Ok, so for the price, this place is awesome! We went for a double date. We didn't reserve a lane (which I think keeps the cost down) and only waited maybe 30min for a lane which is fine because they have a full bar and you can order food while you wait. Their drinks and food were very well priced! ($5 for a pint and cocktails under $10!) We had a lot of fun bowling, staff was helpful and attentive. The only reason not 5 stars is that the food was not very good (but really, what can you expect from bowling alley food?). We did see wings go by that looked really good which we'll have to try when we go back! It is also located right off the rail (Bell stop) if you don't want to deal with parking/driving and have access to it. Honestly for a super fun date night you can't go wrong here! Had a great time here! We came Tuesday night to play darts, pool and go bowling. Decent prices for everything: $10 per hour/per person bowling and $4 shoes, $15 per hour for the pool table, and darts were free. Wait staff was friendly and quick. Drinks were good! We came back the next day to play darts again, grab a few Drinks and some snacks. The pretzels were good, nachos were kind of gross and over rated for $15. It was pretty slow in the place which is what I'd expect for a Tuesday/Wednesday and we didn't mind it being on the quieter side. Overall nice place to hangout. read more

The service is horrible. The bathrooms were nasty and no toilet paper. I didn't see a waitress for about 45 minutes and the establishment was not even packed and they were not short on staff. I advise you go somewhere else for your bowling experience. Oh and the food was not good! read more

I'll give this place 3 stars because of who we learned to be the manager..Caleb Trout.. could not look us in our face and address us directly when we complained about the tab. This was our first experience at this establishment and he was not clear about the charge being per person and only stated that the cost was per lane. Bigger than him not being clear about the cost.. was his inability to sit still to discuss our issue or treat us with dignity. He stated he would go see what he could do and never returned to the front to resolve the issue.. E.Mann and Tanja Windbush did however take over to resolve our issue and treated us with the upmost respect to aid in ensuring we would return. Aside from Caleb Trouts treatment i would say it was an overall enjoyable evening because of Mann and Windbush!!! read more

Reserved a lane for an adult's bday party of 8. When we arrived, a woman was asking for the manager & not pleased. Chalked it up to her being a Karen but this was actually a warning.... staff was non attentive/overwhelmed at best the entire night. Had to flag down multiple people before we finally got our server. I cleared off the table from the prior party because no one ever came by to clean up. We tried ordering off the cocktail menu and were told to order something our waiter could make bc the bar was backed up. He proceeded to not know many mixed drinks at all. We also were told the kitchen was out of lettuce so salads were unavailable, but all our dishes arrived with lettuce garnish???? All our food finally arrived out of order and/or wrong -- appetizers came out last, some dishes after our bowling time expired, chicken quesadillas instead of beef etc etc. We laughed about it because what else can you do, and our waiter seemed to be trying. But this is no way to run a business. Save yourself the trouble and go bowl somewhere else!!! read more

Didn't enjoy my experience there at all. I went alone it was busy and the wait time was 40 minutes to get an order let alone an acknowledgment then 30 minutes to get my food. I accept that I am a quiet type and dont speak loudly so I suggest if that if our type is not their audience it would be a good idea to avoid it altother. read more

This was my second time visiting this bowling alley. First time there was a 2 hour wait for bowling (as to be expected) so we decided to sit at the bar. 20 minutes after sitting at the bar we were finally acknowledged to place our drink and food order. Our food arrived timely and was good. Last night we decided to visit again almost 5 months later. There was a 2 hour wait for bowling and sat at the tables for drinks. After 5 minutes of sitting at the table without being serviced we decided to sit at the bar. The bar was not crowded at all and there was 2 bartenders and a manager walking around wiping down tables. After sitting at the bar for 10 minutes of the bartenders not even acknowledging us, we decided to leave. Upon leaving, I spoke with a manager (the same one walking around wiping down tables in an empty bar) and asked what was an acceptable wait time at the bar. He replied "less than 5 minutes". I explained that we were waiting more than than and had not even been acknowledged. He apologized. I will never return to this location. I understand busy venues have longer wait times ; however, you are never too busy to acknowledge your guests and let them know, I'll be right with you. Prices are going up on everything, there is no way businesses will stay afloat with horrible customer service. read more

I'm pretty sure the alcoholic drinks we ordered had zero alcohol in them. One person in our party did a self-breathalyzer test after 2 shots and 1 drink and her BAC barely registered -- and we're pretty sure that was from the cocktail we had prior to going here. The bowling score was often just wrong but we're not professional bowlers so that was whatever, still had fun bowling. But the alcohol content was NOT okay -- especially when we paid for alcohol and were supposedly served alcohol -- in shot glasses and everything. The shots went down TOO smooth.... like water. But they did fit us on a bowling lane with only a few hours notice, so that was nice. Bowling area is nice and dark, cool lounge vibes. But the fake alcohol ruins the place. read more

Scheduled a reservation with Marcella for a birthday party who was very helpful over the phone and via email. Arrived fairly early and ended up having a small problem with the reservation but the manager Mark was very accommodating and helpful so we ended up with no problems. Very unprofessional, I was very excited to go to this place after it reopened! Sad to say the business has gone down hill. First they forgot my appetizer I ordered which took almost an hour. Then I went to the bowling side and never met our server. I went to close out the lane and lady said it was closed already. I knew that was a lie because I get alerts on my card. I went back to ask for a receipt and got one. Tell me why they charged gratitude when I only had 5 people in my party. The receipt clearly says 8 not to mention I never met the server !!!! Wanted to try a new place. So I hit up 810 billiards and bowling. What can I say. Well for starters, the location kind of limited parking. Even though it was down town so there were many parking garages. But still didn't like the walk. Price wise, it wasn't bad. Bowling price was decent. Food and drinks were very comparable. But service was horrible. Now granted it could of just been that particular server. But that disappointed me very greatly. The one thing I would say is CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! Because a relative of mine was severely over charged. Her bill was supposed to be 85 but was charged 135. If I hadn't looked at it she would have payed. Now I always ask for an itemized bill and check it always. So I would say try it out at your risk. read more

I would not recommend coming here unless you want to waste your time. We were on the "waiting list" for an hour and they were unable to sit down because the manager closed the lanes. This wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't been waiting. Unfortunately none of that was communicated properly. The bar service was terrible as well, they didn't even collect our payment and had forgotten about it entirely. Honestly my experience was pretty terrible. We came in and wanted to bowl they told us about 30-40 min. We sat down and ate real quick. But wasn't quick as the food took about an hour to get out to us. I ordered a ranch water, I mean cmon we are in Texas a bartender should know how to make a ranch water with casamigos. The drink tasted like flat sprite with tequila and it was $22!! When It was time to pay checks I said something to the manager about it being $22 and not even made correctly and she said she'd bring me another over while we bowl. Well I never got my drink and there was a line of about 50 people at the bar, so wasn't worth waiting. Gratuity was also added and no one was told so we ended up tipping 38% on our tabs for terrible service and a waiter that didn't pay 1 attention to us. Before paying checks I checked on our bowling as at this point the wait was about an hour and a half. They said it'll be another hour. So that's 2 1/2 hour wait when we were originally told 30-40 min. The manager thankfully paid for the bowling and got us in right away and that's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Bathrooms had bloody tampons and blood splashed everywhere with no toilet paper. This place has so much potential to be great but sadly isn't. read more

Absolutely loved this place! We had a group of 7 and everyone really enjoyed it. Very decently priced considering it's higher end location. It was a little hard to locate as we didn't realize it was on the 3rd floor. The staff was very friendly, especially the bar manager- she was an angel! There was a bit of a wait but it gave us ample time for appetizers and drinks. The bacon cheese fries were wonderful as well as the Blueberry Crush drink. The spinach artichoke dip was a bit cold, it got eaten anyway. All around wonderful experience. I would advise maybe only 5 to a group unless you want to pay for more than one hour. We ran out of time on our last round but we were all still very pleased with the experience. read more
