She played right along and had a great sense of humor. It's always nice when you get a server who doesn't just provide excellent service, but also makes the experience fun and memorable. Winter definitely did that for us. She made us feel welcomed and helped make my wife's birthday dinner a great one. We'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time I can stop giving Winter a hard time because the Parmesan Truffle Wheel Pasta will finally be back on the menu! Thank you, Winter, for the great service and for helping make my wife's birthday celebration special! 5 stars!

DO NOT DINE HERE IN SUMMER HEAT…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should know. The biggest issue was the temperature inside the restaurant. It was uncomfortably hot from the moment we walked in. For a restaurant that markets itself as more upscale, it's unbelievable that the air conditioning wasn't working properly. It wasn't just us either--I saw the hostesses fanning themselves to stay cool, which says a lot when the employees can't even get relief from the heat. When we asked if the air conditioning could be turned up, our waitress explained that all of the air comes from the back private dining room, and when there's a private event and the curtains are closed, the airflow gets blocked. If that's truly how the air system is designed, that's a major problem. That is not a reasonable explanation to give paying customers. The heat completely took away from what should have been an enjoyable dinner. We noticed multiple other guests fanning themselves throughout the meal, so it was clearly affecting everyone, not just our table. If you're planning to dine here during the summer, I'd strongly recommend going somewhere else until they fix the air conditioning. Instead of addressing the problem, they seem content making excuses, and it resulted in one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I've had.

We always order the giant pizza, and until recently we've never had an issue. The food and service have always been great. The last time we ordered takeout was on a busy game night. We placed our order well in advance because we knew it would be busy. Before leaving, I noticed the pizza was overcooked and burnt on the bottom. I'm not someone who usually complains, but this one was way too overdone to ignore. Since the restaurant was packed, waiting for a remake would have taken much longer than we had planned for. The manager apologized and initially offered me a discount that day. He then asked if I'd be willing to use the discount on a future order instead, and I agreed. Today we came back to use that discount. The manager ultimately honored it within the 90-day window, but the interaction felt much more uncomfortable than it needed to be. It seemed like redeeming the discount was an inconvenience, even though it had been offered because of the issue with our previous order. The receipt also stated "20% off order," but the discount was only applied to the pizza. We genuinely love this place and will continue coming back because the food is usually excellent. This review isn't about the burnt pizza that can happen on a busy night. It's about how the follow-up was handled. A simple effort to make things right shouldn't leave a customer feeling uncomfortable. It also would have been helpful if it had been explained when the discount was originally offered that it was only valid for two weeks and only for the exact same order. I should've just accepted the discount that day.

We were looking for a Coffee adventure in Fontana and found this place. The place is very clean, greeted immediately when walking in the door. We got lucky and beat the lunch crowd. I called in my order for pizza and appetizers, when we arrived we ordered our drinks. Horchata Latte with Cold Foam 8/10 less sweet & a little more ice. Banana pudding Matcha 9/10 needed a little more ice. Mazapan Latte 10/10 perfect and I like less ice . My first time trying a Dirty Soda I ordered the Cherry Bomb and I was surprised how good it was. I see the hype now. I love the options of drinks (coffee, matcha & dirty soda) and pizza together. I wish they had seating inside hopefully one day. I will definitely return.

The owner/manager (wore glasses but no name tag) was nice, but after suggesting I try a pizza I've never had, I suggested they provide samples. She replied saying there wasn't enough traffic to justify samples. Anyway, after a long wait, and being subjected to commercialized Indian music blaring out of a TV, I was excited to taste why this place has a 4.7 rating. I was sadly disappointed with a pizza covered in frozen cubed chicken that tastes like it should be in a school cafeteria. I love Indian culture and people, but this place is doing their culture a disservice. On second thought, maybe samples would hurt business. Lastly, the place was not clean and lacked any kind of welcoming atmosphere.
