I purchased a Ford Explorer Sport in January, and from the very beginning, I had concerns about the vehicle. Upon entering the car for the first time, I noticed condensation on the windows and asked the salesperson Tre about it. I was told this was normal, although I now believe it indicated moisture inside the vehicle. During the initial drive, I also experienced a noticeable jerking motion and heard unusual sounds. When I raised these concerns, they were dismissed, and I was reassured that everything was functioning properly. On April 7th, after a heavy rainstorm, I returned to my vehicle and discovered approximately two inches of standing water on the passenger-side floor. I immediately drove to the dealership, where the water was removed. I was informed that the service manager would contact me, but I did not receive any follow-up. After returning from being out of town, I reached out again and was eventually provided with the service manager's contact information. Despite attempting to text, I received no response. After continued effort, I was finally able to speak with the service manager, who scheduled my vehicle for inspection on April 28th. I was then in contact with another representative, Jordan, who indicated the issue would be addressed. However, I did not receive any updates. When I followed up on Friday, I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, despite no prior communication. Unfortunately, upon retrieving my vehicle on Saturday, I experienced the same issues again, including jerking, knocking, and difficulty accelerating shortly after leaving the dealership. This situation is extremely frustrating. I made a $2,500 down payment and have made three monthly payments on a vehicle that is clearly not functioning properly. Additionally, the lack of communication and follow-up throughout this process has been very disappointing. As a business professional, I value customer service and accountability, and this experience has not met those standards. I rely on my vehicle and expect these issues to be resolved promptly and effectively. Do NOT recommend this dealership! ​My experience with 9999 Auto has been one of utter deception, financial devastation, and complete lack of accountability. I purchased a vehicle from them that turned out to be a lemon with a known and documented manufacturer defect (an open TSB, specifically coolant intrusion leading to complete engine failure), and they have refused every opportunity to make it right. ​Here are the facts of my appalling experience: -​Refusal to Acknowledge a Known Defect: How can a dealership that sells used vehicles not know about an open Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for a critical engine defect on a car they are selling? They knowingly or negligently sold me a vehicle with a ticking time bomb engine, which has since failed. -​Intentionally Delaying Help: I began reaching out to 9999 Auto about this serious issue back in August, which was before their supposed "six-month limit" for assistance. They stonewalled me, dragging their feet and providing useless information. They finally quoted a cheaper repair price from their shop weeks after I first asked for assistance, but only after the engine had already failed. -​ZERO Trust in Their Service Shop: When they finally responded, their only offer was a cheaper quote from their internal auto shop. Really wanted to give a 5 star review, However that's not possible. I came, viewed the car (Dodge Durango 2015) Test Drove and identified issues needing addressing with the dealership before agreeing to purchase (Contingent on mechanical inspection by my mechanic) and asked them outright what the issues were with the car mechanically, As they have a shop on site. They said there weren't any issues and that the inspection they did came back fine, without anything to be concerned or worried about, Obviously you put a certain level of trust in dealerships and expect a certain caliber of service, Aswell as honesty. I didn't collect the car for a Week and a half from the test drive and filling in paperwork as they were getting the fixes done. I picked the car up, 1. It was dirty as hell on the outside, 2. The body work that I thought was being done in that week and a half hadn't even been looked at let alone started, They said I'd have to bring it back for a day to have it done (why it wasn't done when they said it would be ready for pickup I have no idea) which was very inconvenient as I'm not local. The backup camera was disconnected and tail light still had a crack in it. All of these things were discussed and I had been told would be fixed upon pickup. Essentially one thing had been fixed in the week and a half between reserving it and getting the key on a to do list of about 6-7 issues. The worst part was I had the vehicle inspected by my personal mechanic, And he came back with a list of issues that were urgent fixes, Stuff like Catalytic Converter was on its way out... about $7k++ in repairs which would need to be done within 6 months, And the total I paid (or would have paid) for the vehicle all in was $27k (Car was I think $14k sale price) This is NOT the caliber of service expected for a dealership. I called them immediately and told them I was bringing the car back, To which they tried to reword the Contingency and "reserve the right to refuse or fix the issue" which I responded with hell no, Because the trust was broken, and your not getting it back.... As id asked all these questions prior to doing any paperwork. It was incredibly disappointing as I looked for AGES for the car and was super happy with it aesthetically, It ran wonderfully but the hidden issues that were obvious to a trained eye and were lied about by the people selling the car.... Was astronomical and shady as hell. Before purchasing I would ABSOLUTELY do your du diligence and have any and every vehicle inspected by your own mechanics first, I will say once I made it clear that the expectation was a full reversal on the deal the dealership voided the transaction and it was done very quickly, Otherwise I was on the hook for the full $27k and repairs, Which isn't what I expect going to a dealership. You expect honesty, transparency and reliability from the vehicles sold there. There was a lady sitting in the office when I was waiting to do paperwork and she had said they had sold her a lemon aswell and were trying hard to jump through loopholes to not fix the problems. So be wary, I wouldn't say run away, but absolutely protect your own peace of mind, Because this dealership is after a quick buck, and will lie about the condition of their used inventory and get ice cold toward you very fast when you call them out on their bullshit. Now I have to get all new tires and an alignment-- that ended up being an additional $900... the garage I went to were even mad for me that a dealership would do me like this... If you have ever seen the movie "Fargo", it was EXACTLY like that... Infuriating. AND THEN THE PROBLEMS KEPT COMING EVEN AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR FROM THEM! THEN THEY GAVE ME THE CAR WITH NO GAS! Like... literally extremely low tank, and when I asked if they could put some in, they like literally put in like... MAYBE 2 gallons? ... it was COMMICAL... They messed up the paperwork, and I had to pay mail it back to them, even though they were the ones that made the mistake. THEN they messed up my loan- and ended up having a higher APR than the that we discussed -- the finance manager told me when I was in the office that the only change to it would be in my benefit (a lower APR) ..... this was NOT true even though all the information I provided to them was accurate. The temporary license plate expired, they repeatedly told me that the new ones were mailed... its been weeks and I still have not received. The final metal plates just arrived and they made me pay for the shipping, even though I told them I lived far from there and would need to have them sent to me.... they did not mention they would charge me... They seem to be incompetent and not customer focused at all. I went with a friend that used to sell cars for years and she even found the whole process to be extremely annoying here... and she knew their game... it was CRAZY to us... I should of listened to my instincts, but I wanted this car and it was the closest one that I could find within a reasonable distance (even though it was a few hours away). While discussing on potential total price out the door and discount ; he became really rude, unprofessional , and displayed microaggression talking to me. There was no need for this, I wouldn't deal with this dealership at all, and I requested never to contact me -ever again. John made the phone conversation so uncomfortable and was tone and conversation - he was very confrontational. This is the worst place to go for a vehicle. Do not go here. They sold me a car that ran and drove for all of 3 days before it crapped its pants. Then the dealership "fixed" it only for problems in the same area to come back no less than 36 hours later. Again they claimed they fixed it but it was found out to be an outright lie. Parts claimed replaced were not. Same day as I pick up the car check engine light comes on again, this time for cylinder 3. Tests performed and found 80% leakage of cylinder 3. Obviously a power train issue. Dealership refuses to honor contract on power train and then breaks contact with me and refuses to answer phones and emails. Now basically I have to sue. I was sold a used 155k 2009 Subaru Impreza on the principle that it runs and drives and stops and starts like a used market value 2009 used Subaru Impreza does. What I got was a pile of junk. The service they provided was absolute lies and bs. Claimed fixes only to be proven wrong, when asked for burden of proof of their work they refused and threatened to kick me out of their business. I eventually got them to perform a coolant system pressure test in front of me. Something they claimed it passed, but it failed in front of me, not once. Not twice. But three times. They Claimed they replaced my MAP sensor, how come it still has manufacturer paint on it? They claimed they did the head gasket on this car before I bought it, how come cylinder 3 is misfiring and operating at a staggering 80% leakage? When I requested copies of my warranty, (legal documentation) the sales rep texted me a cell phone photo. When I explained how that is insufficient and not valid or acceptable for me requesting copies of legal paperwork, he told me "I don't know how to use a copy machine, and your attitude isn't getting you anywhere" and hung up on me. That ridiculous exchange and willful arrogance of incompetence basically sums up my overall experience at this business. Do. Not. Go. Here. They will scam you and leave you high and dry. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! I would give zero stars if possible. This dealership sold us a truck with a broken transmission while giving us the impression that the truck was in a perfectly drivable condition. Within 8 days of driving the truck the transmission was completely shot and now needs a replacement. The dealership has refused to hold up their end of our predetermined agreement to address any ongoing issues. They even charged us $600 for a "fix" that lasted for 2 days before breaking. They also claimed that the transmission breaking was our fault, even though a 3rd party mechanic insisted that the transmission had been damaged for way longer than the 8 days we drove the truck. They have demonstrated terrible customer service and would not return any phone calls even after calling 3 times in one day with repeated promises of a call back that never happened. My car that I bought from this auto shop was totaled on December 19th. When I tried to get my title from 9999 Auto shop, I was told I still owed $1300 on the car. POOR SERVICE I bought a Mercedes-Benz 2010 from 9999 Auto Center, I went on a short test drive & everything was fine, no lights were shown until I was on the way to my house, the check engine light came up, and the ABS light turned on as well. I'm pretty sure before purchasing the car they unplugged the battery before I picked it up so it would erase all the codes. I called them but they said they didn't know anything. Couple days later the auxailiary battery went out & the car wouldn't switch gears, I couldn't put the car in forward or reverse mode, so I called them & they had to tow the car back to the dealership and kept the car for a full week & didn't do anything to the car besides changing the ABS sensor. I got frustrated & picked up the car & took it to my mechanic. I had to put $4,500 to fix the rotors, brakes & all the sensors that were bad. I also had to get new tires because they sold me the car with bad tires & one of them went out on me. I tried to talk directly to the owner but he doesn't speak English & the language barrier made it hard to communicate & solve the problem. Don't trust these people. POOR MANAGEMENT!. read more
