Will not be back unless they are able offer something well worth my time and or energy. They Left out about 5 screws on the underskirt on my car that you have to remove to change the oil filter and now my under skirt got damaged from a driveway because it was sagging without all the screws. They did offer to get the skirt back on but I was not interested in as I trust myself more than them at this point. next time do your customer a favor and have a conversation about it before only putting half of the required screws back on. Its quite simple. for background I know all the screws were there previously because I have been changing the oil myself for the last several years none seemed to go missing when I was doing it. it is possible a few fell out but 5 screw is quite unlikely. If you are going to charge $150 for an oil change you best start providing better service - plus you advertise that you don't have to get out of your car, but I totally did have to - Come on Lads. You guys can do better. I just wanted to study in my car and move on and look what you made me do. Very Sad - I will be ok though Just have to go back to doing it myself I guess. SCAMMERS!!!!! I came in for an oil change and then they tell me my brakes need replacing. They quoted me $470 just for the rear, after saying if I don't change them basically RIGHT NOW then I'll hurt myself and cause damage to my car and have to spend more in the long run. I gave in to doing just the rear because I was so scared and that's all I could BARELY afford. Afterwards, I asked my brother who works for a dealership and he said it would be $200 to do both the front and the back. Seriously, fear induced selling is messed up. SHAME ON JIFFY LUBE!!
