UPDATE **** WARNING ****…read more I wrote down the first review about Alex and AOE back in Sep 2018, I wanted to make sure others are aware of what kind of business Alex is running and hopefully prevent them from getting scammed like I did. Fast forward to Dec 2019 Alex has not paid me back despite his multiple promises to do so. Every time I contact him I get the same answer "I will get you some money next week" or "It has been very slow and I need some time to get money" I have offered him to make small payments trying to help him pay me back but he just does not have the intention to do so. He is claiming that my YELP review has affected his business in a negative way and has asked me multiple times to remove my ad so he can get more work a therefore pay me back. Next step is to take Alex to small claims court, what a waist of time and money but it needs to be done. I gave 1 star (not zero) because the quality of the product was pretty good. The welds weren't great, but materials used were stout. Communication with this place was as bad as it gets. I read this on forums and heard from people but thought I'd deal with it. again, I should've bailed. Lastly, the biggest complaint is the lack of attention to detail. Bumper looks like it's thrown together without looking at the vehicle. Lines don't follow the body at all, fog light cut outs make lights shoot at an angle (even with Jeep adapter that owner recommends as a solution), and a light placed into the corner to make up for the fact that the bumper covers the factory turn signal is just silly looking. Overall I'm extremely disappointed and would definitely never recommend this place at all. Way better options out there with much better product and customer service. Unreal. This guy was unwilling to work with me once he had my money, but once he saw my review, and then my update several months later, he called me immediately and told me "You need to remove your Yelp post."
