I am routine at Jiffy lube for years. Came in this morning to do an oil change. I was bummed to hear David is no longer at this location but heard he got a promotion. I had added on filters and windshield wipers with no hesitation. Just bummed because my car is older but would always get my mats vacuumed and windows cleaned which is included. None of that was done. Felt like an easy sale for them and rushed out. The customer service touch that used to be here seems to be not as great. After paying $212 probably won't be going out of my way to come back to this location any longer. 5/23/26 I am absolutely furious, leaving for work this morning and as I pull out I see an oil leak from under my car and a can. I have the oil symbol on my dashboard. This is the only place I drove to yesterday and assuming they forgot to finish my oil change. SCAMMERS!!!!! I came in for an oil change and then they tell me my brakes need replacing. They quoted me $470 just for the rear, after saying if I don't change them basically RIGHT NOW then I'll hurt myself and cause damage to my car and have to spend more in the long run. I gave in to doing just the rear because I was so scared and that's all I could BARELY afford.
