10 Greenstreet parking garage because the scanners weren't working, but it's that or $40 of Ubers. So ~$250 for a less-than-mid evening that wasn't especially relaxing.

The first time that I went there, I went by myself and had a seat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and greeted me when I say down. I ordered some beers and a hot dog with chili. Both the beers and hot dog were great after the three hour bus ride I just took. The third time that I went there, I went with my friend and we had a seat at the bar. This was our last night in Houston and we decided to have a few drinks before our trip ended. I got a beer in their special St. Patrick's Day glass. The bartender was again attentive and it was a good night. Looking back, I guess both my first and last stops in Houston were here. The second time that I came here was also with my friend and we sat at a table to order food. The waitress was great and kept checking on us. I ordered the fish and chips. The fish was crispy and tasty. This is the only part that I had an issue with from the restaurant. At some point during my second visit, a woman came into the restaurant with her pants covered in poop. She left and then came back another time and walked among the tables. The bartender eventually escorted her out. Here is why I am still giving this place 4 stars after this. The service and food was still good even and I had two uneventful visits. This visit, I just happened to sit at a table closest to the door. If you want to make sure you don't have an experience like this, you can sit at the bar, or upstairs or further away from the front door.
