I got the matcha latte and it was probably one of the worst matchas I've had. Tasted like milk and nothing else. I even added extra matcha and still tasted like milk unfortunately. For an $8 drink too it's horrible. The coffee was better but also not too great.. there's way better places to spend your money on. read more

Its always nice when a cafe has a parking lot. Its a shared one but there is plenty of parking available. There was a good amount of seating inside, but limited outlets. They also have an accessible bathroom. I tried thier hojicha latte.... I have to say it was a miss. It wasn't the worst but it was definitely disappointing. read more

My kids love this coffee shop and they are picky when it comes to this type of place. They've been everywhere but they keep returning to this place. I was skeptical at first until they took me and tried the matcha green tea latte. It was so good that I wanted to have another one. 8th Symphony Coffee is clean and cozy too. Favorite coffee shop in Cerritos! Good size menu of hot/cold coffees and teas so even though I mostly order the tiramisu latte (my fave), I have fun trying new things often too. So many good options to satisfy my sweet tooth and several snack options too. Everyone working behind the counter has always been so kind, welcoming and double checks orders to be sure I'm getting exactly what I'm expecting. Depending on the day, it's quiet enough to read or study and the whole place gives really cute cozy vibes. Love it here and will be a long time loyal customer! read more

I was so excited to try out this new coffee shop after seeing many videos on Tik Tok and people raving about it. But I was severely disappointed. From the moment I walked in, no greeting and just stares from the barista at the register. Not a big deal for me if the drinks are good. I went for the butterscotch latte and a vanilla latte for my husband. Once the drinks were ready, I immediately knew that I was gonna hate the drink because of how milky it looked. I love coffee that tastes like coffee, not milk with a SPLASH of coffee. It didn't even taste like butterscotch or vanilla, it just tasted like sweetened milk. Been here twice and the coffee is delicious! The vibe is quiet, smooth, and cool. People generally keep up themselves, wear headphones, etc. I just wish this marketing team of 2 men didn't decide to hold what looked like a semi impromptu meeting in the middle of the shop about whuch products they use, whose cups they use.., I just had to leave. It was pretty disruptive for me. In the future I hope they would be more mindful of their desire to have a meeting and the space at which they want to hold this. read more

I got the biscoff latte, biscoff croffle, & the tiramisu latte, and they were all amazing. I like my coffee a little bit on the sweeter side so these two options were very good in my opinion and not super bitter. read more

The aesthetic is very cute, clean and lots of space. The coffee is good, nothing special about the vanilla latte, biscoff or tiramisu. What was lacking was the customer service. The baristas were too busy with their own conversation to greet anyone. As i was standing there waiting for my online order (which was ready) 2 baristas made eye contact and did not say anything, just went about their own personal conversations. read more

I finally went here hearing good things about the coffee. The shop itself is nice and lots of people in here studying and and talking. I love cappuccinos so, I ordered a regular size. When I grabbed it, I already knew they didn't even fill it all the way. It was literally half of the cup size. All I saw was lots of foam & the taste of the espresso was weak. I ordered a Maple Shaken espresso and honestly it tastes more like my oat milk than coffee. The interior is really nice for studying and the staff is friendly. However if you're looking for some non-watered down coffee I would look up somewhere else. read more

Then I saw the tiramisu latte and I looove tiramisu, so of course I got it. It was delicious and not too sweet. I will definitely be back to try the matcha. Got my order wrong. Their matcha is very bitter. When you ask for less ice it's gonna significantly show difference with quantity. The place was cute and service was okay. Not sure if I will go back. Many people come and study here it seems despite it being a bit loud. read more

This place is a hidden gem in Cerritos! They have the absolute best tiramisu latte. I've tried several before and thought I didn't like them until I came here, it's the perfect blend of coffee and sweetness. My brother loves their matcha cloud latte as well. I was really looking forward to trying this place out as i've seen such great reviews but unfortunately i was left disappointed. We ordered the tiramisu latte and the Madagascar vanilla latte. The tiramisu was not horrible but the cookie on top was stale and I was not a big fan of the espresso coming from someone who likes the coffee taste to be more prominent. The vanilla latte was also just okay again tasted watered down and too milky. I also just thought it was a bit strange it took over 10 minutes for the drinks when we were the only people in line. Overall the inside was nice the staff were also very nice but I don't think i'll be coming back but i'm glad i tried the place out. read more

While every business has the right to set its menu rules, denying basic customizations and refusing to sell a side of cream top feels overly rigid for a local coffee shop. I just wanted to share my experience at this lovely café. The coffee is absolutely delightful! I tried the Bischoff latte, and it was simply divine--so creamy and thick, I'd give it a perfect 10/10. I also ordered the strawberry matcha cloud, and it was just as wonderful. I highly recommend this place! I did a little hiccup, as I arrived 10 minutes late from when I placed my order, but thankfully, it was kept in the fridge, and it was still so good. VIBES ARE IMMACULATE 8th Symphony is awesome! Super chill vibe, perfect for hanging out or getting some work done. Even when I asked to simply purchase a side of cream top instead, she refused to sell it to me--which was baffling, considering other staff members have been making this exact drink for me without issue for the past two weeks. After messaging the owner, he explained that the shop restricts drink modifications to speed up service. However, the obvious miscommunication among staff shouldn't fall on the customer. It was extremely uncomfortable to be shut down and given a hard time by Marcy. While every business has the right to set its menu rules, denying basic customizations and refusing to sell a side of cream top feels overly rigid for a local coffee shop. The strict atmosphere makes for a stressful customer experience.
