This place is awesome! The food was delish, the atmosphere so fun...service was slow but this place just opened a week ago. Besides great food...this is what it offers in one stop entertainment: There's 25 big screen TVs, 2 big bars, Cornhole, shuffleboard, pool,board games, darts, ping pong tables, an arcade, and of course around 20 bowling lanes. They are adding the dueling pianos in a couple of weeks, a cafe and sweets place in a month, and this fall a mini golf. If you don't have fun...it's your own fault lol read more

We came here back in February and loved it! Came back again during our next trip to Myrtle Beach and were sadly disappointed. The employees were inattentive, with all of her focus on her boyfriend at the registerer, and the bathrooms were in desperate need of cleaning. We were told there was a waitlist for bowling so we received a buzzer and did something else to keep us busy while we waited (sidebar: the putt putt course is not that great). On our way to return the clubs, we walked past the bowling alley with a few open lanes. (and a 40 year old couple heavily making out on the couch). We just left after that. We were hoping this was going to be a regular for us, but not if this is the new standard. read more

Not a bad choice for our afternoon excursion. I took two 10 year olds at just after lunch time and the place was bead in a good way. I was worried since we had been expecting record temps and figured the heat with drive people in. For the 3 of us it was just under $30 with shoes for 2 games. SUPER easy intuitive application base tablet setup (that you can download and use from your phone, too). Fully programmable lanes (bumpers can automatically pop up for certain users). A little dark, but I guess that's to be expected. I tried to order a pitcher of soda (because that seems very bowlingallyish) but they only have single cups and a wait staff. $2 per and free refills though. And you will need it with the fries. We ordered two of their appetizers and both boys wanted an order of their fries. 810 fries and chili fries and both were super salty, so beware. (I liked them but wow, salt) The waitress was always around and quick to interact if I picked up a menu. There is no water fountain that I could find (after those fries). The restroom was on the far opposite corner of the building from our lane 13 so it was buddy system or nothing for the 10 year olds. The place started to pickup in a big way as soon as we started to pack up. It's a good way to get out of the heat. Two of the less expensive apps and 3 drinks for $20. But being so heavily reliant on staff you are needing to add a tip and work with people outside of your party. Super easy to setup and program. Will look forward to another early visit. I wasn't too excited to come here on a beautiful Sunday day (would rather sit outside with a beach view) BUT... we had tons of tv's for football and football fans around. This place was a let down for bowling. Way overpriced ($75+ for 2 adults and 3 kids for 1 hour). Lanes and balls were in subpar condition. Balls had big chunks missing, lanes weren't well oiled or even smooth. We asked for bumpers and only one side worked, so it didn't serve much use for the kids. It's obvious if you actually bowl this isn't the place for you. It's essentially a bar to hang out at that happens to have bowling. If you just want to drink, chat, and throw some balls around it's okay if you don't mind spending a small fortune. There is an arcade that we didn't use, so maybe that's better. read more

Manager on duty is sitting at the bar proving to be a distraction to the staff. He is simply watching college football. A couple of the bartenders have masks ..... some are wearing them below their chin. Some servers have no masks on at all. The manager on duty has no mask on. This place has the worst staff. I told the front desk we had 9 bowlers and they proceeded to put us on one lane. When we asked to split our party because the lane next to us was available they refused. After one game with nine people no one had an appetite to continue to bowl. I also found it odd that one server appeared to cover the last 7-8 lanes but no server covered our area. I also saw the server chill and lean up against the table obviously bored with nothing to do. Too bad he wasn't ambitious enough to come ask if I wanted another drink or food to make a few extra dollars. This is my second time visiting and both visits were poor. I won't be back. read more

We came here as a family on October 1st. The bowling alley wasn't crowded at all which make sense because it was a weekday. This has got to be one of the nicest bowling alleys I've ever been to. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. A waitress came to our lane to ask about drinks and food but we didn't order any since we just had dinner. She gave us waters and occasionally checked up on us in case we needed anything. The bowling alley has a lot of specials which would be good to take advantage of. read more

This is a bowling experience....... not a bowling ally. Easy to find rental bowling balls, clean shoes and nice lanes. You sit on parlor sofas and have a server. I didn't try the food but the options looked awesome. A huge billiard room and a few bars with live music. This is much more upscale then what I personally like. I like the retro old school bowling alley with 1.50 nachos and pitchers of beer that accompany 2 dollar games. 2 games and the purchase of 3 pairs of socks set ya back 50 bucks and that was with a coupon lol. This is a great place to come for drinks, bowling, and other games! I had to wait to bowl, so I played darts (free) and shuffleboard ($5 for an hour). As you can see the prices are good and it is very updated and the decor is awesome! The bowling lanes were great! They have colored lights and all of the bowling balls look like pool balls. We rolled in about 9 pm on a Saturday night with a party of 6 bowlers + 2 non-bowlers...we checked in, got a buzzer when our lane was available, headed to the bar for beer and within one beer, our buzzer went off...ok, was probably 30 minutes...but what fun we had. The bowling balls are painted like pool balls and I've always had a problem finding a comfortable bowling ball at the right weight and comfortable with my finger grip...but right away, the #9 ball fits like a glove! the latest menu change and the quality of food is absolutely horrible here. I come here a few times a month for trivia and all of us have always ordered food and appetizers. I asked the server why there was no longer happy hour and was told that people were coming for trivia and an entire table could eat for $30 so the restaurant wasn't making any money. I then asked about the menu change. I was told food was so expensive, they have taken everything off the menu that cost a lot. I feel like every restaurant needs a good salad. previously I always ordered the salad with blue cheese, grilled chicken, hard boiled egg, bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, croutons etc. that salad is now soggy lettuce, cheap shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions and croutons. it's almost inedible. this restaurant is forcing people to either not eat while playing trivia or going to a different location that has better food/trivia. sorry, but this place needs a complete overhaul. read more

The absolutely worst bowling lanes I've ever played on. They are not broken in at all. If you're competitive, do not come here! Beware of spending too much. I was there on a Saturday, there was a UFC fight on. We waited a long time for our server to order, and get drink refills. HERES THE PROBLEM- I ordered 3 tequila sodas. When I asked for the check, it was expensive. I asked for an itemized check and found out they gave me don julio tequila and my fiancé captain Morgan in his rum and coke. First time going to 810 and I absolutely loved it. I went to celebrate a friends birthday party. The atmosphere was great, and the staff was friendly. I think I already like 810 better than 710 and that's saying something. I don't however like that the bowling pins are held up by cords, there were a few occasions where scores got messed up because of them. Worst service in Myrtle beach. I ordered a drink from our server. I waited 10 minutes and then made eye contact with him. He asked if I needed someone and I reminded him I ordered a drink. He looked at me confused and said, "did it not come out?" Keep in mind he is the only one bringing drinks to our table. Not sure how it would have magically appeared. My dad ordered a rib eye quesadilla. He brought out a chicken quesadilla. we sent it back and he brought out a second chicken quesadilla. When he brought the quesadilla it also caused a lot of the drinks to spill over and get all over my dad. Our waiter looked at him and asked if he would like some napkins. Clearly yes. I really felt discriminated against on this visit. I have been here multiple time in the past with my white English speaking friends and everything was great. This time I took two of friends who speak very little English. But I speak English fluently. Not only did they change the way you pay to bowl but no one explained that to me. We were bowling for an hour. NOT one server came to help us. When I asked for help they said they would find my server. They did not and avoided us. My friends and I were hungry and were wanting to buy food and adult beverages. But no one came to serve us. No one offered to help. We couldn't get help and it was not even busy. This is a spot my family and I will hit every time we are in Myrtle beach if that says anything. We usually come at the night time or if it's rainy outside as it usually is and my kids love it. They enjoy playing the arcade, free games and the ones we have to pay. The food inside is decent, but not too impressive. All I can say is I came here to shoot pool and didn't get to do so. I ask if they would run my card out hold it. The reason I asked is because I wanted to enjoy the other parts of the establishment. The manager asked me "WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND". I told home that I only have one card and then asked him what did he not understand? He then says I understand you aren't playing pool anymore. I said wow are you fucking serious. I was then asked to leave. I spoke with the GM and understand that he had to take up for his manager since I used profanity. What I don't understand is why his manager is allowed to talk to a customer in a demeaning manner and when he is treated the same he gets offended and pulls rank.
