I contacted Oasis and Kolby and Mark came out. Kolby quickly assessed the situation and determined it had a leak somewhere within the unit as it had 0% refrigerant. We discussed some alternatives about either putting a 'bandaid' on the unit or a full replacement. I chose to replace the unit as it was at the end of its life cycle. Kolby discussed a GE heat pump in which I elected to go with. The crew showed up on the scheduled time and began the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. The install went as planned and was finished within one day. I was next contacted by for my pre inspection prior to finalizing the city permit. The inspection was done by a third party and it passed without issues. The great thing about Oasis is that it's local and not a giant HVAC chain. This allows for more time and better customer service. I would recommend Oasis to anyone needed HVAC service or replacement.
