Despite the stormy weather I had a great time visiting this place. Came in to celebrate a friend's birthday. I can't wait to see what it's like when the sun is high in the sky. The outdoor scene offers so much. They have tables that line the patio with egg chairs and games such as jenga, connect four, beer pong and a pickleball court. Due to the rain i didn't spend much time outside. The indoor area is nice and open with booths that line the room and a decent size bar. The dj was on point, bartenders friendly, and restrooms clean. Thw parking lot is a little small but they do have street parking nearby. They have hookah for $35 set up outside near the entrance. Also 20% gratuity is included on all purchases. read more

Came here thinking it would be a nice place to try...the environment was on point I think maybe we just came on a bad night? The patio outside and dj on the inside was a great idea but for it to be a Friday night around 7 pm we were the only ones there which I thought was a red flag but we insisted on trying it.. Food had great deals and at the end when we paid they did not stay true to the deals....we got sliders and burger and drinks which was nothing over the top I would say the sliders were the best there... Service was okay was waiting on our server for a while which I understand can be normal to an extent but we were the only ones there besides staff I personally wouldn't recommend this place unless maybe they had an event going on....i walked in and said hello to the first bartender at the outside bar and he did not either pay attention or just was ignoring us....said bye heading out and the same overall 4/10 place read more

Stopped in here and looked like they were about to have a pickle ball tournament so courts were unavailable, no biggie was just out for a little day drinking. We only had 1 beer a piece and got our tab. Make sure to watch, they have automatic gratuity of 20% which I'm not made at, but when you don't tell someone it's already on the tab it seems a bit shady. This, the bartender's attitude and the fact you can't really play the cornhole game by the way it's setup was the reason we didn't stay. Don't think I would recommend this place. read more

40all Jamie and Alexis were the friendly bartenders on Friday early evening (3/29/24) when me and a group of 6 friends visited for Happy Hour (M-F, 4-7pm). The $6 frozen pineapple margaritas I nicknamed, "Spongebob's Sunrise House" was tastier than the frozen strawberry margarita Jamie let me sample and the "Dulce Vida" well tequila shots were sweet, as promised. The day we visited there was a huge wedding party there so we were nicely asked to relocate from the patio to indoors after sitting at one of the benches (there weren't any visible "reservation" signs). On Friday nights 40 All promotes "Ladies Night" on the website where a group of at least 5 women are guaranteed a free champagne bottle. Unfortunately, it did not appear this was a common special utilized by patrons; we'd asked the bartender about wanting to redeem the special as promoted on the website. With it being her first week, she double-checked with the manager who then asked us to show where we had seen the offer listed (on the website). After three courteous reminders over about an hour and a half, we got the champagne bottle (that came with two juices, cranberry and pineapple). It generously accommodated our group of 7 where we were able to drink one flute each. A nice incentive to kickstart the Friday night. Everyone who ordered food enjoyed it (wings and mozzarella sticks). The bathrooms were also very well-maintained and clean. Valet parking is available for $20. I was able to easily find free parking on the street (after 6pm on a Friday). I think this would be a great place to visit with a group of friends on a bar stop, though with not many expectations for the Ladies Night special... read more

Came here to see the astros vs rangers play against each other for the World Series. Lotsa tvs indoors and outdoors so take your pick. We came to play pickleball though. There's one pickle ball court. They aren't currently charging and the guys playing wrapped up so we got about an hour in. The outdoors has nice fake grass. Swinging chairs at a few tables. And a beer pong table. The Indoors is nice and cool. Music that was playing is top 10. Parking can be free on the street or there's valet. Will try the food next time. It was happy hour so we split a bottle of wine. There's also a hookah bar. read more

To my understanding this is a relatively new spot in Houston. Valet parking is available. This place is perfect for a night of good drinks with friends. It offers very chill vibes. There were several ppl that we're celebrating birthdays when I visited. I ordered a Tequila sunrise which was as probably the best I have ever had. Hookah is also available when seating in the outdoor area. However, I wish they had heaters available for the outdoor area. We are from out of town and were looking for a good wing spot. Decided to give 40 Love a chance and I'm so glad we did. It's a very spacious place with plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. There's numerous tv's spread around if you're trying to catch any games. The staff was very kind and attentive. Everything from the bar to the bathroom were were very clean. And last but certainly not least, the wings were amazing. My fiancé ordered the Buffalo and I ordered the lemon pepper. We both loved our wings. They were so crispy and very flavorful. You can tell they use good quality meat. My fiancé also had a drink from the bar and said it was great and worth the price. We will definitely be back when we're in town again. read more

I came here with some friends. It's a cool space when you walk in. I wasn't really hungry but i decided to grab some wings & fries. I use my cash app card at restaurants because when i use my debit or credit card, places tend to do a double hold. When my card was swiped (i had my husband go pay) i felt the price was abnormally high. They charged $7 for those trash ass fries and it was a small amount (1) on their website it says $1 is the price for Wings on Wednesday. (2) the wing price advertised in the restaurant is $8. Confusing right? (3) they charged me 9.99 for the wings. So i had him go up there to get a refund and ask why they werent $1? He showed them their website and they said "thats old"...well why tf is it on your website? Thats false advertising and so is the sign on the table if you say its $8 yet you charged me $9.99. (The wings werent good to me by the way. I wish i took a pic of the food itself). So anyways they gave me a refund yet charged my card a second time, which confused me even more and pissed me off! What sent me over the edge is the fact that i have gotten plenty of refunds--a couple recently actually-- and a transaction has never POSTED. If a refund is being processed the transaction will remain pending and then fall off... or in their case it shouldve posted with the correct amount and that SECOND transaction should have fallen off. I wanted to go up there the next day but my husband told me to wait. Well on Friday is when the transactions went from pending to posted. And now it is Monday and my refund still hasn't come back to my card. They will be seeing my face today, and i will not be going to this place ever again. read more

This place has a very cool vibe. My boyfriend and I went on a Thursday night and enjoyed burgers and the 40 Love Glizzy. I must particularly call out the burgers. So well grilled and delicious...the style sort of reminded me of a Smash Burger, but better. And the manager, AR, was superb. Can't wait to return! read more

Great place to unwind after a hard days work. Bartenders are quick, friendly and kind.

We only had drinks. I liked the mango mojito. I also ordered a michelada but was room temperature and had way too much Clamato sauce.

My guy AR is the epitome of what customer service should look like on ANY level. He made great accommodations during my visit unlike no other, AND the food was on POINT! This is my first review I have ever posted, and will ever post. I walked in after enjoying 3 beers at my apartment and was told "you are showing signs of intoxication" by the bartender. They also add a 20% tip onto whatever you order, with disrespectful service they do NOT deserve 20%. Manager is the worst human being on planet earth. read more
