He said you can buy a kit on Amazon and it's a pretty easy diy. So I take a look again and the small hose had just gotten disconnected and wa la, I'm back in business. Was referred to 9th island by a friend and they came through clutch! Discovered a plumbing issue and within an hour and a half they had Tobee at my door and he got to work assessing it all. Gave me all the details and went above and beyond making sure everything was handled for me. I've had several plumbing flare ups at the house over the years and have had trouble sticking with one that stays consistent. I don't see that problem occurring with 9th island. Scheduled us same-day appointment even though we were all the way across town. They had a cancelled job and were able to come four hours earlier than expected. They found the source of the leak and recommended that we call a landscaper (who would be more equipped to fix the broken irrigation pipe). We were not charged for the 'house call'! While waiting for our appointment, William communicated with me via text and helped me to figure out what valve to close to shut off the outside water and what valve to open to still have water in the house. We had a leak coming from both the cold/hot water turn angle valves in our bathroom and needed them repaired in a timely manner. I reached out to William a little before noon and he asked for some pictures of the leak and he was able to get me on the schedule the same day. 10-15 minutes later I received a text that we were on the schedule and his tech Tobee will be heading over soon. Received a text from Tobee letting us know the time frame he would arrive and he got here around 1 PM before the time frame stated. When he arrived he place his contractor booties on before entering our house. He took a look at the leak and knew what needs to be repaired and let us know the cost involved before moving forward. He went to get all of the parts needed from his vehicle and was able to get the leak repaired in about 30 minutes. From start to finish they were very friendly and professional.
