GOD BLESS 91BRAVO! This company! I can't even say enough good things about them. I have a difficult vehicle - a 1991 Diesel short school bus. It's hard to find anyone, shop or mobile, who's willing to work on it. But Carlos from 91BRAVO took up the challenge and worked so hard at getting Max (my bus) moving again. He went to multiple auto parts stores searching for the unusual fuel line we needed, and, when it wasn't available, he fabricated it himself. It took some doing to get Max started afterwards (it always does after anything dealing with the fuel supply), and he stuck it out with me when a lot of people would have thought, job over, I'm outta here. Unfortunately there's more to the problem and I'm going to have to go to a shop to repair the larger issue, but Carlos gave me a preliminary diagnosis that was really helpful, and even a reference for a potential shop to take it to. If that wasn't enough - Carlos and the owners of 91 BRAVO ended up giving me a deal that was so sweet I hesitate to talk about it, or everyone will think they're going to get the same treatment! Suffice it to say, these guys were more than negotiable. They were understanding and compassionate, and they put their faith where their money is to work with me. The worse place I ever been, My advice stay away from scammers , they taking time specially pretending that not right key or they don't have parts but before I come I gave them call to make sure they have key and parts so I can fix and leave so they said yes we have and come over we will fix it , so as soon as I arrived now problem starts they don't have key or they need pick up parts and it took 3.5 hours which parts was cost only $40 and labor cost $380 now make calculations how much they ripped me off just doing nothing their strategy to charge more money from labor its was small thing that they need yo fix , In my case need to perform just unscrew broken part replace with new one and screw back! ripping off customers dishonest business I ever seen! These guys are great. Had a oversized 35' RV that needed brakes and seasonal maintenance. Carlos was out and took care of brakes and rotors, chassis lube and filters replacement. Price came out right on target of what a very good priced independent shop would charge. Would highly recommend 91 Bravo for any chassis needs; if it's fixable by a mobile mechanic, these guys can handle it. Notice their only negative review appears to be from someone who was expecting a miracle and didn't know how all mobile mechanics charge (roll fee to pay to get them there, then hourly as soon as they are hands on the chassis, regardless of problem/outcome). 10/10 would recommend 91 Bravo for the RV chassis servicing needs in the South Bay ever since the go-to repair shop in Torrance closed. read more

91 Bravo is a very professional and great business. I was on the freeway late at night and realized my brake lights were not working. One of their techs found a burnt light bulb and went to the parts store to buy the new light. He installed it and had me test them out, my brake lights were working again. The tech also showed me where the burnt fuse was located in the event it happens again I know where to look. Which was very kind of him! The whole service was quick and easy. My husband and I were trying to purchase a truck for our new company. We drove up to LA to meet with the 91 Bravo team to look at a used truck for sale by the owner. Carlos was so professional and honest. The truck was a complete dud, and after the owner left us, Carlos told us the truth of whether we should even consider purchasing it. Scammers!!! They don't give you receipts but charge you hundreds of miles of "searching for your products" they also do Pretend Phones calls and charge you by the hour to make phone calls to locate your parts and then to drive there to get it but no proof of where they got it from. Stay away from this place. They don't know how to fix anything and when you call them back they charge you again To come down and fix the same problem again by the hour by the mile all over again.. I had to call another Mechanic to fix everything they worked on for a week! read more

Renee consulted my business partner regarding an issue our truck was having and she told him that the issue can be fixed. The pricing was provided via email as shown below; "I will charge the $125.00 call out upfront and the rest I will collect once done with the call. Bill rate: $95 per hour, minimum of 1.5 = $142.50" It did not occur to me that 'minimum of 1.5hr' stated in the email also applied to the incident when her mechanic showed up and looked at the truck and determined that it cannot be fixed. We would have never agreed to use 91 Bravo service if Renee told us that they did not have a proper material / equipment to fix our truck', not to mention the poor business practice of charging the customer $142.50 for simply identifying that their mechanic could not fix the issue. I have filed a dispute with our bank because we did not receive any service that was promised to us. WARNING: YOU WILL BE CHARGED A TOTAL AMOUNT OF $267.50 REGARDLESS OF THE SERVICE CALL OUTCOME. read more

Today I had a coolant leak on my Freightliner. Carlos had me back on the road in just over an hour including running around to 2 parts stores. The first time I used his service was for an air leak. He found the problem and was fixed in less than 1/2 an hour. I am a mobile tool dealer and my truck needs to be in working order every day. They are always on time and I know that they'll do the job fast so it won't put a halt in my day.
