You don't know a panic moment until your water heater goes Friday afternoon before Easter weekend. Only 3-weeks after being inspected/flushed by a company you have a monthly service with and their quote makes you nauseous. We decided to move from a tank to tankless and we did our homework quickly (yes, Chat GPT helped us understand what we should be asking about) we then had an idea regarding the cost we should expect. Their website actually has a quote tool--no other company has that, AND it was spot on accurate! We haven't had the install completed yet, but wanted to share our experience so far with Royalty Plumbing. I called Saturday at 9am and the OWNER was at our house by 10am! After getting multiple quotes, it became VERY clear that not all recommendations were created equal--some were significantly higher and even overbuilt for what we actually needed. Thank you Royalty for another amazing job! We decided to get all three of our bathrooms updated with Japanese smart toilets. When it came time for installation we called Royalty due to our previous great experiences with the company. Their owner Anthony came by first and walked the job in order to prepare the estimate. They scheduled Carlos to come the following week for the install and scheduled 1 1/2 days for all three installations. He arrived right on time and installed all three expertly - two on day one and one on day two. Even though these are unique toilets and one bathroom required moving the water line slightly, he did a masterful job! Reliable, responsive, excellent communication. Their specialty is installing water heaters. At work, we had a water heater replaced. It wasn't easy to get to, because it is elevated. I don't know why, it's a unique property. Anyhoo, with our lift, some planning, their expertise, it was done. Every step of the way, when the appointment is scheduled, when the technician is on the way, and when it is completed, we have either an email or text message, which I really appreciate. I work with a lot of vendors. Especially over the years, been with my employer since 2009. Las Vegas companies are not always courteous, not always trustworthy, not always honest and not always professional. But it is not the case with this company. We hired Royalty Plumbing to replace the cartridges of our Roman tub faucet and two other sink faucet. But it turned out that the cartridge retainer of the tub faucet were damaged inside. The tech told us he had to order the extension kit and come back later. We would to pay the $125 diagnosing fee and will be applied toward the actual replacement charge. As we were about to pay the $125, the tech told us not to pay yet as he found out they had the kit in stock in the warehouse. He then left to pick up the extension kit and came back with a special tool. But he could not remove the old cartridge retainer so the job was not complete. He told us the whole valve had to be replaced. To replace the valve underneath the tub, we have to open the wall from an adjacent room for their tech to gain access to the valve. Later that day we received a $1350 (after $100 senior discount) quote from Royal Plumbing for replacing the valve. After doing some research, we decided to cut an opening from the side of the tub to provide a much easier access. Due to the availability of the opening on the tub, they reduced the price quote by $150. As the sink faucets goes, the tech did not replace the cartridge and broke the handle in two pieces instead. Now the handle needs to be replaced also. We were charged $125 diagnosing fee and the tech told us it can not be applied to the charge for replacing the valve because he had already spent the time try to replace it. So much for this project. Replacing the valve will be another chapter and another project. read more

I had to leave work and let them in, then the drywall and paint guys came to do the ceiling repair in my bathroom the next day. Our hot water heater failed last night. This AM we called several companies. Most could not or would not even give us an estimate over the phone for a fas fired hot water heater w/o recirculating pump in the garage so it is easy access. They provided me a quote with no issues and were scheduled for the next day. I received a call early afternoon today as they had an opening. Gabriel arrived as rescheduled and was easy to deal with. We had also a pipe issue due to corrosion and he was able to have it replaced as well at a very fair price. I called Royalty Plumbing because they sent me a reminder about the annual service for my water heater. I actually did have a plumbing concern but was slow to act on it. So, I called and spoke to Zulma, who was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I explained that I might have a leak under a sink and that I wanted to have my water heater replaced. Zulma was quick to schedule an appointment for the following day to have the leak checked and discuss the possible replacement of my water heater (which was ten years old). Clark showed up and took care of the problem under my sink quickly. Then came the discussion about my water heater. Clark was very knowledgeable about water heaters, as he answered every question I had. In the end, the price was right, and I was happy with his suggestions, so I chose to replace the water heater. Clark said he had time to do it today, he would just have to pick the one up that I chose to purchase, and he'd be back shortly. Clark was super cool, as he let me continue to ask him several questions as he replaced my water heater. I learned a lot more than I knew before about them. He even showed me the anode rod from my old water heater and explained that they could be inspected when/if I chose to have annual maintenance on my water heater. Royalty plumbing deserves to be the best plumbing company in Las Vegas. My main water line was leaking. I received outrageous, price gouging quotes from other plumbing companies as high as $9100.00 to replace outside pipes. I knew they were just trying to rip me off. One of my neighbors recommended Royalty plumbing. Anthony the owner came over and accessed what needs to be done and gave me the best fair price to fix main water line leak. I felt his quote was fair and reasonable. Anthony was very genuine and straightforward. He didn't try to con me into services that I did not need. His company needed to "call before you dig" before work could get started. A few days the approval went through. He had 4 landscapers digging up trenches, the next day new pipes installed, next day city inspector came, last day backfill. Zulma kept me up to date with everything.
