Unfortunately, I had service done on my car here and paid a lot that they reported needed to be…read morerepaired and costed even more than original manufactured parts online. I can't do much about it since it's already done and paid for but please be vigilant when doing business with "Honest" Tom's. Some general good practice - make sure to ask for an itemized quote ahead of time before saying Ok to everything they claim your car needs repairs on without showing you. Also make sure to take pictures of your car (and preferably the parts) before and after they claim they fixed what needed repairs. And as always (to avoid ending up in my situation), get a 2nd opinion from another auto shop or look up the average cost of their claimed repairs online for the DMV area and find out what they charge you is unacceptable. Lessons learned. Don't end up in my shoes
